Chapter 9: Chapter 9 - At the gate of Civil Affairs Bureau

Fang Yu took away Wen Nuan’s phone and held her hands, ordering with a relatively mighty attitude: “This is what they really are. Don’t think about it anymore. It’s unworthy!”

After the makeup, Fang Yu pushed Wen Nuan to the mirror. Raising her head, Wen Nuan found herself much more energetic and beautiful.

WenNuan mumbled to herself: “Well, it’s OK! Evenif I was kicked out, I cannot let Di Juehao look down upon me!”

Wen Nuan chuckled at herself in the mirror and turned round, looking at Fang Yu: “Thank you very much!”

“Cut the crap!. Let me take you to fight with the bad guy!”

They went out together and found each road in a seriousjam as it was the rush hours for going to work. Just like a little beetle, Fang Yu’s second-hand VW car moved quite slowly in the car flow.

At 8:30, they arrived near the Civil Affairs Bureau. Far as they were, they found a lot of reporters at the gate of Civil Affairs Bureau, who carried cameras and waited for something.

It seemed the news conference was quite big!

Checking the time, Fang Yu took Wen Nuan to a small noodle restaurant: “We cannot arrive there so early as they would look down upon us. Let’s eat something first!”

Wen Nuan alwaysaccepted good advice and shouted to the waitress to order a bowl of hot and sour noodles. It was so cool to eat it!

At 8:50, Di Family’s lawyer arrived and stood at the gate of Civil Affairs Bureau. Reporters on both side were separatedimmediately by the bodyguards. A wide road was made. They were waiting there.

Seeing this scene, Wen Nuan gave a cold smile.

No matter how great the atmosphere was, a lawyer could only adorn himself with borrowed plumes.

Even if they would get divorced soon, as the young lady of Di Family, she was still the most noble person in front of them before she got the divorce certificate!

Fang Yu curled her lips: “Why didn’t they pave a red blanket? You’re dressed like this. It seems we’re going to attend Cannes Film Festival!”

Seeing the calm girl in a red dress and with nice makeup, who still smiled, people got shocked.

After a second of shock, reporters blocked by the bodyguards started to shoot Wen Nuan and create sounds of cracking and continuous flickering.

Wen Nuan did not avoid it and still smiled in a decent and calm way. She walked inwards neither too quickly nor too slowly.

Fang Yu intended to go with her, but she was stopped by the bodyguard. She was so angry that she started to beat the bodyguard, shouting: “Bastard, let me go! You can’t bully Wen Nuan!”

The bodyguard did not listen to Fang Yu and intended to beat Fang Yu as she behaved so violently. Wen Nuan changed her face immediately and shouted angrily: “Let her go!”

The roar in a relatively low voice was full of power!

The bodyguard suppressed Fang Yu and stopped bullying her but he dared not let her go.

Wen Nuan smiled at Fang Yu: “Don’t worry, wait here for me!”

Then she turned back and walked towards the gate of CivilAffairs Bureau. The slim back seemed to be quite lofty and noble.

A Buggati Veyronparked at the nearby corner. Di Juehao held the steering wheel in his big hands which showed clear knuckles. Handsome as he was, he seemed to try hard to control his rage.

He muttered to himself: “Bad woman! She looked so lifeless when we got married, but now she wore so brightly for the divorce. She even smiled. What does she mean? Can’t she wait to congratulateherself for being set free?”

Sitting beside Di Juehao, Hao Shuai secretly glanced at his gloomy and handsome face and carefully said: “Brother, in fact, I think my sister-in-law is quite good…”

Di Juehao gave Hao Shuaia cold glance. Accordingly, Hao Shuai shrank his neck and dared not talk any more.

At the gate of Civil Affairs Bureau, Wen Nuan walked to the lawyer of Di Family and raised her head a little, appearing to be not too haughty or humble. She stretched out her hand towards the gate: “Lawyer Lu, please!”
