Chapter 7: 3-2-0: #10 Miami RedHawks (Game 2)

After nearly collapsing last night, the St. Lawrence Saints return to Oxford, Ohio to play the tenth ranked Miami RedHawks on Saturday night in Oxford. With 4:53 left in the first period, Justin Bruckel scored his second goal of the season to make it 1-0 Saints. Kyle Hayton and Jay Williams matched zeros for the remainder of the period so 1-0 St. Lawrence it remains heading to the second period. With 13:12 left in the second period, John Doherty scored to tie the game 1-1. Hayton and Williams matched zeros for the remainder of the period so 1-1 remains our score heading to the third period. With 16:35 left in the third period, Sean Krualy scored to make it 2-1 Miami. Jay Williams finished off the Saints and Miami wins 2-1. St. Lawrence dropped to 3-3-0 on the season.
