Sana stood there along with Rahil looking at the people giving their blood.
Sana- Rahil what if I was a vampire... oh god this place would be a heaven for me then right?
Rahil snorted and nodded.
Rahil- I want to be a real doctor, no internship asks you to do these random checks.
Sana- We will be, it's just that maybe Sid- sir have thought through you know.
Today Sana just had to note down how many entries have been made and segregate the Blood groups.
Rahil went out to eat out first while sana looked through the process.
Just when her eyes went on a shaking woman who's crying loudly.
Her heart clutched because her being a sensitive girl and also a nosy one.. she got up and went near her.
The man who had to take her blood was annoyed as hell, he has been dealing with this so much that's he's now immune.
Sana softly kept a hand on the woman and said- Whats wrong miss?
The woman gulped with tears rolling down her eyes.
Woman- I- I have to give blood to my- my son in the ICU, b-but I'm so scared-
The man cut her in between sarcastically- Of the needles? Then you should just get someone else. Don't waste the time of the hospital.
Sana looked at the man in shock, but corrected him and said- Scared of loosing him.
The woman looked up and nodded.
Sana sat down and held her hand swiftly form where she had to take blood.
Sana- You know this blood is so precious. This body is so precious for your boy! You know why?
The woman shook her head.
Sana smiled ( Gave a quick look to the man to start the process)
Sana- because this blood, this body is what kept him for 9 months. This was his first house, it could never betray him. You know?
So, don't feel scared.. just- trust the god- oh shit and also the doctors please.
The woman with tears chuckled at the innocent girl infront of her.
Sana clapped her hands and said- Done!
The woman looked at sana in shock and saw that the blood was taken. ( She already had the bouncy ball in her hands for the excerise while Sana got her thinking about something else)
Sid who came in to check, stood at the doorway with a soft smile playing on his lips.
He quickly shook it off and went towards her with a stern face.
Sid cleared his throat and said- Ms. Gill?
Sana's eyes widened as she quickly got up and in the process hit her pinky with the wooden end of the seat and winced in pain.
Sid rolled his eyes while she cursed the table.
Sid- Are you done with your lunch?
Sana nodded a No.
He quirked his eyebrow and looked at his watch- it was 4pm.
Sid- Where is Rahil?
Sana- He's out to eat his lunch!
Sid- I saw him at 2 going for lunch and it's now 4? Didn't you guys decide a time?
Sana- Um he would be coming the I'll go.
Sid clenched his jaw and looked at her and said- I am calling him, you go to the canteen right now.
Sana- But-
Sid- It's an order.
Sana sighed and picked a little pink bag and walked with a limp.
Sana looked at the line for the food and she smiled happily.
Thankgod the food here for the doctors is nice.
She filled in her food in the tray and walked to an empty table and sat down just when she heard the chair scrap and saw Sid sitting down as if it isn't a big deal.
Sana- Um- u-h-
Sid- Are you expecting someone else to sit here?
Sana quickly shook her head and Sid said- Then? Eat your food.
Sana quietly took out her pink fluffy bag with had a carrot drawn on it and it said Carrot time.
She took out 3 carrots out of it and took out her phone to watch something while started to nibble the carrots.
He looked at her, the girl wearing the doctor's court and watched her nibble on the carrot with her cute crooked front teeth looking the cutest human ever.
He gulped and quickly stuffed his mouth with rice looked outside.
Sid- Um- why are you eating carrots? Why aren't you eating your food?
Sana- Actually I eat carrots first, it's good for eye sight you- know?
Sid- No I don't! You are telling this to a doctor Ms gill!
Sana- Ohhh ahaha sorry! I- ehehe sorry god that was funny.
Sid- That wasn't?
Sana- Would you like a carrot?
Sid looked up at her cute bunny face and saw her offering him the carrot with her cute teeth marks.
Sid- You are going to offer me your half eaten-
Sana- Oh no no! I am giving you a fresh- chomp.
Sana's eyes widened when she saw him lean forward and eat her nibbled carrot with half in her hand frozen.
Sid- Please, just now eat your food quickly and get back to work.
