"Are you sure you'll be okay?" Y/N asked Nayeon who was getting ready to go to the ImTech building where she'll meet her father.

"Yes, don't worry Y/N. I'll be fine."

"Call me immediately if something bad happens okay?" Y/N worried.

"I will. But like I said, he'll probably just talk to me. So stop worrying." Nayeon smiled as she fixed Y/N's collar.

"How can I not worry when he literally threw you on the streets after abusing you?"

"It won't happen again if I'm careful." Nayeon answered and pecked Y/N's lips. Nayeon is very happy right now. After her confession last night they had a very long talk and ended up falling asleep next to each other. Nayeon is falling for the young CEO harder every single day.

"Momo is here. I should go now. I'll see you later?" Nayeon asked and Y/N nodded.

"Be careful." Y/N pleaded and with that Nayeon left. The moment Nayeon left, Y/N got ready and left the apartment as well. She entered her expensive Lamborghini and made her way to Jihyo and Ms. Park's restaurant. She hasn't visited them for a few days so she thought to do that first before going to the company.

"Grandma?" Y/N entered the restaurant.

"Oh, Y/N-ah!" The woman hugged Y/N.

"How are you?" The woman's health isn't very good so Y/N makes sure to keep a close eye on her.

"I'm doing well, Y/N-ah. Ever since you brought me to the doctor, I'm feeling better."

"Grandma who are you talking to? Oh it's Y/N." Jihyo joined them. "What are you doing here early in the morning?"

"Just wanted to check on you guys."

"Oh, there are customers. You two continue while I serve them." The grandma smiled and left the two.

"I'm really mad at you, Chou Y/N." Jihyo suddenly said in a heavy tone.

"W-what? Why?" Y/N worried.

"You paid her medical bills again. I already told you that I can handle it, why do you keep paying them?"

"And I already told you that I would help you with them. There's no way that you can take care of it yourself besides your parents spend a lot of money to take care of me and Tzuyu as well, remember?"

"Y/N they just provided you food, it's not even close to the amount you're paying for us." Jihyo sighed. She really hates that Y/N does this.

"It doesn't matter. I'm going to keep paying grandma's medical bills whether you like it or not."

"Aish, you're so stubborn." Jihyo hit Y/N's shoulder.

"But you still like me." Y/N smirked.

"I don't, you're annoying."

"Aish, let your pride aside for once and admit it." Y/N joked.

"How's Im Nayeon doing?" Jihyo asked out of the blue.

"Where does that come from?"

"Well, Tzuyu told me that she's staying at your apartment." Y/N sighed upon hearing that. Why did she have to tell Jihyo?

"She only stayed for a few days."

"Why though?"

"Long story." Y/N shrugged it off.

"Did you manage to get closer to her?"

"Of course.It was my plan all along, wasn't it?" Y/N smiled weakly. "Something's bothering me though and I don't know how to describe it."

"What is it?" Jihyo raised her eyebrows. Y/N has never talked about something that's been bothering her before.

"She told me that she likes me."

"Well, that's not surprising looking at the amount of people that have told you that before." Jihyo chuckled.

"Yes but I told her that I like her as well."

"Well, do you?" Jihyo widened her eyes.

"No, I don't. I had no choice but to lie. I can't let my plan fail."

"Okay, then what's bothering you? The fact that you're lying or...?" Jihyo doesn't quite get it. "Wait, don't tell me you actually like her?"

"No, I don't."

"Then what is it, Y/N?"

"I keep wanting to protect her and I don't want her to get hurt. It makes me feel uncomfortable that I will hurt her in the end." Y/N explained.

"You're really a pabo, Y/N."

"What, why?"

"You like her, idiot." Jihyo laughed.

"I don't! I already said I don't." Y/N reminded her.

"Then why do you want to protect her? Why do you care so much about her?" Jihyo questioned.

"I don't know. Maybe because she's a victim of that shitty family."

"Well, to me it sounds like you like her." Jihyo patted Y/N's shoulder.

"Sounds like that to me too." Ms. Park joined them.

"Grandma, were you eavesdropping again?" Jihyo asked.

"No, I just happened to hear your conversation. But Jihyo is right, Y/N. I think you like her too."

"Aish, how many times do I have to say that I don't like her? Whatever, I need to go to work. I'll see you guys later."

"And oh, I'll take this with me." Y/N saw some food on the table and took it with her.

"She likes her doesn't she?" Ms. Park asked her granddaughter.

