Alex dropped me at my apartment and told that I can take half day. Whole ride I was thinking about Jason, I was sleeping on his chest. Thanks God he didn't offend otherwise how I will be facing him again. He said he feels happy and relaxed around me, so he sung a song for me. I felt very special at that time when he told that even Alex and Xandar doesn't know that he sings.
He spoke to dad and deliberately didn't tell me what they spoke just to make me mad. He is not at all as Lexi discribes him at lunch. He is perfectly gentleman , caring. Not like cold , arrogant and rude boss or maybe he is speak soft because I am daughter of family friend. Ya this can be true, I am close to James uncle and he is his dad so he don't want to offend his dad.
I take rest for some time and then got ready for office. Xandar already told me that we have an meeting with government officials. I am getting ready for meeting. Meeting is held at their office so we all are going there. He is going to pick me up on the way. I got ready for meeting. This is serious meeting and I am getting nervous.
I prepared all documents required for meeting. I got call from Xandar that he is at parking spot so I reached their and saw that Alex and Jason also their.
" Looks like meeting is very important." I said looking at them.
" Don't worry princess, you are good at it , we saw you at board meeting you dominated all." Xandar said looking at my nervous state and rubbed my shoulder.
" I hope I don't mess up." I said.
" Believe me you won't. " Jason said opening door for me. We all are going in same car but this is bigger than usual they used for everyday.
We all took seat and I am still reading all documents again and again. If we didn't crack this project won't get approval from government due to their new laws. This project is Jason's dream and I don't want to become a reason of distruction of his dream. He will hate me forever.
" princess, had Jason did something yesterday?" Xandar asked and Alex burst into laughter.
Only Alex was laughing.
" Shut up Alex " Jason said.
" No, he is perfect gentleman and sweet, caring also." I told them.
" Doesn't sound like Jason at all." Xandar said.
" Why? "
" He only behave well with his parents and us." He explained.
" I am still here guys." Jason reminded us.
" It's not safe to discuss this here." I murmured in Xandar's ear.
" It's ok he won't mind because he also knows that it's truth." He murmured in my ears like I did.
" What's going on there between brother and sister ha?" Jason asked in fake strong tone.
" It's secret between siblings." I told Jason In same tone and Xander and me started laughing.
My nervousness coming down slightly. We reached there. As we entered I saw an beautiful small template at building. A beautiful idol of Krishna kept there but there wasn't any oil lamp it's already emptied so no flame. I didn't liked it.
" You guys go ahead I will come and join you." Before they could ask me anything I left and entered the temple removing my sandels outside.
I found that a oil bottle a kept near so picked it up and poured in it and light up the lamp. I prayed for project to be successful and turned to left but a old Indian man standing there looking at me.
" What are you doing here dear?" He asked.
" Oh, me sir I have an meeting here. When I saw temple so came for prayer." I replied.
" I saw you lighting a lamp. I felt relieved that this generation also believe in God. Everyday I light up the lamp today you done" He said while smiling at me.
" Traditions are what we only got to cherish and pass down to tomorrow, sir."
" Seeing a young lady to lighten up lamp in western country relieved my heart. What is your name? "
" I am Pavi Raj sir."
" What meeting is here you for?"
" I am here to represent the Jax construction. Sir." He smiled and asked
" How is your project dear?" He asked about project.
" Actually due to changes in laws we have to find out new ways but we solved it. We prepared a zero carbon footprint zone in area of consultantion which will protect the environment."
" Nice, it's interesting tell me more about it."
" Sure sir, for air pollution we planned that we will plant oxygen bomb plants everywhere so it maintaining the oxygen level in air because this project accommodate specially for elders so it will keep them healthy." I told him some bold point from project.
" Sorry sir but I have to attend the meeting please allow me to leave." I said
" Let me escort you to meeting, i am also going towards their." He said and I followed him upto meeting room.
Meeting is already started and two men were seating next to table. When we entered all were looking at us.
" Sorry sir, I am Pavi Raj an environment engineer." I apologise
They looked at that old man and didn't say anything.
" It's ok Miss Raj, take a seat. " One of them said. I turned towards that man.
" Thank you sir for escorting me." I said with little bow.
" No need child." Saying that walked and take seat in front of Jason, Alex and Xandar with other two people.
I don't get what is happening so looked at guys they are looking at me with questioning look on their face. I am still standing at door.
" Child take seat I will explain. " I took seat
" I am Bharat Bharatwaj, head of EPL." I shocked after hearing that.
I explained the remaining project in detail. I was hell nervous. He get up.
" Mr. Knight , well I already liked all idea and approved the project when Pavi explained it me outside. Just want to complete the formalities. " They shook their hands.
Alex and Xandar looking at me. He further continues.
" Let's celebrate." He said.
" Sure, it's already dinner time we will go to nice restaurant." Alex added while smiling.
" Child can you cook?" He asked me. I nodded my head.
" Then I will eat food cooked by you." I was shocked and don't know what to do so I turned my head towards Jason he nodded.
" Sure sir, when do you like to eat sir? I will prepare." I asked him with smile on my face.
" Thank you child, I can't cook and I really miss indian homemade food. How about tomorrow at dinner."
" No problem sir." I said with nod. He patted my head and left the room. As he left the room I took heavy breath and drank water from table.
