Chapter 50: 45- The woman that knew too much

SPY ✔︎ DEREK HALEWords: 6522

HAZEL WAS ALONE TO LEARN WHERE TO FIND THOSE SHE WANTS TO SPY ON.

And that was the exact position she was in right now. Standing behind a wall and watching that one teacher walking down the steps before starting to run forward.

Guess who? To the one she thought she could trust by her heart.

She ran towards Derek as the two wrapped each other in their arms and swung her around as he slowed down.

Hazel hated to see them kiss but she just needed to know more about this woman. Hazel had mentioned it before, whenever she would get a bad feeling about someone, then that someone is really a problem.

And that's what she felt when she listened to the way she was talking to him. All clingy, girly and pick me of course.

All Hazel could do was feeling gross about it. How could Derek even immediately like her?

But then Hazel came up with something in her mind.

And she knew sure that she was going to like it.

It had been a few hours later which meant it was night now. Scott had informed Hazel that he needed her for a help which was about a teacher they had in their school.

Bad feeling proven.

And of course she agreed. And there she was at school now. Walking by the hallways, dressed in all black with her hair falling down.

She knew Lydia was missing and she could smell her scent that she sniffed from Lydia's locker. It was a random shirt she had in there.

The scent was getting near which lead to a dark classroom. Until Hazel heard whimpers right from the classroom she was about to enter and hid by the next wall to listen with her good ears.

"What are you doing?" Lydia whispered in tears.

—Jennifer— that was bend down in her level tying her up in the chair, looked at her with an evil smile. "What's necessary. I'm still surprised none of you seem to get that. You call them sacrifices, but you're not understanding the word. It's derived from the Latin sacrificium, an offering to a deity a second rite. A necessary evil."

Lydia that was scared kept whispering. "Stop."

"Oh I wish I could. But you don't know the Alphas like I do." Jennifer said as she stood up looking down to the tied up Lydia by the chair.

"Please stop." Lydia begged quietly.

Jennifer walked behind her. "But you Lydia, you're not a sacrifice. You're just a girl who knows too much. Actually, a girl who knew too much."

Jennifer pulled the skinny rope around her throat when Lydia held onto it. "Lydia, stop!"

That's until Lydia started screaming in banshee as the whole school was filled with her screams.

Jennifer's face formed into shock and worry and Hazel that unbothered stood there, enjoyed the scene.

The scream was heard to every other werewolf out there. Not even those that were in school at the moment.

Lydia's scream faded when she sat there weakly with tears flowed on her cheeks. Jennifer walked around to face her. "Unbelievable. You have no idea what you are, do you? The wailing woman. A banshee right before my eyes. You're just like me, Lydia. Look like the innocent flower but be the serpent under it. It's too bad though. And too late." That was the last thing she heard before Lydia started sobbing until she gasped. "One last philosopher."

That's when Hazel turned and shows up by the doorway. Already seeing Jennifer holding a blade to Lydia's throat.

"We don't murder teenagers, now, do we?" Hazel disturbed when Jennifer looked up and knitted her brows.

"I'm sorry. Who are you?" She tilted her head.

But Hazel only smiled when her veins appeared along with her golden eyes until Jennifer's face fell.

Hazel began stepping in with her face lifted. "You know... it's funny how you think that you're the one to know everything." Hazel stopped and her face went blank. "When you actually don't know what I even am." Venom appeared in her voice as Jennifer's face fell. "Do you?" Hazel was the one to tilt her head by the side.

Jennifer tried to stay calm when she even tried to stand her ground which she surprisingly did. But that didn't stop Hazel from doing anything.

"I don't know what you're talking about."

Hazel seemed to scoff a laugh like that in sarcasm as she looked at the ground before her eyes went back up to her blue ones.

"You do darling." That's until she could hear footsteps approaching when Hazel looked back to Jennifer.

Sheriff Stilinski barged in with his gun pointed until Jennifer threw a knife at him making it go right under his chest as Hazel went horror.

That's when Scott in his werewolf form sprinted all the way over the tables as he went for Jenifer that was blocking every hit and pushed him all the way over the classroom and against the chairs as he laid there with blood on the ground.

Hazel that watched her brother suffer, felt her veins forming along with her eyes as she slowly looked to Jennifer.

Stiles appeared that was about to go in but Jennifer pushed the table all the way to smash it against the door to not let Stiles in that started slamming on the door.

That's when Hazel snarled and was in less then a second in front of her, already having her hand wrapped around her throat and and turned her to push Jennifer against the board that gasped.

Just as Hazel went for her again Jennifer used her power that was sending winds towards her making Hazel fall all the way back next to Scott.

Sheriff Stilinski that was on the ground pointed his gun to Jennifer that stepped towards him like her own prey. "There was a girl years ago, we found her in the woods, her face and body slashed apart. That was you, wasn't it?"

"Maybe I should've started with philosophers, with knowledge and strategy." Sheriff shot her by her thigh when she winced and looked down to see her wound healing. "Healers." That's when she launched towards him and grabbed the Knife she had stabbed him with up that was still not pulled out as Hazel widened her eyes in horror.

Sheriff groaned until the gun fell down as Jennifer dragged him backwards against the chairs.

"Warriors." She ripped the Police sign off of his jacket. "Guardians." She smashed it making it bend together and fall down the floor. "Virgins."

That's until Jennifer didn't look like herself anymore. Something worse, ugly and disgusting.

Both Scott and Hazel stood up when glass shattered were heard while Stiles was running in.

"Dad?" The two walked behind him when they looked at each other. And that was it. Sheriff Stilinski was taken to death.

Who's ready for a badass Hazel?
