When Y/N got into her room, she started to cry heavily. She's been keeping everything to herself for the past 8 years but she finally managed to tell her family about it.
"I'm sorry Jihyo-yah." Y/N said as she looked at a picture of her, Jihyo and Tzuyu on it. Jihyo is the person that Y/N feels the most sorry towards. She saw what kind of mess Jihyo was after she lost her parents and it was killing Y/N that she was the reason behind it. Y/N just kept crying and eventually she fell asleep.
When she woke up in the morning she felt like shit. Her eyes hurt because she hadn't cried in a long time. She decided to get out of bed and go downstairs. She was hoping for her family to not have woken up yet, but when she went to the living room her parents were there. Both seemed to be in deep thoughts.
"Oh Y/N, you're awake." Her mom noticed. "Are you okay?" She heard Y/N crying last night and it made her worry a lot.
"Yeah, I'm okay. How about you guys? I know that was a lot of information to take in. I should've told you, I know but I just couldn't bring myself to."
"Does Jihyo know about her parents?" Mr. Chou asked.
"She knows that Jin killed them but she doesn't know that I was the reason behind it." Y/N looked down.
"How did you even find out that he killed them? Why didn't you tell the police or something?" Mrs. Chou questioned.
"Because I have no proof. There's no evidence at all."
"Then how are you so sure that he did it?" Chaeyoung suddenly showed up.
"I'm 100% sure, please don't doubt me."
"What's your plan though? How will you get revenge?" Tzuyu joined.
"I thought Im Nayeon was using you, but I guess it's the other way around. Isn't it?" Her cousin asked and Y/N just nodded.
"I didn't want to invest in her project at first because it wasn't good but then I heard that she and Jin are actually competing for the position of the next CEO of ImTech. I know how much that position means to Jin, so I need him to fail. That's why I decided to help Nayeon, so that she can become the CEO of ImTech. Once she's the CEO, I'm going to take away what's most precious to them and that is ImTech. I will destroy ImTech." Y/N explained.
"Why did you wait until now? I mean 8 years have passed, Y/N. Why are you suddenly out for revenge?" Her father asked.
"I was just waiting for the day to come. Nayeon coming to me was basically the universe telling me that I still have something to do and that is to get revenge. This isn't just revenge for me but for all of us. We were all affected by the things they did."
"Y/N, don't do it. It's way too dangerous. You said it yourself they were planning on killing you back then. Do you really want to be in danger again? Or do you want for them to come after us? This isn't worth it." Her father said.
"I don't care dad. It is worth it. Seeing them go down, will make it worth it. I owe it to Jihyo and her parents. Don't worry, I'm being very careful. Nothing will happen to me or to you guys." Y/N assured.
"Y/N, your dad is right. This is too dangerous, please just don't get yourself involved." Her mom added.
"There's nothing that can change my mind. I already started, it's too late to stop now."
"Does Jin and his dad know that you were the one threatening them back then?" Tzuyu asked.
"No, they thought that it was Mr. Park so they stopped looking into it. They think that I want revenge because they put dad into prison. They have no idea that we were close to Mr. and Mrs. Park." Y/N sighed. Good thing that they don't know.
"Has Nayeon any clue about this?" Chaeyoung furrowed her eyebrows.
"From what I know, no. She doesn't know anything."
"You're going to use that girl to get revenge on her family? Y/N this isn't like you at all... I get that you want revenge but you shouldn't use Nayeon like that." Her mother advised.
"This is the only way mom. If I want to bring them down I need to be close to one of them and Nayeon is just perfect for that."
"You're going to betray her, huh? That's kinda cool." Chaeyoung laughed and Tzuyu hit her arm making her stop.
"You two should go to school now, c'mon." Mrs. Chou pushed Tzuyu and Chaeyoung lightly and the two girls left.
"I know that I can't change your mind so I won't even try. Whatever you do, I'll support you. Just don't put yourself in danger. Promise me that." Mr. Chou approached his daughter.
"I won't, dad. I'm being careful. Just trust me. ImTech will be destroyed."

"Mr. Kwang? Please sell the buildings first thing you can." Y/N called him. There's a possibility that they'll change their minds so it's best to sell them as soon as possible.
"Are you sure, Ms. Chou?"
"Yes, sell them today." Y/N said and the man agreed. And just like Y/N demanded Mr. Kwang called Jin and sold them that same day.
"Ms. Chou?" Dahyun got into Y/N's office.
"Yes, Dahyun-ah?"
"You might want to watch the news." The girl suggested and Y/N turned on the tv.
