   Amar rubs the shock paddles of the defibrillator for the third time and puts it over her chest. Her body responds this time where her body raises up and falls over the bed. Amar doesn't give up and he was confident enough to give another try. The moment he rubs the paddles and puts up again, the monitor showcasing the hearts rhythm, pulse rate and the electrical impulses makes Amar super excited and Slowly Upra body gets back to life.  Amar is in happy tears. The moment he saw her breathing peacefully and lying unconscious under the effect of anaesthesia. He now puts the defibrillator aside and walks out of the OT. He removes all his Surgical suits and handover to the nurse incharge and runs towards Upra parents.      Aunty... Aunty... Upra is fine. She is doing great. She didn't leave us. Amar shouts in glee. Meera moves away from her husband's embrace and walks to Amar. She folds her hands in front of him. Thanking him through her gesture. Amar holds her hands and says. Aunty please stop doing it. Our Upra is fine. That's what we need. Mahesh meanwhile comes and hugs Amar and express his gratitude. It's then Meera comes to sense and apologize to Amar, "Am sorry Dr. Mehta I should have trusted you before". Amar with a kind heart says bother not Aunty, you haven't done anything intentionally. Saying he touches his forehead which is band aided to cover the wound caused by the paper weight. Meera" still I should not have thrown the paper weight upon your head". Amar with all smiles says I should have given you the hope regarding the surgery success rate. So it's not a great deal Aunty. Mahesh interrupts and asks Amar when can we see our daughter? Uncle it's a major surgery done in her brain, so she need to rest. Let's wait till she wakes up.      As Amar tries to get into the ICU to check with the preparation, so that Upra can be shifted in. Before shifting Upra, Amar is halted by Meera. Amar turns towards her and asks Aunty anything else? Meera takes a chain from her bag and lifts up Amar's hand and puts it in his palm and closes it. Amar is flabbergasted and asks Aunty...why?. Meera " Amar leave my daughter. I beg you". She cries while saying with her hands folded this time has a plea. Mahesh tries to stop her but she shouts, Mahesh have you lost your mind. Our daughter is still a medical student she have to shine in her studies and In her career. Amar" Aunty I'll help her with her studies. I know she is an exemplary candidate". Meera with request in her eyes says, I want my daughter to have a peaceful life given consideration of your social status; it won't work. Meera was using simple terms and was driving a wedge between Upra and Amar without upra knowledge. But Aunty we love eachother deeply. Amar defends to save his love.        As he keeps speaking with Upra parents, his mobile rings and with mocking smile in her lips Meera raises her eyebrows towards Amar to pick up the call. Amar takes the chain and pocket it up before answering his call. The moment Amar attended the call, his father voice came from the other end bellowing rage fully. As soon as he cut the call he runs out of the hospital without turning back. Mahesh stands clueless and Meera points towards Amar direction and says This is the reason I said no to Upra's love. One call from his family he will leave our girl alone.       Mahesh puts his arms around his wife and takes her away to the hospital cafeteria. Meera, Upra is still in pain. so let's not add any emotional pain to it. We will talk to her slowly; but not now. Meera stares at him giving him warning and conveys better don't side with your daughter and her love interest through her eyes. Mahesh chuckles,  lets celebrate for our daughter. Why talk of unnecessary things now?. Meera starts to eat the food which is infront of her and keeps reeling with the thought of taking Upra away from Amar at the earliest. After working up with her plan she leaves with Mahesh to check for Upra. Meanwhile Upra was being shifted from OT to ICU. Meera and Mahesh watch their daughter and both gets emotional watching their daughter with pale face being wheeled into the ICU, who is yet to gain consciousness. The Assistant doctor comes to their aid and they assure them that Upra is doing well and she is all safe.