"I'm 100% sure she does."

"Then why is she denying it?" The old woman questioned.

"Because she's Chou Y/N. Someone who always runs away from love." Jihyo sighed.

"Your brother kept asking me where you are." Momo told Nayeon as they walked towards Mr. Im's office.

"Oh really? Why?" They just could've called Nayeon herself. Why ask Momo?

"I think they just wanted to know your location."

"Is my dad inside?" Nayeon asked her father's secretary.

"Yes. You can go in. He's been waiting for you."

"Can you go handle the files that I gave you today?" Nayeon asked her assistant and Momo nodded leaving Nayeon behind.

Nayeon knocked on the door opening it and there she was met with her father and brother. Why is Jin always with him, aish. It's so annoying.

"Finally you decide to show up, huh?" Mr. Im sighed.

"You told me not to come back unless you tell me so."

"Oh that's right. You're a good listener." Jin chuckled.

"Where did you stay these past few days?" Her father questioned.

"I'm sure you know, why are you asking?" Nayeon raised her eyebrows.

"To see if you'll tell the truth."

"I stayed at Chou Y/N's place." Nayeon admitted.

"You two are getting too close to my liking." The man informed. "She was the one that convinced you to deceive us, right?"

"It was a mutual decision."

"Bullshit, you're not smart enough for that. It's definitely Chou Y/N's doing." Jin interrupted.

"Look, Chou Y/N is a bad influence. She wants to hurt us, Nayeon-ah. You should distance yourself from her."

"Yeah, she just wants to break me because we were rivals in college. I mean do you really think she's helping you out for your own sake?" Jin asked.

"I know she's not helping me for my own sake. I'm not that stupid, oppa."

"I'm really sorry father. Please forgive me. I wasn't in the right state of mind when I did that. I just wanted a chance to show you that I can be better than oppa." Nayeon apologized as she bowed.

"I'll forgive you,only because I believe that you learned your lesson. You made us lose a lot of money, but we're also gaining a lot of money thanks to the project that you're leading. But I swear if you pull something like this once again, I won't hesitate to do worse. Do you understand that?" He said in a scary tone.

"Yes, I understand."

"Also, I don't want to see you anywhere near Chou Y/N." He said which made Nayeon look at him.

"But she's my investor. I have to meet her from time to time."

"Then meet her only when you have to. Other than that, I don't want to see you beside her." Nayeon cursed at him internally. Y/N is the only person that she wants to be around and now he 's taking that away from her?

"Dad, why are you forgiving her? What if she pulls something like this again?" Jin protested.

"She won't and she shouldn't."

"Don't worry, I won't. I already know that my chances of becoming the CEO are very low. I'd rather not take the risk." Nayeon lied.

"I see you finally accepted your defeat, huh?" Jin smirked.

"The only reason why you're successful is because you have dad's support while I don't. And despite that you still see me as your rival. Doesn't that indicate that you're scared that I'll actually take away your position?" Nayeon questioned.

"Not a chance." He shook his head.

"If I had dad's support like you, I would've beaten you for sure and you know that. That's why, even when I have zero chance to become the next CEO, you're still worried." Nayeon glared at him. Mr. Im has to admit that his daughter is a very strong girl. Despite everything that her family made her go through, she's still standing on her two feet. Despite knowing that she has no chance, she still fights. He finds that quite admirable.

"That's not true. So stop talking bullshit. The reason why you have zero chance is because you're just not good enough." Jin laughed.

"Stop it both of you. Nayeon go back to work now. I'm expecting you to come back home today."

"Yes, father. I'll be back home." Nayeon bowed and left his office.

"You know she's actually right. If Nayeon was a man, I definitely would've given the position to her." Mr. Im admitted.

"W-what? Why?"

"Because she's strong, smart, hardworking and she doesn't give up no matter what. She even managed to deceive us and let me tell you something it's not easy to deceive someone, especially not me."

"You're not changing your mind, right?" Jin worried.

"No, after all I can't have a woman take over ImTech. It'll be you my son." The man assured.

"Look who finally decided to come home." Chaeyoung exclaimed when Y/N entered her house.

"Y/N-ah? Oh you're home." Mrs. Chou came and hugged Y/N.

"Yes, I'm home mom."

"You're just on time for dinner. C'mon." She caressed her daughter's arm and the two walked to the dining room where her sister and dad also are.

"Y/N? You're home?" Her father questioned.

"Yeah, I am." Y/N sat down.

