After 6 years:
I fall on top of taeju as both of us breath heavily. I got away from him and lay down next him. I looked at him. I put my hand on his cheek and kissed him deeply.
"I love you, taeju" I said as our face are close to each other.
"I love you too, Y/N" he said kissing me again.
His phone rang breaking the moment. He got it and showed me who was it. It was the boss.
"I guess we are late" I said getting up and put on my clothes as taeju answer.
"yes, sir" he said politely. "okay sir, we'll be there in a second" taeju said then hanged up the call.
"yeah, we are late as shit" he said as he starts to put on his suit. When we finished, we went directly to where the boss is.

When we arrive, we saw the members are fighting other men. We walked toward the boss. He starts moving forward. I start beating anyone that comes closer to him, so did taeju. One of our members held an old man called 'jungoo' and put him down.
"Mr. Choi, I-I was wrong, okay? This will... this will never happen again, huh? We've worked together... together for ten years, huh? Please sir, I beg you" he said begging him.
"exactly, so why did you do it if we worked together for so long? Do you know what kind of guy I am?" the boss said as he kneeled to him.
"I-I give you the whole factory and all the drugs I have, I-I must have... have lost...lost my mind for a minute there, I... please don't do this, my daughter... she just started school" jungoo said sobbing.
"so, then I'll make sure that the funeral runs smoothly" the boss said standing up.
The member took jungoo and put him in the car. A gas inside the car start to spread as jungoo begged for the boss. I looked at the boss and saw him looking through his phone. He walked to the car and the driver went away.
"member, let's go" taeju order the other as all of them start to go to the cars.
We walked to the car and taeju start driving.
"so, where do you want to go?" taeju asked looking at me then to the way.
"I don't know, you could park in a private place" I said looking at him smirking. He looked at me.
He drove faster and went down to the parking lots at the hotel. As soon as he parked, he pulled me to him making me sit on his lap. I chuckled as our faces were closer to each other.
We breathed heavily as our face are closer to each other.
"that feels good" taeju said smiling. I nodded smiling back at him.
we kept looking at each other for a while. I got off him and sat next to him pulling my pants and panties on.
I opened the front box and pulled out a pack of cigarettes and a lighter. I pulled out one cigarette and put it in my mouth lighting it. I opened out the window blow out the smoke.
"you should stop smoking, it's not good for your health" taeju said putting his thing inside his pants.
"is there anything about my brother?" I asked blowing another smoke and looked at him.
he shook his head. I opened the car and got out. I throw the cigarette on the fall and step on it.
We walked inside holding our hands and went to the room.
"I'll take a shower" I said taking my towel and walk inside the bathroom.
"you want me to join?" taeju asked. "NO!" I shouted and closed the bathroom door. I opened the water and got inside it.
I closed the water and wrapped the towel around my body. I got outside the bathroom. I saw taeju sleeping. I smiled then put on some clothes. I lay next him and hugged him. he pulled me closer to him. I smiled and went to sleep.

Next day

I woke up at the sound of my phone. I took it and opened the call.
"what?" I said putting the phone on my ears.
"wake up, it's time for work" I heard taeju's voice. I turned to the other side, and he wasn't there.
"you stupid idiot, why didn't you wake me up when you woke up?" I said as I got out of bed.
"sorry, I had to go out a little early for some work" he said.
"okay, I'll be down in 15 minutes" I said and hang up the call.
I put the phone on the table and walked to the bathroom. I brushed my teeth and washed my face then put on a light make up. I walked out of the bathroom and wore a suit. I took my knife and gun and put them in their place. I took my phone and walked out of the room. I entered the hotel.
"the boss is not here" one of the guards said. I looked at him.
"where is he?" I asked.
"he went out this morning and went to see Hyejin" he said. I looked at the time and it was 4:30 pm.
'he'll wait for her all the time?' I asked myself.
I looked at him. "okay, where is taeju?" I asked him.
