The man got up and Shehnaz whisper yelled- Hello? pick me up?
The man grunted and thought for a minute and then said No!
Shehnaz nodded and slowly with the help of the wall got up and then asked the man- Are you okay? Did you get hurt?
The man was shocked but due to the darkness they couldn't see each other's expressions.
The man cleared his throat and said, What are you doing at my home?
Shehnaz looked at the man and squealed- So you're the kidnapper ? Oh Thankgod I found you! Listen please ( She held his big hands in her small and started to drag him outside) Let's please get this over with! I have so much to do!
The man couldn't utter a word as he was so shocked, and her touch was making him feel such weird things he couldn't even describe.
Shehnaz successfully pulled the bulky man out to the lawn.
The guards who were awake saw the scene and was shocked, their leader was pulled by a little woman who was apparently kidnapped.
Shehnaz sat down on the grass and the moment she looked at the man to make him sit when her breath got hitched in her throat.
He was freaking gorgeous, freaking freaking gorgeous. But.. HE WAS SIDHARTH?
Meanwhile Sidharth couldn't help but admire her bare face. He had always seen her in newspapers and sometimes when he watched the news on tv. But seeing her like this, with messy hair and face without any makeup made his little pumping area tingle.
Shehnaz here got away from him and sternly looked into his eyes and said, To my knowledge I am not fighting any case against you so I would kindly like to go home.
Sidharth got out of his daze and darkly chuckled.
Sidharth put his hand in his pocket and then looked up and said, you're gonna fight a case for me! And-
Shehnaz- I don't fight cases for criminals!!!!
Ouch, yes indeed he was a criminal but hearing this from her weirdly made his blood pumping organ pain.
She's just a random lawyer Sidharth relax, he calmed himself.
Sidharth looked at her coldly and said, Come and know about my case first !
Shehnaz huffed but nodded.
She followed Sidharth as they walked through the big mansion in darkness.
Soon they stood outside a pink door, quite peculiar from the other rose gold coloured doors.

The door opened and I entered this big pink room covered with world's biggest and cutest teddy bears to ever exist. The little child in my heart jumped in joy, because since childhood I never had any such fluffy toys! Mom brought it for Samara so sometimes when they all used to be out for dinner I used to hug each one of them happily.
I smiled at the memory and then saw Sidharth standing near the photo frame of a girl around 16?
The little girl was holding a red teddy bear close to her heart and smiled so happily at the camera.
There was another picture of her with Sidharth, where she was sitting on his back while he was doing push-ups!
The wall was filled with their pictures and it made my heart so full watching their family picture.
I never had any photo frames with my family, yes we did have photo frames but unfortunately I couldn't be there.
I looked at Sidharth who was looking out coldly, I slowly said What's the case?
His head snapped at me and he bore his chocolate brown eyes into mine and said, It's the case of murder.
My heart sank, my breathing stopped.
This little girl is no more?
Sidharth continued, She is- was my sister. A week back she was coming from a night stay with her bestfriend and while she was coming back she was hit with a truck, but when I got her body she had bruises, like.. like... someone had-
I stopped him with my palm and nodded meanwhile a tear fell from my eye unknowingly.
Sidharth said, I never allowed her to go without guards but that day she was very adamant to have a day out without the guards. We had a huge fight where she was done with me bossing around her and I like a fool agreed and-
I don't know what got into me I went near him and slowly caressed his shoulders as he continued to gulp down the tears.
I looked at him and then said, You're the gang leader and quite powerful why do you need my help when there are 1000 detectives and you could kill the man easily then why court?
Sidharth without making any eye contact went to a cupboard and then took out a big carton.
He placed on the bed and the moment my eyes fell on it I froze.
I slowly forwarded my hands at the box and started to take out the things.
It was my pictures, cut outs of my articles. My interviews, all my cases details. Tapes of my famous court hearings, my favourite coloured shirt with a quote by me ' The strongest woman become Lawyers of honesty'
My hand stopped at a diary, I looked at him for permission when he slowly nodded.
I opened it with shakky hands and I read,
Dear diary,
This is my special note to self to be as great as Shehnaz Kaur gill.
I heard about her when I was 10 when one of the gang member apparently talked about having a crush on a lawyer.
Slowly I started to search about her and found ME. What I always wanted to be, how I always wanted to be like!
As fierce as her in court, as sweet as her at home and as strong as she is!
She's so fearless which made me fangirl over her. Looking at her made me feel that even I want to be a lawyer, but knowing that my brother is a gang leader I still want too!
I want to fight for justice, because I know and I believe that court could never disappoint.
I want to wear that black coat like her with the low bun and nude lipstick and the aura she carries.
If I ever meet her in my life I am gonna hug the life out of her and kiss her forehead.
Because I feel she receives that less.
My eyes blurred reading the last line as a sob left out of my mouth.
Suddenly the diary was taken away from me and I looked at him who said, Now it's personal so-
I nodded and then looked at him and said I will do the case.
He nodded seriously but his eyes were roaming on my face looking for something.
Suddenly he came forward and took out a handkerchief and slowly put it infront of my face and said Wipe it.
My heart skipped a beat and I quickly took the handkerchief and wiped my tears.
I was so confused, he was said to be very heartless but here he was asking me to wipe my tears? Does it means he's actually not that heartless?
I smiled at him gratefully to which he gave me his cold eyes but then said, You will have to stay here until the case is completed.
Because it would be anyone and if anyone gets to know that you're helping me with this case so they might run.
I interjected and said I can't stay I have-
He stopped me and said, All your work could be handled here and if you don't agree then I always know the name of your fiancée.
I glared at him and said Could you ever talk civilly?
He glared back and said, I will do what I want to do. My snippers would always be near the house of your family and your fiancé.
So don't be foolish and disobey me at any cost.
From tomorrow you have to start with your case and I would pay you with a blank cheque with-
I snarled and said I don't need your money! I don't work for money! I want to help so I would help!
I stared at him angrily while his eyes flickered with admiration? Because I could confirm it was back to cold.
For more dramatic effect I decided to flip my hair and walk out, I flipped my hair and was about to leave when he grabbed my wrist and pulled me to his chest.
His eyes angrily looked down at me and said, Don't you ever flip your hair at me! I am not here to take your attitude, I would simply shoot your fiancé.
Why is he after my fiancé? Family ki dhamki de hi nahi raha hai?
I did something so stupid, I flipped my hair again under his hold.
His eyes blazed with anger when I started to laugh loudly looking at his red face.
The anger in his eyes vanished and he looked at me confused while i decided to run away when I twisted my feet to run and even he did the same which resulted us into getting tangled and falling on the bed with a thud.
No ladies and gentlemen this wasn't enough, my lips landed on his cheek and our eyes grew wide in horror.
Suddenly my eyes went on his cheeks which was red as a tomato which made me giggle in awe.
He angrily said, Will you get away from me?
I clicked my tongue and said NOPE!
He groaned as I continued to flip my hair!
Stupid girl, he muttered.
Stupid boy, I giggled.
He slowly got up throwing me at the side of the bed and without looking at me stormed out.
I chuckled loudly and then thought, Woho I found your weak point mr. gang leader the stay here would be fun!!!