"We were worried. I thought something bad had happened." Mrs. Chou admitted.

"Well, we bought you that apartment so that you can go there whenever you want to. But still we were a bit surprised that you stayed there for multiple days." Mr. Chou said.

"It was just work related. I already told you."

"Yeah, work related, more like Im Nayeon related." Tzuyu smirked.

"Im Nayeon? You stayed there with Im Nayeon?" Her father asked and Y/N just nodded.

"So your plan is still going on?"

"Yes. Still going on."

"She likes Y/N unnie. It's so obvious." Chaeyoung stated.

"Yah, don't bring that up again!" Y/N scolded her cousin.

"It's hard not to like my precious daughter." Mrs. Chou smiled.

"Well, your precious daughter is going to break a heart soon." Tzuyu sighed.

"You both don't even like Im Nayeon. Why do you two keep bringing her up?"

"She's actually more bearable than I thought." Tzuyu answered. Nayeon is the reason why Y/N is letting her work now. She also managed to see that day that Nayeon isn't that bad after all.

"I still think that she's not bearable, but I saw the look in her eyes when she looked at you. She's obviously in love with you." Chaeyoung said weakly. She wishes that Mina would look the same way at her.

"What do you want me to do? I can't push her away now. It'll ruin my plan for revenge."

"Y/N, I know I already said this before but be careful please. Don't take risks just because you want revenge." Mrs. Chou pleaded.

"No one is going to support me in this house, huh?"

"We already said that we would, but that doesn't mean that we think that you're doing the right thing." Mr. Chou added.

"I know, dad. I just can't forgive myself for what happened. If I want to forgive myself, then I need to do this." Y/N sighed and everyone just kept quiet. They know Y/N went through a lot and they can't even imagine how hard it must've been to go through everything all by herself, that's why they're not pushing her to give up her plan.

"Chaeyoung-ah? Can I come in?" Y/N knocked on Chaeyoung's door.

"Yeah come in."

"How are you?" Y/N can see that Chaeyoung is down and that's nothing like Chaeyoung at all. Chaeyoung is a free spirit, who's always happy and does things without thinking about the consequences so seeing her down like this worries Y/N.

"I'm good. Why wouldn't I be?"

"No need to act, Chaeyoung-ah." Y/N sat down next to her. "I know this is about Mina. You know you can talk to me about it."

"What do you want me to say, unnie? Yes, I'm sad. I never thought that I would actually fall for a rich bitch like Myoui Mina, but here I am head over heels for her." Chaeyoung said in frustration.

"You can't choose who you fall for. It will all be okay. What is meant to be, will happen."

"I just feel stupid. I thought that I just wanted her because she was playing hard to get. I didn't know that I was actually falling for her."

"It's okay, Chaeyoung-ah. You're not stupid, you're just human. It's completely fine to fall in love." Y/N patted her cousin's back.

"Says the one that's never fallen in love before." Chaeyoung chuckled. Y/N can't know what it's like because she never went through it.

"You're just the Mina to every person who has had interest in you before." Chaeyoung added. By that she means that Y/N hurts other girls, just like how Mina is hurting her.

"I can't force myself to like them back, can I? Besides it's not the same. Mina does like you but she can't accept it."

"She doesn't. If she did, then I wouldn't be here fucking sulking right now." Chaeyoung shook her head.

"Then stop sulking. There are many girls that want to be with you. Why the hell are you sulking over Myoui Mina? There are plenty of fish in the sea."

"But I want that fish. I don't want another one."

"Then you need to fight for her. If you want it, then go for it. Don't sit in your room like this being all sad." Y/N suggested.

"It's not easy, unnie. You'll understand when you fall in love."

"I don't think that's going to happen soon." Y/N shook her head.

"I believe Im Nayeon will change your mind about that."

"Aish, why does everyone keep saying that I like her?" Y/N asked in huge frustration.

"Just wait and you'll see." Chaeyoung sighed.

"Come here, you kid." Y/N pulled her into a hug and messed up her hair.

"Yah, unnie!" Chaeyoung tried to free herself but couldn't.

"Whatever you do, I'll be there for you." Y/N said weakly and this time she actually hugged her cousin seriously. Chaeyoung is very thankful that Y/N isn't questioning her much.

A/N: Another updaaaaate. Not story related but I'm curious what other kpop groups do you guys stan, beside Twice? I like a many of them (mostly girl groups) but the ones that I really stan are Twice, IZ*ONE and lately I've been obsessed with Weeekly as well.
