Stephan woke up from a nightmare of cutting Maleficent's wings off.
"He's coming. He's coming"

Stephan threw a bucket of water on the poor sleeping servants face which jolts him awake.
"Where are your workers?" Stephan asked.
"Uh...in their beds, Majesty"
"Get them back to work without delay" Stephan commanded as he started to walk.
The Overseer quickly followed behind him.
"They're exhausted, sire but I'll have them back to work at first light" The Overseer reassured him.
"I need them back to work now" Stephan instructed.
"It's wee hours (wee hours are between 1:00 AM and 4:00 AM)" The Overseer told him.
"Aye Aye" Stephan stopped and put his hands on his shoulders making the Overseer looked at him in surprise.
"It is wee hours. So wake them up"
"Sire?"
Suddenly grabbed a hold of the servant and started shaking him.
"So wake them up and get then back to work now! We're running out of time! Go know!"Â Stephan shouted.
The Overseer ran off in fear.
~Back in the Moors~
Maleficent sat near under tree and watched Aurora stoke a creature.
"Aurora. Come here" Maleficent called.
Aurora left the creature and made her walk to Maleficent.
"Sit" He told her.
She then sat next to him.
"There's something I need to tell you" He told her.
"What is it?" She asked.
Maleficent hesitated for a second.
"There is an evil in this world and I cannot keep you from it"
"I'm almost sixteen Godfather. I can take care of myself" She told him.
"I understand. But that's not what I have to tell you..."
"I have a plan" She interrupted him.
"When I'm older, I'm going to live here in the Moors with you and Y/n. Then we could all take care of each other" She explained.
They looked at each of a while before Maleficent spoke up.
"You don't have to wait until you're older, you could live here now" He told her.
Aurora's face lit up with joy and excitement.
"Then I will. I'll sleep in a tree and eat berries and black nuts and all the Fair People will be my friends. I'll be happy here for the rest of my life. I'm going to tell my aunties tomorrow"
She turned to face Maleficent, laughing in joy.
"Until tomorrow" Maleficent told her.
"Oh, I'm so excited!" Aurora laughed as she left to make her way back to the cottage

As Aurora made her way down the hill she saw Y/n coming with a basket filled with fruits, she looked as though she was daydreaming and walking.
"Godmother!" Aurora called out.
The sudden called startled Y/n causing her to trip and fall flat on her face.
Aurora gasped as quickly made her way to help her Godmother.
"Godmother, are you alright?" She asked helping her up.
"I've...been better" Y/n told her.
"Here let me help you" Aurora offered.
Y/n dusted herself off.
" You don't have to Aurora that's fine-" Before she could finish her sentence Aurora had already picked up the bunches of berries and apples and place them in the basket.
"Here you go Godmother" Aurora said handing her the basket.
Y/n took the basket a bit shock how fast she picks them up but smiled at the kind gesture.
"Thank you, Aurora"
She smiled.
"You're welcome Godmother"
"Before you head off Rora. Did your Godfather finally tell you?" She asked her.
Aurora's smile returned to her face.
"Oh yes! I could believe it but I'm so excited to live here with you and Godfather" She told her.
'Ohhh, he didn't tell her then' Y/n thought.
Y/n smiled at Aurora.
"Well I can't wait for you to finally live here with us"
Aurora nodded, the smiling never leaving her face.
"Goodbye Godmother" She waved.
Y/n waved her goodbye and continue her walk to Maleficent.