"he's inside" he said pointing at the boss's office. I nodded and walked inside the office.
"hey" I said as I saw him sitting on the couch. He looked at me.
"hey" he said putting the tablet on the table and stood walking to me.
"any work for today" I said wrapping my arm around his neck.
"for now, there is nothing, do you wanna practice together?" he said pulling me closer to him.
"as a fight? What do I get if I won?" I asked him. "why do you think you will win? Anyways, if you win, I'll ask the boss to give you two days off" he said.
"and if he refused?" I asked.
"um, I'll invite you to any restaurant you want, but if I won, what will you get me?" he asked.
"well, I could give an incredible night that you would love" I said as he looked at my lips.
He leaned in but I put my hand on his lips stopping him.
"win first honey" I said pulling away from him smiling. We walked out of the office and drove to the gym.
I change into a sport bra and a sport pants. I walked to the field and saw taeju practicing.
"ready" I said smirking. He turned and smirked.
"I won't go easy on you" he said. "me neither" I said.
I got in position so did taeju. He attacked with his arm, and I avoided and hit him in his stomach.
He then pulled my arm turning me making my back face him as he slammed me on the wall. I groan when my head hit hard the wall.
"are you okay?" he asked losing his strong wrapped around my arm.
"you shouldn't worry about me" I said making a force with my leg pushing him back with me making him fall and I fall on top of him.
I got off him and stood up. I put my hand to him to help him stand up, but it was a bad move from me.
He took my arm and flipped me on the floor. I groan and chuckle at the same time.
"what a good move, totally forgot about the fight" I said as I turned and stood up.
I looked up and felt a strong hit on my face making me fall again. I felt blood coming from my nose. I looked at taeju.
"I guess we should stop, we don't want to get in a real injury" he said as I sat up. I nodded.
he helped me up and sat me on a sofa. He went away to bring the first aid. I ripped one of my shirts that I have in the gym and put it on my nose waiting for taeju to come back.
"where are you?" I shouted.
"coming" he said getting down from upstairs.
He sat beside me and opened the first aid box. He pulled my hand away from my nose and put a tissue inside my nose. he then put a medicine on a cotton.
"why's that?" I asked him.
he pulled his phone out and took a picture of me then showed it to me. There was a cut on my right cheek and a light red circle on my left check.
"damn, you have some good hits here" I said chuckling.
"it's going to hurt so don't move" he said pulling my face with my chin to look at him.
he put the cotton on the cut. I winced in pain pulling my face away.
"ash, that hurts" I said pouting.
"don't be a child" he said grabbing my face again and start cleaning.
He put a plaster on the cut then put an ointment on my left cheek. He put the ointment back to the first aid box and closed it.
"what a pretty face of yours" he said looking at me smirking.
I looked at him with a 'shut up' look. He chuckled.
"here take this" he said giving me his jacket. I put it on and closed it.
"I'll go and change" he said and was about to stand up. I pulled him.
"don't you want to get your winning present?" I said looking at him.
he looked at me for a while. "with that face of yours, no" he said smiling. I pushed his shoulder.
"you're the one who did that, you still have you pretty face" I said pouting then looked away.
"I'm kidding, it's still early for it and work still on" he said letting me look at him. he kissed me then pulled away.
"I'll go change then go to the office" he said. I nodded and he went away. I brought my phone.
'Y/N, I want you at Han River at 7' I saw the boss's message. I saw the time and it was 5. I sigh.
After a few minutes, taeju got down wearing his suit.
"what's up with that face" he said doing his tie.
"nothing, the boss wants to see me at Han River at 7" I said looking at him.
"did he say what he wants?" he asked. I shook my head.
"okay, let's go" he said walking toward the door. I stood up and followed him.
"wait" I said. "yeah" he turned. I hit his face as hard as I could.
"what was that for?" he asked holding his face.
"now I ruined your pretty face" I said smiling. I walked out of the gym toward the car, and he followed.
