I just loved how strong and fiercely independent Stella is. However, she also learning how to accept help and be independent at the same time by having Miles by her side. Miles is just giving the golden retriever boyfriend vibes by giving everything in his hands to help Stella. However, his efforts in resisting Stella almost cost him losing the love of his life without him knowing.

This story giving me butterflies as well as angst with their efforts in keeping their relationship in secrets which is very hard since they have very close relationship with friends and family.

I'll definitely be reading the next book by Lexi James and the next story which is about Quinn.