(Your POV)
I had finally made it up to where Maleficent was.
He sat underneath a tree lost in thought.
'Should I scare him? Can he even be scared?" I thought before finally deciding to sit do next to him.
He glanced at me as I sat down next to him and hand him an apple.
"You must be hungry after all this time so I got you some apples and berries" I told.
He looked at me then the apple before he took it.
He took a bit out from it and a moment of silence crept on us before I spoke up.
"You know, when coming up here I saw Aurora she seemed quite happy to know that you cursed her" I told him.
Maleficent sighed.
"I didn't tell her, I couldn't, it will break her heart"
I looked at him.
"Oh, so you really do have a soft spot for her" I teased.
Maleficent looked at me a bit annoyed as I returned it with a simile.
"But, you'll have to tell her the truth because you can't hide the truth no matter what you do eventually it will reveal itself in all its colours" I told him.
Maleficent sighed and looked off into the distance not meeting my gaze but didn't say anything but I was done trying to persuade him.
I held his free hand in my mine and gave it a soft squeeze gaining his attention.
"I know you don't like it we people tell you what to do but I'm asking you. Can you tell her the truth, for me, my Lord?" I asked.
Maleficent lips started to twitched as though he wanted to smile but suppressed it.
"Very well then I'll tell her..."
"Good" I nodded.
"...When she's 99"
This caused me to narrow my eyes at him.
"Oh what. Don't give me those eyes, Y/n" He took a bit of his apple.
"You didn't say when I have to tell her"
"And you say I'm the childish one"
"Oh but you are" Maleficent told me causing me to laugh.
(3rd POV)
Aurora was in the woods pacing up and down practising what she's going to say to her aunties at the same time a prince was riding in the woods notices her.
"Aunties, I'm almost sixteen and I need a life of my own. No." She stopped and thought for a moment before continuing to practice.
"I love you very much, but it's time to say goodbye. You've been very good to me, except the time you accidentally fed me spiders..."
Suddenly the prince steps in front of her to interrupt her making Aurora gasp in shock.
"Hello" The prince greeted her.
Aurora looked shy and afraid and doesn't reply to the stranger.
"I'm sorry to bother you, but I'm on my way to King Stefan's castle and I've become hopelessly lost. Can you help me?" He asked as he took a step towards Aurora, she took a step back in fear and stumbles.
He took a step towards Aurora as she took a step back in fear and stumbles on the tree.
"Oh!"
"Oh, I'm sorry. That was my fault, I rushed in too..." He helped her to stand and took her hand.
Suddenly he became mesmerized by her beauty. Aurora quickly took back her hand from his.
"Forgive me"
Aurora pointed at the direction of the castle.
"It's that way. The castle"
But Phillip could not take his eyes off her.
"The Castle" Aurora said nudging her head in the direction of the castle.
An awkward silence fell on the two.
"What's your name?" Aurora asked him, breaking the silence.
"It's Philip, what's your name?" He asked.
"Aurora"Â She said shyly.
" Hello, Aurora" He greeted.
Aurora smiled at him shyly.
"Well, it was nice meeting you. And once again, my apologies for being such a clumsy fool"
"You're forgiven" Aurora told him causing him to chuckle.
"That's good. I'd best be off then. Goodbye" With that Phillip bows his head and turns to leave.
As he walked back to his horse Aurora followed him.
"Will you be back this way?" Aurora asked him.
He turned around and smiled at her.
"Nothing could stop me" He told her. (How does that answer her question tho?!)
Aurora nodded.
"Very soon"
Phillip got on his horse.
"Goodbye Phillip"
"Goodbye, for now"
Aurora smiled as she watched Phillip ride away.
Maleficent and Y/n, in her bird form, watched Aurora's encounter with Phillip, Y/n flaps her wings in Maleficent's face.
"Stop that" He told her as he used his magic to turn Y/n into her human.
"Well? Their you go Maleficent, that boy is the answer"
Maleficent laughed.
"No Y/n"
"Yes! Ture love's kiss, don't you remember? It could break the spell" Y/n reminded him.
"True love's kiss? Y/n have you not worked it out yet? I cursed her that way because there is no such thing"
"Of course there is Maleficent, that's how I- Aurora feels. That boy could be her only chance. It's her fate, anyway"
Maleficent looked at her then raised his hand at her to use his magic then raises her hand to use to turn her into a creature.
"Go ahead, turn me into whatever you want. A bird, a worm. I don't care anymore, Maleficent" Tears came into Y/n's eyes as she smiled bitterly.
"You know, I thought that maybe after all this time being with Aurora- being with me, I thought maybe you could see that true love is real and maybe you could have seen it was right in front of you this whole time but you were blinded by revenge, you didn't see me"
"So go head Maleficent go ahead and turn me into what every creature you want. I done"
With that Y/n walked off as Maleficent watched her.
'Don't worry. She'll be back, she said that she'll never leave my side, She'll come back me, she always does' He told himself reassuringly.
But what he didn't know was that she won't be coming back anytime soon nor is she the last one leaving his side.
I know you guys are like: 'Why is this happening?! I thought he loves us!'.
Yes, he does but he doesn't know what he really feels.
When he lost you he thought he could walk off the feeling you left him with but when he lost Aurora he realizes that you two were the only two people that he really ever cared about. So he had to lose you to see how much he needs you.