"I'm driving, give me the keys" I said.
He throws me the keys. I caught them and opened the car. We got inside and start the car heading toward the hotel.
I stopped in front of the hotel. We got out the car.
"did Mujin came?" taeju asked the guards.
"yeah, he was here, but left before 15 minutes ago" the guard said.
Taeju nodded and We got inside. "I'll be in the restaurant down" I said to taeju. He nodded and walked away.
I make my way down. I entered the restaurant and sat on a table and took at tissue pulling out the tissue that was in my nose and put it in it.
"what do you like to order ma'am?" the waiter asked.
"a pomegranate juice, please" I said looking at him. he nodded and walked away. I pulled my phone and called Jiwoo.
"hello" she answered. "hey, what are you doing?" I said to her.
"just arrived at the police station, did something happened?" she asked.
"the boss is waiting for you at the Han River, you know that right?" I asked.
"yeah, I have something to do at the police station then I'll go to him" she said.
"okay, I'll see you there then" I said.
"okay, do you want something from me to bring?" she asked.
"no, just drive safe" I said. She closed the call. the waiter came and put the juice on the table.
"thank you" I said. He bowed and walked away. I start to drinking the juice.
I finished drinking the just but stayed at the restaurant. I was playing some games and having fun of my own until my phone rang, and it was taeju.
"hey" I answered.
"hey, where are you?" he asked.
"I'm still at the restaurant, just finished my juice, do you want something?" I said smiling.
"no, just checking on you" he said.
"aww, how sweet of you after ruining my beautiful face" I said chuckling. He chuckled too.
"sorry for that" he said.
"don't be sorry, you got to have a good night tonight, get ready for it" I said. He laughed.
"okay, I need to go now, I have to go and see the boss" I said.
"okay, be careful on your way" he said.
"okay, see you tonight" I said and closed the call. I called the waiter.
"please can you make another juice, I'll take it away with me" I said. He nodded and walked away.
the waiter came and gave me the juice. "thank you" I said, and I walked to the casher and paid for the juices.
I walked out of the restaurant and went to the boss's office. I entered and saw taeju laying on the couch closing his eyes.
I smiled and walked to him. I sat on the table and stare at him for a while.
"you stare to much" he spoked scaring me.
"yah, where you awake the whole time? You scared me" I said pushing his arm playfully.
"since you came in, why didn't you go?" he said as he sat up.
"I got you a fresh juice" I said showing him the juice. He smiled.
"thank you" he said taking it and took a sip.
"okay, enjoy the juice, I'll be going" I said standing up.
"okay" he said.
I kissed him and walked away. I got out of the hotel and saw the car was ready. I walked to the door and got inside. I took out a cigarette and light it up. I start the car and drove away.
I arrived at Han River, I got out the car and walked to where the boss is standing. I stood next to him. he looked at me.
"Care to explain?" he said mentioning about my face.
"me and taeju were practicing and I ended up like this in two minutes with a nose bleeding" I said looking at him. he chuckled.
"did you hit him?" he asked. "no, but after we stopped, I ruined his face a little" I said. He walked to me and looked at my face closely.
"man, your beautiful face had ruined" he said looking at my left cheek.
"you made him so strong" I said smiling. He chuckled then turned away and look at the River.
We stood in silence until we heard a bike sound. I turned and saw Jiwoo. She pulled out her helmet. She walked toward me, and we fist bumped. She looked at the boss.
"were you waiting for a while?" she said standing next to him.
"Hmm" the boss hummed looking at her. Jiwoo sighs.
"here you go" she said giving the boss a bottle. He smiled and took it from her, and He opened it.
"what's in here?" he said taking a sniff of the battle then looked at her.
"chamomile tea, it's supposed to help with insomnia, I know you have trouble sleeping" she said looking at him.
the boss drank from it, but he spit it directly. He looked at her.
"why does it taste like make up? this won't help me sleep. It's too gross" he said closing the bottle.
