I drive her to my penthouse. She was going to be cooking in my kitchen sounds perfect right. we entered in the penthouse.
" Wow, it's beautiful Jason." She commented, but not more than you dear.
" Thanks, let me show you kitchen first then I will given you a tour." She nodded and kept all things we bought on platform.
I gave her a rough tour. She liked it.
" Jason, you just need an swing then it can be called as Paradise." She said with smile on her lips.
" Swing? You want a swing?" I asked with little amusement.
" Don't you think it enhance the beautiful of your balcony." She said her eyes is shining only with mention of swing. I nodded and she continues
" looks like you don't spend lot of time here." She said walking towards the kitchen area.
" How do you know?" I asked
" Your penthouse lacks personal touch." She said picking up veges from bag.
" Then help me making it more comfortable and beautiful you are women. You knows this kinda thing better right. I saw your apartment I can tell that what you like and not." I said with arched eyebrows. She turn little pink but noded. That's nothing to be get blushed.
" Sure, I will help you beside thanks for a gift." She said with continue her work.
" No need pavi, I thought it will look beautiful on you and it matches with your braslet. It also has big blue sapphire on it." I said touching her wirst. She giggled
" Jason, thank you for thinking like that but this blue sapphire is transmitter." She said still giggling.
" Transmitter?" I was shocked.
" Ya, when I push that blue sapphire it sends emergency message to James uncle's phone. Dad made me wear this " she said.
" He is smart." I said. I need to talk to dad about this.
" Jason where is knife and chopping board." She asked me. I gave her and she started chopping.
" Heyy, told me something to do, I am here to help you." I asked some work from her.
" You are doing your work Jason." She said I didn't get that.
" What?"
" Keeping my mouth busy." She said still looking at chopping board.
I know better ways to keep your mouth busy tesaro, but if you just want to chat it will still work for me as long as I can see you around me.
" I saw your balcony is filled with roses. Is roses is your favorite flowers." I asked.
" No, I like roses but they are not my favorite one."
" Then ?"
" Lotus, I like lotuses."
" Then why there is no one in your apartment." I was curious about that.
" Because it need lots of water and space to grow them." Ohh small bowl is not enough for them. I have an swimming tank I can grow them for her there. Small smile crept on my lips as thought of surprising her with them.
" Jason, can I ask you something ?" She asked with pleading eyes.
" Yaa, anything." I assured her.
" Why don't you live with uncle and aunt. They live in same city." She asked.
" Mm, here when you turn adult you leave your parents house and get independent." I tried to explain her. She just noded. I don't think she liked this system.
" When everybody is coming?" She asked
" They will come in two hours, when that old man leave we will watch movie." He smiled
Her hands was totally imbedded in flour and her phone started ringing.
" Jason, can you pick up the call and keep it on speaker please." Darling no need to say please I thought and and kept it on speaker. She didn't tell me to go away so I just keeping all ingredients in platform and some in freez.
" Hey, Shudhha. "
" Paviii, busy ha. You didn't call me yesterday."
"Sorry just caught in work." she said
" How was your visit with coconut tree ha?" This caught my attention.
" SHUDHHA" she nearly shouted and she turned towards me with red face. My eyes are narrowed at her with fake anger but I didn't say anything.
" Hung up , I will call you later." She said but she didn't hung up.
" Why? " She asked
" Just do what I say" Pavi said in strong voice.
" Ok, I will not disturb you but one condition. You will tell me everything about coconut tree." With that she hung up and Pavi put her one hand on her temples with embarrassing.
" Sorry" she uttered in small tone
Looking her face plaming I burst into laughter. She just looking at me with wide eyes.
" Stop it Jason" I tried to control but all my efforts are go in vain. she is just too much gorgeous for any one.
" Jason" she said with small voice it on verge of crying. I made her cry. I made her cry. Shit.
" Shuu, I am sorry " I said cupping her face in my hands. God my hands completely cover her cheeks like a blanket. She stopped sniffing.
" I am sorry for describing your height as coconut tree." I remembered that.
" Yaa, you called me a coconut tree, I am hurt a lot." I faked my sadness just wanted to see her reaction.
" Sorry, I will not call you coconut tree but don't tell anyone about that please." She requested me. I can't believe she is apologizing me for calling me a coconut tree, it's more like a compliment that she called me tall, but to she is too navie to understand this. Now she is requesting me to not tell anyone about this.
" What?" Let's just tease her more.
She gasped loud " shameless" she said and continued doing her work.
Hearing that again I burst in to laugh. I am Laughing uncontrollably after she entered in my life.
" Pavi seriously you are " she pushed me back with both of her hands on my chest and I caught them there and hold it.
" You are too pure and too good for any one " I said looking at her. Her eyes locked with me this time more than before.
" Thanks Jason for understanding me. " She still didn't say it clearly and boldly. I smiled at her with small node. Then I left her hands and she continues cooking. Fragrance are coming from dishes.
I was lots in my thought when I heard loud sound of Pavi.
" Sorry, go change. Dinner is almost ready in 10 min." She said looking at my chest. Ohh she is interested ha.