Sid took his tray and went off while Sana still stared at the empty seat holding the half eaten carrot in her hand.
A young boy who was passing by saw Sana, chuckled and said- Mumma see, Statue of carrot.
Sana quickly shook her head and gulped her food down and ran back to work.
Rahul- Sorry Sana I really took a lot of time.
Sana shrugged and said- It's chill.
Just when Sid came in with files and kept it infront of them.
I want a file work of the amount of blood we have in fast four months, how many blood does cases here need and how many are we short off. I am you guys a week for that okay?
Both of them nodded and Sid strolled out.
Rahil and Sana had divided work accordingly and started to work.
4 days Sid didn't see Sana coming out for food, he saw her nibbling on those carrots while working.
On the fifth day, around 2am he took his coat and was walking out after an sucessful surgery.. when his eyes fell on the lights on in the blood bank room's cabin.
He walked inside and saw Sana sprawled on the papers with her hair all over the face and was drooling on the table.
He chuckled at her look as if someone had punched her.
He collected the stray pages, keeping it at one side and saved all the documents and switched her laptop off.
He packed her bag and then went bent towards her with a soft look on his face.
The features which he liked dearly.. her pouty lips.. her soft nose and her big eyelashes.
He looked at the time and cleared his throat and said- Ms. Gill wake up.
She didn't budge.
Sid now loudly said- Ms. Gill wake up.
Again.
Sid sighed and patted her shoulder.
No response.
Sid now took a deep breath and shouted- Ms. GILLLLL!!!!!
Sana jolted and shouted- Kaun BHAUK RAHA-
Her eyes widened in horror when she saw sid looking at her with his arms crossed.
Sana gulped as sid said- Did you just say something?
Sana nervously laughed and said- I- I just said.. MAI BHAUK RAHI HU... Woof.. bark.. bark. Woof?
Sid rubbed his eyes and said- Come let's go home.
Sana looked at the time and thought- Shit I'm so late.
Sana saw that everything was packed and looked at him with question and happiness bubbling inside.
Sid- I didn't do it.. I-it was Rahil.
Sana nodded and picked up everything and followed him behind with a big toothy smile blushing and thought Rahil left in the afternoon to do work from home.. okay devil head boy.
Sid turned to the left to get his car while Sana turned right.
Sid- Where are you going?
Sana- To my car?
Sid- You have a car?
Sana- Y-yeah?
Sid in his mind thought shit I wanted to take her home.
Sana- Do you have yours?
Sid's eyes widened and he smirked inside.
Sid- No- no I am gonna book a cab.
Sana- No no! You shouldn't do that! I'll drop you home.
Sid- Are you sure?
Sana- I am-
Sid- Where's the car?
Sana looked at his fast reply in shock but pointed at the end.
Meanwhile Sid's Range Rover cried in the side.
Sid sat in the passenger seat and smelt the car..! Ummm strawberries.
Sana sat down and started to drive just in the middle she stopped and said- Wait where is your home?
Sid rolled his eyes and said- Thanks for asking. I'll direct you.
Sana nodded and started to drive again.
Sana yawned but quickly closed her mouth when she saw him looking.
Sana- Let's play some songs? I- can't drive without music.
Sid- No I don't like music.
Sana sighed and nodded.
Sana stood where he wanted to and looked around in horror.
Sana thought goddamnn he's so rich! He's in tr richest part of the city! I'm so jealous.
Sid got out and then bent down towards her to stay something, meanwhile sana saw his bag left so she turned towards his seat and swinged the bag towards the window but her eyes widened in horror.. she saw that she had swinged her bag on his face and gasped.
She quickly opened the door and started to say sorry again and again.
Sid held his cheek and winced.
Sana without realising grabbed his cheek and started to rub it with her eyebrows scrunched together and didn't relaise the expression Sid was giving her.
Sana quickly joined her hands and said- Sorry I didn't know-
Sid- It's okay! Now quickly go to your place! And don't you be late tomorrow.
Sana quickly nodded and started the car and quickly drives off when Sid paused and sighed.
He rubbed his forehead and shook his head and thought- THIS CARELESS GIRL! SHE DIDNT RETURN ME MY BAG.