I smiled looking at him. "how do you like being a cop?" the boss asked her. She sighs.
"I've been moved to the Narcotics Bureau" she said looking at him. he nodded.
"now, it's starting for real" the boss said.
"if I can find out who the gun belonged to and what exactly Cha Giho had to do with my dad's murder, then I'll have more answers, then I'll know who killed him" she said looking at the boss.
"Cha Giho?" I asked her. She looked at me.
"remember when someone knocked on us and I went after him in the rain?" she asked. I nodded.
"that was him" she said then turned to the boss.
"he's a police officer?" I said and she nodded.
I looked at the boss and he looked at me then back to Jiwoo. She walked more to the River. We followed her.
"my dad and I used to talk about building a beach house and live there, we'd hang a hammock out front, and we'd fish and swim every day like people with nothing to do, cause he wanted to live like that" she said looking at the river.
"and I always wonder if he were still alive now... would we be able to live like that?" she said looking at the boss.
"do you see that warehouse? Just about ten years ago, Donghoon saved my life over there. Everybody was attacking, trying to take down the organization" the boss said.
I smiled remembering that day, it was the same day me and taeju got together.

Flash back

I was sitting in the back seats as donghoon was driving crazy and taeju was sitting in the passenger seat. Donghoon crashed a man as he honking horn. We got out of the car and start fighting the men until we took them all down.
"hey" donghoon shouted. I looked at him and he was holding Mujin.
"you psycho" he said and start laughing. I laughed and walked to them.
"yah, how can I possibly abandon you here" donghoon said putting Mujin arm around his neck trying to help him up.
"it hurts, it hurts" Mujin said tiredly.
"GET UP" donghoon shouted and couldn't get him up. Instead, he sat next to him. both of them were badly injured but still smiling and laughing and smoking. I sat next to taeju smiling at them.
"okay guys, smile for the camera" taeju said and start taking picture. I laughed at him.
"will you be okay?" Mujin asked donghoon laughing.
"too old for this" he said smiling.
"you both come here" donghoon said.
We laughed and when and sit with them. Taeju took selfies with us. We got up and help both of them to the car.
We drove to the hotel and helped them inside as the other members took them to take care of their injuries. I looked at taeju.
"what a good time we had" I said smiling. He nodded.
we walked together out of the hotel and start walking around it.
"you have some blood on you neck" taeju said.
I touched my neck and looked at my hand. There was blood.
"damn, didn't feel that" I said looking for tissue in my pockets but there weren't any. He stood in front of me and start cleaning my neck. I dozed of staring at him.
"handsome" I thought in myself. He smiled.
"I know" he said looking at me.
"what?" I said surprised for his answer.
"I'm handsome, I know that" he said.
"did I say it out loud?" I said still staring at him.
"yeah you did" he said nodding.
We stare at each other for a while. Then he starts to lean in, and so did I until our lips met. The kiss starts to heat but was cut off by a car honking. We pulled away looking in different way.
"ehm, we should get back to the hotel" taeju said. I nodded. we start heading back.
We checked on Mujin and Donghoon and both of them were okay. I got out of the hotel and was about to get in the car.
"Y/N, where are you going?" I heard taeju saying. I turned.
"I'm going to the gym, I'll check on my brother then go to my room" I said looking at him.
"let's go together, I'll drive" he said.
I nodded. I gave him the keys and went to the other side of the car. We got in and taeju start driving. We stayed silent all the way.
We arrived and I was about to get out of the car but taeju's arm stopped me. I looked at him.
"Y/N, I want to ask you something" he said. I nodded looking at him.
"the kiss we made, will there be a way that we could do it again?" he asked looking at me.
I was shocked by his question. I felt my face become red. "I-ahh, If you want to do it again, it's okay with me" I said stuttering.
He smiled and pulled me to him kissing me. At first I didn't kiss back but within a few seconds I kissed him back. We pulled away for a breath. I looked at him.
