" Dennis even threatened to kill me if I hurt you" Lucas confessed to her.
" He did?" She asked surprised, " I didn't know he cared that much" She said with misty and teary eyes.
" Yeah, he does. You are his girl's and woman's best friend . And he knows you have been there Chelsea all this while and you are a good friend. Even me, silly young Lucas Can admit to that" He told.
" Thank you" She said, " But you are not silly, you are nice" She admitted, as she hugged him, he was frozen in shock, unable to hug her back, because he was surprised.
" Thank you" He finally murmured grateful while breathing in, it was good hearing that from someone else, especially someone new that wasn't one of his other loved ones, like his parents and other friends, especially someone he was planning on living the rest of his life with. Although even people he loved sometimes call him and think of him as a playboy. But what they didn't know , was that the playboy name and attitude was just a font to safeguard is heart, while he was actually a lover boy. Someone that is actually looking for love and is in love with love itself.
He just doesn't want others to know, so that they wouldn't take advantage of his heart. And he was glad Kevwe noticed, although she didn't really know the whole truth, but it is good for someone to actually see him, the real him and not the one he puts out for show.He wanted to tell her he saw her too, but now was not the time , he just wanted to savoir  the moment. So he just hugged her back.
" Oh, sorry " Kevwe told him, surprised and realizing what she just did, a move that was involuntary. Wow, she just hugged a total stranger. Well technically he wasn't anymore. They were friends now, even more if God permits it, " I should I have told you that I was a very emotional person. Forget the serious and the long face I put out for the world to see" She said honestly, and laughed uncomfortably, embarrassed by what she did without asking him first, " I don't tend to hug people anyhow, especially without thinking and without asking their permission. Once again I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable" She apologized.
" No, it didn't. And don't get me wrong, I didn't hug you immediately because I was uncomfortable, but because I was short of words. And  It's okay, I'm emotional too. That's if you haven't noticed it already And didn't know that you were an emotional person too and not because I was disgusted or something else, like that I didn't like it. I do like it  actually. I learn somewhere that hug is also a form of therapy and you don't have to be ashamed to being emotional just because you are a man, because men are humans  too.They also have blood running through their veins and have feelings too, like any other breathing and living human being" He explained, and hugged her again. "And I am a man just to be clear, if you haven't noticed it yet" He joked, after releasing her from his hug.
" Of course I have , I have eyes you big bundle of joy" She said hitting him playfully, on his shoulders.
" Ouch that hurts" He pretends to be hurt.
" Did I injured you?" She asked frighten, " Let me see" She said to him, going to his back to check his shoulders, where she just hit him, with her hand, " Can my hand even wound you?" She asked.
" Even ten blows from you can't hurt me" He said placing his hand on hers which was on his shoulders, trying to suppress a laugh.
