Chapter 32: 16-10-2: #13 Quinnipiac Bobcats (12-4-0 ECAC Hockey)

After getting ranked, the St. Lawrence Saints head to Hamden, Connecticut to play the number thirteen team in the country, the Quinnipiac Bobcats at People's United Center this evening. With 14:19 left in the first period, Sean McGovern scored his seventh goal of the season to make it 1-0 St. Lawrence. Kyle Hayton and Michael Gartieg matched zeros for the remainder of the period so the Saints lead 1-0 heading to the second period. With 11:36 left in the second period, Soren Jonzzon scored to tie the game 1-1. With 9:06 left in the second period, Landon Smith scored to make it 2-1 in favor of Coach Pecknold's Bobcats. Michael Gartieg finished off the Saints and Quinnipiac wins 2-1. St. Lawrence dropped to 16-11-2 on the season and 12-5-0 in ECAC Hockey play.