" What's just happened? He is the most difficult person to persuade and he agreed just like that?" Xandar said.
" Why he is calling you child?" Alex asked.
" You meat him before coming here how?" Jason asked.
" Actually, I saw oil lamp in tample was unlighted so I told you guys to go ahead and I went to lighten the lamp in tample. When I turned to leave I saw he was standing there. He asked me about me and project. Then I told him why I like this project then we came here." I told them.
" He is impressed with you Pavi, that's why he goes soft on us." Alex said.
" For a second a thought that I messed up everything when he went and take a seat." I said
" Relax, now we succeeded." Jason said smiling at with proud feeling in his eyes.
" but why he wants to eat food cooked by me? I didn't get that." I said looking at Jason.
" Maybe he miss indian homemade food." Jason replied.
" No problem, I will cook for all of you. Bring rose and lily also" I said looking at Alex and Xandar.
" Will you manage everything?" Alex asked.
" No problem I will handle and tomarow is weekend so I will manage." I said
" Yaa, but not in your apartment. Dinner will be at my penthouse." Alex and Xandar noded at Jason.
" Why?" I asked.
" I didn't liked that he asked directly ,he must have an ulterior motives that's why I don't want him to enter in your apartment." Jason explained.
" Jason, you are overthinking about it."
" No, I don't get an bad feeling about him." He said.
" Ok I will cook in your home." I said to Jason.
We all agreed and get in car. It's already night so they dropped me and went .
Tomorrow I am going to cook for all so I need some shopping. I ordered all spices and other ingredients online and gave address of Jason's penthouse. He messaged me already during car drive. Then I went to bed.
Next day

Jason called me,
" Pavi I am coming to pick you up then we will go shopping,ok? "
" Ya, "
" Good, I will be there in 20 min " saying that he hung up. I decided get ready. I get down my building and waiting for Jason to pick me up.
I saw Jason's car coming towards me and stop in front of me. I get in.
" Thanks for picking me up Jason."
" Oh, come on. Don't be so formal with me." I smiled.
" Have you ever gone for groceries shopping before?" I know he never gone.
" Actually no." He said with little embarrassingly.
"Everyone had its first. I will help you." We chatted for while and stopped at store. We entered the store. I pull out an shopping cart and Jason grabbed it from me.
" I will handle it. Oh and I received your package this morning." He said.
" Thank God, I already ordered an all spices required for dinner. We are not getting them here so I ordered online." I said
" Oh then why we are here?"
" For some fresh veggies Jason"
With that we reached at vege section.
I grabbed some onions, tomatos, Chilies, coriders and other.
" well, thanks." Jason said
" Thanks? For what?" I don't get that
" We got clearance because of you."
" Oh no it's pure luck of mine, I haven't done anything." He just smiled. We get ahead and I saw some ready made packs of sweets.
" What do you like Jason gulabjamun or rashugulla?"
" I have earthen this thing but not this so I don't know what this thing teasts. You decide."
" Ok I will take this" I pointed out rashugulla to Jason he nodded.
We finished shopping and got in car. Jason was in some dilima so I asked him directly.
" Jason is something wrong?"
"No why?"
" You looks like in some confusion"
" No, actually this" he gave me a box which is nicely decorated. It was a gift.
" This is for you." He said looking at me with some emotions filed eyes.
" You bought me a gift. There is no need Jason ." I tried to refuse it.
" No, I want to thank you properly. Because of you my bream is completing. You are reason of approval of my project." He explained. I took his hand with mine.
" actually Jason, you completing my dream also, using this method in your project is so big thing in my life. I am the one who should say thanks ." I said
Looks like we both reason of fulfilling each others dream." He said and hugged me. I accepted his hug full heatedly. God he is friend, then why my heart beats excesates whenever he touches me. I hugged him back. I feel comfortable and content. I never felt like that before. He has power to turn me pink just by look. We separated from each other.
" Now, open the gift." He said.
I followed his order. It was beautiful earnings of blue sapphires. My eyes got widen. It can't be true. It's very expressive.
" I can't accept it Jason it original blue sapphires." I told him with my big eyes.
" Yaa, it's original and you have to accept it." He forced.
" No Jason, I can't. If you want me to gift something then can I ask you what I want?"
He looked at me with curious expressions.
" Name it, and it will be your" he said and I started laughing.
" Why are you laughing?"
" You speak like a emporer of some kingdom." I said while laughing.
" Darling, I am billinear. I can make it real just name it." He said. When he said darling I feel butterflies in my stomach and my face is already painted pink. He chuckled witnessing that.
" Ok, then help with cooking" his eyes pop out and looking at me like he don't believe what he is heard.
" That's it?" He asked like there is more.
" Yaa, that's it." I gestured causally. His eyes filled with adoration and I can see respect in his eyes. I felt peace in my heart whenever I see that feeling in his eyes for me. I know that I just meet this person a week before but he is successfully succeed in making my heart swell whenever he speaks to me or make me blush just my look.
He grabbed my hand and put box in my hand.
" I will help you but you still don't have an option for this." With that started driving.
" Jason, try to under- "before I complete anything further he cut me off.
" It's fixed and final Pavi. " With that sentence he made my all pleas in vain.
