With 8:58 left in the first period, Alexander Kuqali scored to make it 1-0 RIT. With 3:30 left in the first period, Caleb Cameron scored to make it 2-0 Tigers. With 18 seconds left in the first period, Mike Marnell scored his first goal of the season, on the power play to make it 2-1 RIT. Kyle Hayton and Jordan Ruby matched zeros for the remainder of the period so RIT leads 2-1 heading to the second period. With 19:32 left in the second period, Alexander Kuqali scored to make it 3-1 Tigers. With 5:37 left in the second period, Brad McGowan scored to make it 4-1 RIT. Hayton and Ruby matched zeros for the remainder of the period so RIT leads 4-1 heading to the third period. With 13:49 left in the third period, Brad McGowan scored to make it 5-1 Tigers.
