Nayeon is on her way to visit her father in prison. She really doesn't want to see him but she has no choice but to side with him for now. The company is in her hands and it's in danger. If something happens to the company, it'll be all her fault. And right now the company is doing very bad. ImTech is losing a lot of money and investors due to Jin and her father going to prison.
"I'm guessing Jinyoung came to talk to you?" Mr. Im sat down in front of Nayeon.
"Yeah, he told me that you asked me to come."
"And since you're here I'm guessing that Y/N didn't agree on selling the shares?" He chuckled and Nayeon just nodded.
"I have a plan in mind but you might not like it."
"If it involves those pictures, then don't even mind." Nayeon informed and the man got taken aback. How does she know about those?
"I know you have pictures of me and Y/N and that you threatened her to release those. If that's still your plan then get it out of your head. She and I are already over. This won't make her sell her shares to me."
"That's why I adjusted the plan my daughter." He knows that his previous plan won't work.
"Don't call me that." Nayeon hates to be his daughter. Who would want to be the daughter of a murderer anyways?
"Okay, okay. Just hear me out. Release those pictures and tell everyone that she forced you to be with her sexually. Tell the press that she used you to her advantage just to get to me."
"W-what?" Nayeon furrowed her eyebrows. This man can't be serious. "So you want me to lie?"
"It's not lying. She did use you to get to me, didn't she?"
"But she never forced me to anything, especially not in a sexual way." In fact Y/N was always thoughtful when it came to Nayeon.
"Okay, then it's just a small lie." He laughed.
"How will this even get me back our shares?"
"Once this news comes out, people are going to start to hate her. Her stock prices and reputation will be in danger. Having our shares will only make it worse so she won't have a choice but to sell them. We just need to make everyone think that she forced you to be with her."
"I can't do that." Nayeon shook her head. Y/N might have hurt her, but this is too much. Y/N doesn't deserve something this cruel.
"Don't be stupid, Nayeon-ah. Put your feelings aside for once and listen to me. That girl never cared for you. She used you to get revenge and she succeeded. She hurt you and she's going to hurt you even more in the future by taking your CEO position away from you. Do you want that to happen?"
"Of course I don't want that to happen, but this is too much. Is there no other way?" There has to be another way right?
"There might be, but we don't have any time to think about something else. I'm pretty sure she's going to strike soon. You need to take her down before she takes YOU down." He emphasized.
"What if she's not planning to take over ImTech?" Nayeon questioned. A small part of her actually believes that Y/N wouldn't do such a thing, but then again she feels like she doesn't know Y/N at all.
"You can't be serious." He started to laugh. "She literally admitted that that was her plan and I'm pretty sure it still is. That girl is dangerous, Nayeon-ah. She's too smart and powerful. And she's very good at lying and manipulating as well. Don't let her get to you. You need to strike now."
"I-I'll think about it." She said weakly. She doesn't want to do this to Y/N. She needs to find another way.
"Jinyoung will help you. You two should also pretend to be in a relationship once the news comes out."
"What? Why?" Nayeon furrowed her eyebrows. Now this is where it goes way too far. She doesn't even want to be near that guy.
"To protect your own reputation and the company's reputation. Once people see those pictures, they're going to think you're gay. You need a guy to clear up those rumors."
"Why? I like girls, dad. I like both girls and boys, so I don't care if the rumor goes out." Nayeon let him know.
"First of all there's no such thing as liking the same sex. Do you hear me?"
"There is, wether you like it or not, I'm in love with a girl."
"Chou Y/N really manipulated you that bad, huh? That girl is really something else." He sighed. "Look, even if you like girls, people can't know because it'll only harm you and the company and the plan will also fail if you admit to liking girls. Just pretend to be dating Jinyoung. He's the son of a big company, it will be beneficial for both families. It will make our stock prices rise as well."
"I'll think about it. I need to go now." She stood up.
"Think carefully, Nayeon-ah. One mistake and you'll lose everything you have." He said and Nayeon just glared at him before walking away.

Nayeon has been thinking for hours now about what to do. She doesn't like her father's plan. It's just too cruel. Nayeon can't bring herself to do that. She loves and cares about Y/N too much. She'll hate to see Y/N struggling because of her. Besides people will see Y/N as a pervert while she's not one at all.