"so, will you be my girlfriend, Y/N?" He asked breathing heavily. "yes, taeju" I said smiling. We kissed again.

"I'm giving you my dagger, you kill him as soon as you can, trust me, no matter what happens, the organization will protect you" I was cut of my thought when the boss spoke.
I saw him giving Jiwoo his knife. "now, you can go, you have work tomorrow" the boss said to Jiwoo.
She nodded and looked at me. We fist bumped and she walked away. I walked to the boss.
"are you sure about giving her your knife, sir?" I asked him. "I have nothing to lose, Y/N" He said looking at me. He made his way to the car, and I followed him. I opened for him the door. He entered and I closed the door and went to the driver seat and drove off to the hotel.
I stopped at the hotel door. The boss got out and the guards closed the door. I drove to the parking lots and parked there. I got out my phone and called taeju. "hello" he answers. "are you ready to get you present, I'm waiting for you in the parking lot" I said with a sexy voice smiling. "I'll be there" he said and closed the call. I put the phone in the passenger box and light up a cigarette waiting for taeju.
the door suddenly opened. Taeju got inside the car looking at me. "you have made something terrible lady" he said with a pain in his voice. I looked down and saw his thing was about to explode from his pants. I smirked and threw the cigarette out from the window. "will it's just about time" I said and got on top of him.

Next day at night

I stood next to the boss in a big hall in the hotel while he was drinking the chamomile tea that Jiwoo gave him. I smiled remembering when he drank it the first time. I guess he loved it. I heard steps. I saw Ms. Kang came and stood next to the boss.
"Yamamoto has expressed interest in striking a deal with us, sir" she said showing him her what's on her tablet.
"how big of a deal?" he asked looking at the tablet.
"the first transaction would be 50 billion" she said looking at him. The boss nodded and opened the bottle.
"should I refuse?" she asked.
"it will become problem if we can't meet demand" she said.
"they just found Mr. Bae" the boss said looking at her. She hummed.
"I'll make a point of going there next week" she said and was about to go but stopped when she saw the boss drinking from the bottle.
"I don't think I've seen that tumbler before" she said looking at the boss.
"chamomile tea" the boss said.
"chamomile tea?" she asked.
"nice work, Ms. Kang" the boss said looking at her. She bowed and walked away.
I then saw taeju standing a little further from us. I smiled to him, and he smiled back but his smile disappears once he walked and stood next to the boss.
"Jiwoo just joined the narcotics bureau, this will be very useful" the boss said after he saw taeju standing next to him.
"and are you really think you can trust her? I, myself, don't think we should trust her" taeju said to the boss.
"I trust the power of her desperation, Jiwoo will serve as our dagger" the boss said looking at him.
"if things go south, we'll have to kill her" taeju said. The boss nodded.
"that's correct" he said and took a sip from the bottle.
"let's go to my office" the boss said. He walked and we both followed him.
We entered the hotel and walked to his office.
"both of you wait here until I call you" the boss said and walked inside his office closing the door behind him.
I looked at taeju.
"what?" he said looking at me. I smiled at him.
"Taeju, Y/N" the boss shouted. We got inside not looking at each other. We bowed.
"I heard that there's a new drug" the boss said looking at taeju.
New drug?! I looked at taeju. "yes, sir, I've heard rumors" taeju said.
"because of Mr. Bae, for three weeks, we couldn't supply drugs, during that time, was the new drug ring formed?" the boss asked.
"I can look into it now, sir" taeju said.
"there's no need, Jiwoo will find it" the boss said looking at his phone. Taeju looked at me then back to the boss.
"and the factory?" the boss asked putting his phone on the table.
"yes, we have obtained it, sir" I said.
"where?" the boss asked.
"the north port" I said looking at the boss.
"I'll go myself and check" the boss said.
"you can leave" the boss said. We bowed and walked out the office.
"I'm going to my room" I said looking at taeju. He nodded. I walked and went to my room.
