Chapter 16: 8-5-1: Clarkson Golden Knights (4-2-0 ECAC Hockey)

After a disappointing loss last time out, the St. Lawrence Saints return to Appleton Arena to play the hated Clarkson Golden Knights as two points are on the line again tonight. Kyle Hayton and Steve Perry matched zeros in the first period so no score betwixt two hated rivals after twenty minutes in Canton. With 15:59 left in the second period, Tommy Thompson scored his fourth goal of the season to make it 1-0 St. Lawrence. With 14:25 left in the second period, James de Haas scored to tie the game 1-1. With 6:18 left in the second period, Jordan Boucher scored to make it 2-1 Clarkson. Steve Perry finished off the Skating Saints and Clarkson comes from behind and wins 2-1. St. Lawrence dropped to 8-6-1 on the season and 4-3-0 in ECAC Hockey play.