After thinking for like hours, she decided to go talk to Y/N. The girl pleaded her to listen to her, but Nayeon didn't. Maybe she should have. She should have let her talk and maybe Y/N is not planning to do something with ImTech after all.
"Oh hi, Tzuyu-ssi. Is Y/N home?" Nayeon asked Tzuyu when she opened the door. Tzuyu is quite surprised to see Nayeon here. Why is she here?
"Oh unnie is not home yet. She went to her apartment, so maybe you should check there."
"Oh okay, thanks I will." Nayeon smiled and was about to walk away.
"Wait, Nayeon unnie." Tzuyu stopped her. "Y/N unnie is not planning to do anything to your company if that's what you're thinking. Believe me when I tell you that she really loves you." Nayeon smiled weakly upon hearing that. She really hopes Tzuyu is right.
"I'll go now." She said and left the Chou house to go to Y/N's apartment. Y/N usually doesn't stay at her apartment especially not during this hour so Nayeon didn't expect her to be there. She went to the apartment and took a deep breath before knocking on the door. She knocked like twice but there was no response. Then she remembered that she actually has the key to the apartment. Y/N gave it to her when they were together and Nayeon never returned it.
She took out the keys from her bag and opened the door slowly. She went inside but Y/N was not in the living room nor the kitchen so Nayeon guesses that she's in her room. She suddenly heard voices coming from Y/N's room, so she went closer and saw that the door to the room was open but what she saw in front of her made her freeze right on her spot. Y/N was not alone. She's with Sana and they're in the middle of some heavy make out session.
Nayeon cannot believe her own eyes. Is she really seeing Y/N and Sana making out? It's not a simple kiss that she could misunderstand like it happens in most movies. They're straight up making out right in front of her eyes so there is nothing to misunderstand really. Sana has her arms wrapped around Y/N's neck and Y/N's hands are on Sana's waist. None of them are pulling away, so this cannot be a misunderstanding while Nayeon was really hoping for it to be one. When Nayeon realized that she was basically watching them, she immediately shook her head to come back to her senses and left the apartment. She can already feel the tears building up.
"Did you hear that?" Y/N pulled away from Sana when she heard something loud, which was Nayeon leaving the apartment.
"It's probably just the neighbours, let's continue." Sana smiled and crashed her lips onto Y/N's once again as she sat on the girl's lap.
Nayeon still can't comprehend what's happening. She ran out of the building and got into her car. The moment she entered her car she started to cry heavily. How could Y/N tell her that she loves her yesterday and fuck another girl today? Did Nayeon really not mean anything to her? Besides how long have Y/N and Sana been fucking around? Nayeon knew that they used to fuck back in college but Y/N had assured her that it was all back then and that they now pretty much don't even like each other. Was Y/N already doing this when she was dating Nayeon? Nayeon is convinced that she was. I mean looking back at everything, Sana suddenly became Y/N's lawyer out of nothing, meaning that they had planned it when Nayeon and Y/N were still dating. Was Y/N cheating on Nayeon with Sana?
"Fuck you, Y/N, fuck you!' She yelled and hit the steering wheel multiple times as her tears kept flowing. Nayeon literally came here to talk to Y/N about them and she was even thinking of believing Y/N, but then she had to see this. Her father was right. Y/N never loved Nayeon. If she did, she wouldn't be fucking another girl right now. Nayeon has been miserable for weeks now due to their break up while Y/N has been fucking other girls.
Nayeon is just sick of getting hurt. She won't allow Y/N to hurt her any more than she already has.
"You'll regret this Chou Y/N." She wiped her tears after crying for like 20 minutes and turned on the engine to leave the place.

"Y/N unnie?" Chaeyoung spoke up while they were having dinner.
"Yes, Chaeyoung-ah?"
"Can Mina come tomorrow?" Chaeyoung is scared of what Y/N will say. The last time she asked this question Y/N straight up said no.
"You know what, you've been behaving for almost four weeks now. So yeah she can come."
"Really?" Chaeyoung got excited which made everyone smile.
"Yes. Also here are your keys. You can take your bike to go to school." Y/N handed her the keys. "But you still have house arrest. You're going to school and afterwards you immediately come home."