ImTech has bought two buildings near the Ray district just today. The intention of buying those buildings is not known, but it is speculated that they will expand the area of their current redevelopment project.
"Mr. Kwang is pretty fast, huh." Y/N smiled to herself. She didn't expect for it to be so soon.
"Tzuyu's office is also all done. I thought I'd let you know."
"Great, thank you Dahyun-ah. You can go." Y/N said and right at that moment her phone rang.
"Yes, Nayeon-ssi?"
"I just watched the news. Didn't you say that you were going to wait a couple of days to sell them?" The woman questioned.
"Yes, but there was a change of plans so I told Mr. Kwang to sell them today."
"When is the value going to drop?" Nayeon asked.
"It will be announced next week that the buildings are not steady anymore, so the value will drop instantly."
"So next week huh?"
"Yes.Be careful. They might find out that we deceived them." Y/N advised.
"Don't worry. I'll handle it." Nayeon assured but Y/N is not so sure about that. Jin and his father are dangerous and Y/N doesn't want Nayeon to be in danger because of them.
"Okay, still be careful. I'll let you know when the announcement is going to be." Y/N informed and with that she hung up.

"Ms. Im, your brother wants to see you." Momo said after Nayeon ended her phone call with Y/N.
"Let him in." She knows what's coming.
"There's my lovely sister!" He approached her and tried to hug her but Nayeon pushed him away.
"You seem to be angry. I guess you watched the news huh?" He laughed. Nayeon is just pretending to be angry so that he doesn't get suspicious.
"I was supposed to buy those buildings..." Nayeon said weakly. She's pretty good at acting.
"Don't you know, Nayeon-ah? I'm always ahead of you. So you better give up. Those buildings are mine now and not yours. You should've kept your plans to yourself if you wanted them." He chuckled.
"You're really no competition to me, sister. I will always win. Whatever you do, you'll never win." He added.
"Are you sure about that, oppa? This is just the beginning." Nayeon smirked.
"The beginning of your downfall it is." Jin smiled.
"We'll see who's downfall it will be. Just because you bought the buildings that I wanted doesn't mean that you're ahead of me. I'm the one that's leading a project here. Where's your project, huh?" Nayeon went closer to him and patted his chest lightly.
"You bitch." He pushed his sister. Nayeon really hit him with something that he's insecure about.
"Where did you get this confidence to talk to me like this, huh? Is it that bitch Y/N thats giving you confidence? Of course who else would it be." He started to laugh.
"Even with Chou Y/N by your side, you'll still lose Nayeon-ah. Keep that in mind." He slapped Nayeon's cheek lightly and left the office.
"Just wait until next week, oppa. You won't be talking like this anymore." She said to herself in frustration and left the office as well. It's getting late so she should head home. Besides she's hungry.
When she was waiting for the elevator, she saw Jeongyeon in the distance and decided to approach her.
"Jeongyeon-ah?"
"Oh, Nayeon-ssi. I didn't see you there." The manager smiled.
"Do you want to grab dinner? I'm starving." Nayeon asked. Truth be told, Nayeon is very angry with Jeongyeon. How could she betray her like that? Jeongyeon was really the last person that she thought would betray her.
"Sure, just give me a sec." The woman said and after about two minutes the two girls left the company and went to a restaurant nearby.
"I saw the news. Weren't you planning on buying those buildings? How did Jin end up buying it?" Jeongyeon acted clueless which made Nayeon chuckle internally. Jeongyeon is a very good actor indeed, but so is Nayeon. If Jeongyeon wants to play this game, then Nayeon will follow.
"I guess he heard about me wanting to buy them and got in action before me." Nayeon sighed.
"That sucks. I'm sorry to hear that." Jeongyeon acted like she felt sorry. Nayeon really wants to confront her about telling betraying her, but she suddenly remembered what Y/N told her. Jeongyeon could be useful in the future so Nayeon has to keep her anger in for now.
"No, it's okay. I'm actually glad I didn't buy them." Nayeon informed.
"What? Why?"
"I heard they're going to drop in value soon." Nayeon smirked.
"W-what?" Jeongyeon said in confusion. Nayeon is enjoying this sight of hers. This is what'll happen if you decide to betray Im Nayeon.
"Yeah, do you really think I would let Jin buy them if they're going to rise in value?"
"Ah yeah of course not. You did a good thing." Jeongyeon smiled but Nayeon can see that she's panicking inside. She looks pretty flustered.
"But are you sure that it's going to drop? How do you even know?" Jeongyeon questioned.
"I looked more into the state of the buildings and someone whose close to me told me so."
"Oh, I understand." Jeongyeon nodded. Jin is surely going to freak out when he finds out.
