Now you've read all the chapters, it is now time for my ten tips for a better mental health.

1) Keep going - Everything might seem like it's not going get better but you need to keep going and keep trying because life is like a rollercoaster and there is ups and downs and the only way to get through it is if you keep trying. Having the mindset to never give up ever in life in all situation will mean you succeed more boosting your mood.

2) Open up - Open up about your feelings to someone will trust will make you feel so much better. No matter what you are feeling getting something off your chest can make you feel so much better, this second opinion allows you to understand better how to combat that situation.

3) Exercise - Exercising from either playing football or even walking can help boost your mind as it brings about positive emotions but also helps you to clear your own mind of the negative emotions in your head.

4) Sleep - Making sure you have enough sleep each day means that every day you wake up you have the right mindset for the day, and you are not feeling tired. Feeling more energised allows you to accomplish more each day bringing about more positive emotions improving your mental health.

5) Balance Diet - Eating a balanced diet full of lean meats and vegetables instead of processed foods allows you to feel much more energised, once again a healthy bond is a healthy mind. Eating the right foods keeps you energised to working hard to do exercises and tasks throughout the day and once again improves your mental health.

6) Understanding yourself - You must understand that everyone has strengths and weaknesses and so sometimes you won't complete a task as well as others and so understanding this will allow you to move on from situations. But this also allows you to improve on your weaknesses and also strengths to make you a better person.

7) Challenge yourself - You always need to push yourself out of your comfort zone because this helps you to get used to stressful and anxious situations and allow you to feel more comfortable in these situations. This allows your mindset to become a lot more stronger and your mental health to be improved.

8) Plan ahead - Set out what you want to do each day, and this helps to keep you less stressed every day. This allows you mood to be boosted as you're accomplishing more you're getting more motivated every day to do more and the more you do this the more your happy and improving as a person and this can massively improve your mental health.

9) Do what you enjoy - The key to being happy is doing what you enjoy, doing something you don't enjoy will just lead to frustration, boredom and feeling down which will ultimately damage your mental health. If you're struggling to find something you enjoy take yourself out of your comfort zone and try new things because you will find something you will enjoy. This will bring about positive emotions and improve your mood massively.

10) Relax your mind - The last thing is to avoid stress; we will all get stressed during this time but finding methods that can relax. This can help you avoid overthinking, stressing and anxiety. And this can also help clear your mind and reduce the negative thoughts in your head.
