"Good morning to you Sir Shawn." I bowed to him when I saw him at the library
"Oh good morning to you too Maria, and please skip the 'sir' part. I am not used to being called 'sir'. Is it okay with you?"
"Oh, okay, if you are not comfort to be called 'sir', I assume that I can called you Shawn, if its okay with you..."
"It is my pleasure if you called me with my name only. Now let us start with the history of the empire. Are you okay with that?"
"Yes, I am." And the story goes back to hundred years ago about the foundation of the Azaleia Empire, and the history of other empire and the story of the continent and the list goes on...
"It is too much. My brain cannot comprehend all this information in one day. Can you give me break Shawn?" I asked with sincere heart and
"Oh my, I am totally forgotten about that. I am sorry Maria. I was into it if I teach someone about the founding history. And yes, you can take a break."
Learning history is so tiring. I wish I could learn something else...
"Hey Shawn, after finishing history lesson what will be the next lesson then?" Curiosity hit me after I was wondering what will he teach me next and
"Fundamental of magic. That's what I will teach you. Is that okay?"
"Okay." I answer with an exciting expression shown at my face. Wow, the fundamental is an important subject; I must give full attention in the class
After the break, we assume the history class till the end. Shawn said that the theory class will be alternate with the training class. I am so shocked with the dividing time of the theory and training class but I am okay with it and expecting the pack schedule.
My mom enters the room after the class ended. She asked Shawn if I give full attention in the class and he said
"Your daughter is so excellent. It's very hard to find a six years old girl to concentrate in history class. I find it amusing that your daughter can keep up with my lesson."
"Well, look whom daughter you speaking about, its my daughter you know..." my mom smirked when Shawn praise me. She continued saying that there will be other teacher who will teach me etiquette class. When I ask her who, she said that
"It's ME! Who do you think will teach you huh, MY DEAR DAUGHTER???" I don't know why but I really had an unpleasant feeling about this. She told me that tomorrow will be the starting of the class.
Morning is coming through the window when suddenly
"Wake up, Maria!! You are late for the class." Yell mom when she enter my room. I startled a bit when she enter my room but
"Huh, what time is it now?" When I wake up and open the window it still dawn and
"It not even morning yet and you woke me up. Why so hurriedly mom?"
"Its better if a girl woke up early and we can finish the class earlier, what do you think about that?"
"If that's what you want, I will follow your rule." And that's the start of my cruel day. Training, theory and etiquette class. Three of them alternate and these goes on until I reach ten years old.
Yes, four years had passed and I am a ten years old girl. Between the three classes, I also train myself with knowledge that I brought from my old worlds. There are lot of important knowledge that I can implement into this world. Everything I needed to survive in this harsh world. But, the most important is to create spell magic that's suitable for my water magic.
During four year learning from Shawn, there are only a few magic spell for water user. That's very terrific. That's why I think the water user is deemed the weakest because of how many spell they can use. But that will not be my problem because right now I have created several magic that goes well with my magic type. Being a chemistry teacher in the past life has helped me to create powerful magic.
While creating the magic, Shawn and Isaac helped me to test the strengthens of the magic. Both of them said that the magic that I create is powerful and they will do their best to avoid me in the future. I can only laugh when they said that. They think it is strong but it is vice versa for me. Without telling them, I had create another batch of magic spell that is stronger than the one that I showed to them but that will be another day to impress them.
Right now I just want to improve the basic skill that I have known and learned. Five years ahead and I have to go to the ALARA Magic Academy, an academy that teaches noble children about magic, knight ship and other thing that a noble child need to have. With my magic, maybe I will not be accepted but we will not know what will be coming ahead. It is better if I prepare earlier.