"Yes unnie, of course." Chaeyoung is happy that Y/N is finally starting to trust her again.
"Are you expecting someone?" Mrs. Chou asked when the doorbell rang.
"No, I'm not." Y/N shook her head.
"I'll get it." Mr. Chou said and stood up to open the front door.
"Does Chou Y/N live here?" A police officer asked.
"Yes, she does. Why do you need her?" Mr. Chou asked. The moment Y/N heard her name she immediately stood up and went to the door.
"What's going on?" Y/N approached them.
"We're looking for Chou Y/N."
"That's me." Y/N answered. She's been talking to the police a lot lately due to the case of Mr. Im and Jin so she thought that maybe this is about that.
"We need you to come with us. You're being arrested for sexual harassment and enforcement."
"W-what?" Y/N stuttered. What are they talking about?
"Officer, I think you're wrong. Y/N would never do something like that." Her mother, Tzuyu and Chaeyoung also came to the door.
"Someone filed a complaint against you so we need you to come with us." The officer informed and Y/N looked at them in confusion. Who the hell would file a complaint about Y/N for sexual harassment?
"There has to be a misunderstanding." Mr. Chou shook his head. He knows very well that Y/N won't do something like that.
"If it's a misunderstanding then you don't need to worry but you still need to come with us to the station."
"Didn't you hear us? There's no such thing!" Tzuyu said in annoyance.
"It's fine, Tzuyu-yah. I'll go." Y/N said and walked out of the house. "Don't worry guys, it's probably just a misunderstanding."
"We're coming too." Mrs. Chou said and all the family members left the house to go to the police station as well. Luckily they didn't handcuff Y/N since she's a known, powerful figure and they also didn't have any reason to because Y/N was doing whatever they told her to do.
The moment they arrived at the police station, they took Y/N inside to the interrogation room.
"So Chou Y/N. Explain these pictures to me." The officer said and put some pictures on the table. Y/N looked closely at them and saw the same pictures that Mr. Im had showed her. Y/N already knows what this is about. He's in prison but still managed to release these?
"Is that you?"
"Yes, that's me." Y/N answered.
"Who's the other girl?"
"That's Im Nayeon."
"According to the complaint, you've been forcing Im Nayeon to do sexual things with you in order to get revenge on her family." The man informed which made Y/N chuckle.
"There's no such thing. I never forced her to do anything with me. She did it all because she wanted it as well. There was a mutual will."
"That's not what the complaint says."
"You're really acting on a random person's words? Is there even evidence that I forced her? These pictures don't indicate anything like that at all." Y/N can't believe that she's being interrogated like this when there's no evidence at all.
"We're not acting on a random person's words, Y/N-ssi. The one who filed the complaint is the victim herself, Im Nayeon."
"W-what?" Y/N's heart sank at hearing that. Did he really just say that Nayeon filed the complaint?
"That can't be true. She wouldn't have done something like that."
"She did. She came to the police station about an hour ago to file the complaint. She told us that you forced her to do sexual things with her and that you used her as a spy to get revenge on her father and brother." He explained. Y/N cannot believe that Nayeon could do that.
"It's not true. We were in a relationship. A relationship that both of us wanted. I never ever forced her to anything. Like I said there was a mutual will. Do you even have any evidence?"
"No, it's just her words and these pictures that we have. But since the victim filed a complaint herself, we need to investigate this. If you really didn't do anything like that, then you shouldn't be worrying." He suggested. If they can't find any evidence, then she's good to go.
"What's going to happen now? I mean what's the procedure?"
"You're going to be here for at least a few hours. After this interogation there will be someone else to interrogate you as well and then you can go. Even if we can't find any evidence, you'll still need to come in front of the judge. He will decide what you'll be charged of." Y/N raised her eyebrows upon hearing that.
"You're telling me that I'm going to have to face a lawsuit for something that I didn't do?" Y/N questioned. "Is there any way that I won't have to go to court?"
"The only way is if the victim drops the charges. If not then you'll have to appear in court." The man answered and Y/N sighed as she held her head in between her two hands. She never would've thought for Nayeon to do something like this. Is she really that angry with Y/N? Is she really that desperate to get those shares? She already knows where this will be going to. Nayeon is going to threaten her and tell her to sell the shares in exchange for dropping the charges.

