   Rithesh sits with his family after dinner with Aju in his lap. Payal Singh ( Rithesh mom) questions him of what next? Finally she sits quietly and attends the call. Rhea" Yeah... Rithesh". Rithesh " Rhea can I have a word with Amar sir? " Rhea with her mobile on her ears she takes a look at Amar. And says "Rithesh, why do you suddenly want to talk to him? ". Rhea it's an emergency, please can you pass the phone. Rhea sighs, and lowering her phone with her hands covering the mouth piece she saya Amar ji, Rithesh wants to talk to you itseems and passes her phone.     Amar gets it from her however his hands still snaking around her waist. Rithesh " Sir, am planning to pursuade my higher studies abroad, I heard from Kajal didi that you did you're research in neurosurgery in US. So thought of asking you regarding it. Amar clears his throat and asks so what major are you planning? Rithesh " Sir, am planning for cardiac thoracic surgeon sir". Amar" great choice, there are still some demands In that specialist". So first you have to appear for GRE, and have a certificate of English language test like TOFEL & IELTS. Then have a transcript, LOR, SOP, CV.  And if possible try writing ECFMG it's an test to prove yourself in the medical feild meant specially for Foreign Medical Graduate.