Then I saw that flour was on my shirt. This girl like to throw flour on me. I nodded and went in my room to get ready. I took bath and about to get dressed. I wore a jeans and about to pick up shirt from bed but I heard
" Jason, where is-"
" Ahhhh" she screamed and coverd her eyes and ran away.
I wore my shirt. I am hundred percent sure that she is virgin. When I am about to leave room Xandar come running in my room.
" What happened? Jason. Why she was screaming?" I think all people already came here to eat her delicious food.
" Why don't you asked her?"
" I asked but she didn't say anything just looking at ground. Have you done something?" He asked in warning tone.
" Jesus , it's nothing serious Xandar."
" Then tell me. " He forced.
" I was just wearing shirt and she barged in happy?" I tell him with frustrating tone.
" Very" he said.
" What?" What he is saying.
" Nothing, let go" we descended the stairs. I went straight to kitchen she wanted something that's why she came in my room right.
" Pavi, you needed something?" I asked her.
" Yaa, serving plates" she said looking at floor as it's the most interesting thing. I bring all plates and stand in front of her. She took but I didn't leave the plates, then her head tilt upward.
" There is nothing to be embarrassing about that I am cool with it. " She relaxed like I am going to eat her alive after seeing my upper body naked.
" God, you scared me Jason, I thought you are going to be scold me a lot for entering in your room without knocking." A small smile played on my face because she felt comfortable coming in my room without knocking.
" It's totally fine, you are my friend you don't need to knock to enter in my room." I said and stunned a little by my words. I can't believe I said that. She is also stunned a little.
Sensing that I diverted her mind.
" Let me help you with this." We took all bowels in dinner table.
" Good evening sir" she greeted mr. Bharatwaj.
" Good evening child." He said
He didn't mind that we have some extra guest here. All introduced themselves. We chatted about some work stuff then he started asking about her personal life. I get irritated with this but didn't say anything.
Pavi guided all towards table and made him seat on head of table. We all take seat around. Xandar and lily take seat near end of table opposite of them lily and Alex took seat. Pavi made me seat near him and took seat beside me. She served food to all. Everyone liked it a lot. Old bag also impressed with her cooking skills.
" Child , you belong to which cast?" He asked from his face he looks like it's very important for him.
" Dikshwant sir." Pavi replied. I don't know what they talking about. Everyone's face show confusion on their faces.
" Good good, do you have a boyfriend?" He asked. I am getting angry with his questions. Alex was seating front of me he indicated me to keep clam.
" No sir , why? " She asked. Ya I would like to know too.
" I would like you to meet my son, I love to have you as my daughter in law." He completed and I choked food. I was angry but right now I couldn't breath. Pavi immediately stand up and started rubbing my back. Alex filled a glass of water for me. Pavi took it and made me drink with her hands but still I was coughing vigorously she made me look up.
I can able to see her gorgeous black eyes but this time they are filled with worry. Yaa, it looks like worry for me? my heart responded. She cares about me. I am able to breathe again.
" I am ok." I told them all.
" Are you sure, do you need more water?" She asked again.
" Don't worry Pavi, I fine." She relaxed a bit but not completely. I put hand on her hand below table and assured her.
" Take it easy son." Old bag said
" Yaa," I replied trying not to be rude .
" Pavi, what do you think about this?" He again brought that fucking shit . Why?.
" I am sorry sir, but I am engaged." She said and my heart clutched tight in my chest, like someone put heavy stone on my heart. It's difficult to breathe again. I lost all interest in food. Not only me everyone on table shocked. She never told us. Why? Not even dad.
" Oh, we lost an opportunity" he said. Pavi didn't reply.
Remaining dinner went sad. He left the penthouse. I still didn't looked at pavi, a minute before that I saw care in her eyes for me and after that she said that she belongs to someone else. I didn't liked this idea or should I say fact. Even he went, I didn't met anyone's eye just looking at ground.
As Pavi turned after he went , Alex and Xandar stood in front of her stopping her for doing anything.
" You are engaged? Why haven't you tell us before?" Alex is shouting nearly. No one can shout at her.
" Alex, lower your voice. It's her choice." I warned Alex in cold tone. They all are shocked by my behavior.
" Guys cool down, I am not engaged. It was just some excuse to reject his offer. " She said and my heart relaxed. I felt alive again like breathing started again.
" You are not engaged right." Xandar said and Alex Xandar hugged each other. They are gone mad.
" Thank God." Alex said and they both hugged Pavi. She returned hug.
" Girl, you have gave us a heart attack" Lily said with getting relaxed.
I am just happy that she is not committed to anyone. Why I am feeling like this for this girl. What makes her so special that I am getting pulled towards her like an magnet. I am pretty sure that it's not lust. I know what is lust, then why I felt happy or I don't know after knowing that she is virgin.
It's not that I want her but I don't want her to be with anyone. She is so special. Something is changing I can feel that but what exactly I need to find out.
We all watch a comedy movie in my theater room and they went. Xandar told me that he will drop her home.
I went in my room remembering about her, I felt that it's becoming my habit sleeping thinking about her replaying the event and moments we spend together. I slept most peacefully and without worrying anything with her in car that night in my life. I smiled at thought of she talked about me to her friend and even called me a coconut tree. She is short compared to me. Thinking about her I slept.