Y/N's family members are waiting outside of the interrogation room. They keep asking questions but no one gives out any information, that's until they suddenly heard Y/N's name on the tv.
Breaking news: Chou Holdings' CEO got arrested for sexually forcing and harassing Im Nayeon, the CEO of ImTech. The pictures of the two kissing have gotten released right after she got arrested. According to some insider information, the one who filed the complaint is Im Nayeon herself.
"What?" Chaeyoung furrowed her eyebrows. "Did they just say that Nayeon filed the complaint?"
"I can't believe this. That fucking bitch." Tzuyu tightened her fist. She can't believe that she actually felt bad for Nayeon.
"This can't be true. Nayeon wouldn't do that right?" Mrs. Chou doesn't want to believe it. This doesn't sound like Nayeon at all. The Nayeon she knows is head over heels for Y/N and also a very goodhearted woman. How can she do something this cruel?
"Mr. Chou!" Sana suddenly came running to them. She heard the news not so long ago and immediately came here. "I heard the news. Where's Y/N?"
"She's being interrogated." Mr. Chou sighed.
"Sana-ssi, please help my daughter. She didn't do anything that she's being accused of." Mrs. Chou started to cry. She hates how her daughter is being falsely accused and that from the girl that her daughter loves.
"Don't worry. I know she's not guilty. I'll handle it." She assured them. Tzuyu and Chaeyoung don't even like Sana, but they know that Sana is a good lawyer and that she could get Y/N out of this easily.
"I'll go talk to her, okay? You guys stay here." Sana said and went to ask the officers if she could talk to Y/N. Luckily they let her in.
"Y/N?" Sana entered the room.
"Sana?" Y/N asked weakly. Sana can see that Y/N is a mess right now.
"Are you okay? I heard the news and I immediately came here."
"How did you hear?"
"It's all over the news." Sana informed.
"How much is out?"
"Pictures of you and Nayeon are circulating all over the internet and it is said that Nayeon filed the complaint herself."
"So it is true." Y/N sighed. She was really hoping that it wasn't Nayeon.
"Why would she do this? I mean I thought she liked you? You didn't really force her right, or did you?"
"Of course not, Sana. You know very well I wouldn't do something like that. She's just trying to get my shares that I have in ImTech." Y/N explained.
"Don't worry too much then. If you didn't do anything, we'll get you out of this easily."
"That's not what I even care about right now. Everyone is going to think wrongly of me, Sana. I'm being fucking accused of something that I didn't even do!"
"Look once the truth is out, people will stop talking. It's going to be hard for now. You're going to have to deal with it." Sana caressed Y/N's hand that was resting on the table.
"I can't believe she did this to me." Y/N is not even angry with her, she's hurt.
"Seems like she's not as good as you thought she was."
"This is not her doing. I'm sure her dad told her to do this and we both know how manipulative that man is. I don't know how, but he clearly managed to turn her into someone like himself." Y/N sighed and looked down. The upcoming days will surely be difficult for Y/N. Everyone thinks that she's a sexual assaulter right now and it won't be easy to clear up those rumors even if it's proven wrong. The fact that they're two girls makes it even worse.

"Look at this, Jin-ah. Didn't I tell you that she would do it?" Mr. Im laughed while watching the news of Y/N getting arrested.
"I didn't think Nayeon was going to do it honestly." Jin chuckled. "Guess she doesn't love Chou Y/N as much as her CEO position."
"Now that this is out we'll get our shares back very soon."
"Dad, I don't get it. Why don't we just you know finish her? We could do it easily." By finish her, Jin means kill her.
"Yes, we could but where's the fun in that? I want to see Y/N go down and suffer. I want her to regret doing this to us. And what better way to make her suffer using the girl she loves?"
"Will this plan really work? I mean what if she doesn't sell the shares despite all of this?" Jin questioned.
"I thought all of it through, Jin. There's no way that she won't sell the shares now. I'll leave her no choice, believe me son." He laughed.
Mr. Im is quite smart for doing this. He definitely thought of a way to do this without hurting his company. If he just released those pictures, it would have affected his company as well but this way his company will actually benefit from it. Everyone will see Nayeon as the victim and they will feel bad for her while they blame Y/N for sexually harassing her.
