1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NovelsFlow at novelflow.net (the "Service"). By visiting or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who May Use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom) to create an account or submit comments. The Service is a general-audience reading site and is not directed at children. Some titles may contain mature themes; if you are under 18, you may only use those titles with a parent or guardian's permission.

You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login details confidential.

3. What the Service Provides

NovelsFlow is a reading platform. We publish original editorial guides, reading tools (bookmarks, history, dark mode), and community discussion. Novel listings and chapter text are supplied by rights holders, licensed partners, or users who represent that they have the right to share that work. Catalog availability can change when a rights owner asks us to remove a title.

The Service is provided free of charge and may display advertising. We do not guarantee that any particular title will remain available, that chapters will update on a set schedule, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

NovelsFlow respects copyright. We do not claim ownership of novels written by third-party authors. Site design, logos, original articles, and software are owned by NovelsFlow or its licensors.

You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or commercially reuse chapter text, covers, or other protected material from the Service except as allowed by applicable law (for example, brief quotation for commentary). Automated harvesting of the catalog is prohibited.

If you believe content on NovelsFlow infringes your copyright, follow the process on our DMCA / Copyright Policy page. We remove infringing material when we receive a valid notice and may terminate repeat infringers.

5. User Content and Community Rules

Comments, forum posts, ratings, and other material you submit ("User Content") remain yours. You grant NovelsFlow a non-exclusive license to display that content on the Service so other readers can see it.

You agree not to post:

• Copyrighted novels, chapters, or other works you do not have the right to share
• Spam, scams, malware links, or deceptive promotional content
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that exploits or endangers minors
• Sexually explicit material involving anyone 17 or under, or content that sexualizes minors
• Personal information about other people without their consent

We may hide, edit, or delete User Content that violates these rules. We review reports sent to contact@novelflow.net.

6. Advertising

The Service may show ads from Google AdSense and other partners. Ads are labeled. You agree not to click ads except as a genuine visitor, not to ask others to click ads, and not to use any tool that inflates impressions or clicks. 7. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the Service
• Do not impersonate NovelsFlow, an author, or another user
• Do not use the Service to distribute illegal content or to commit fraud
• Do not bypass age, copyright, or technical restrictions

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." Stories are fiction. We do not warrant that listings, synopses, or chapter text are error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovelsFlow is not liable for lost data, interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the "Last updated" date means you accept the revised Terms.
