JUST AS HAZEL ARRIVED TO THE CLINIC, SHE HAD TO KEEP HERSELF UNDER CONTROL TO NOT GET UNCONSCIOUS TOO AND END UP LIKE HER BROTHER.
Hazel held her hand against the wall for support wren she felt a dizzy and in the urge to let her body go limp.
She inhaled and stepped inside only to see Scott on the lab unconscious with an unexpected Derek sitting by the corner.
Oh hell no.
Derek looked up to her presence and furrowed his brows. "Where were you this whole time?"
Hazel hung her head as she weakly leaned against the wall, closing her eyes. "Home."
Derek seemed to notice that something was off with her as he knitted his brows together and stood up.
"What's wrong?"
Hazel ignored him and his question as she couldn't hold it on anymore. "Dizziness." She muttered.
Derek noticed her body about to go limp as he rushed towards her and wrapped his arms around her waist.
"Hazel? Hazel!? Look at me." He grabbed her chin and lifted it to face him as he widened his eyes at the sight. "What the hell." He whispered.
Hazel went blank as her head was moved against his chest while Derek was in thoughts why she was the one to be sick now.
He wrapped his arms around her and placed a hand on her head to keep her in place. There was one thing he was going to figure out on the other side.
Why Hazel turned out to be sick like this.

It was the day after when Hazel was still unconscious. But that all changed once she jolted awake.
She looked around and found herself on the lab. She then realized that she was still in the clinic.
She moved her hands around her body to check if she was good but obviously she actually did feel better.
She moved her legs over to the side and stood up as she walked to the mirror and saw that she looked better and normal again.
Then she remembered that everyone was out and she was the one left in a clinic. "Crap." She whispered but then also noticed that her outfit was different.
She was dressed in black jeans and a black undershirt along with the leather jacket left on the chair that she noticed after.
"You're awake." She turned around to see Deaton standing there.
But Hazel was confused as hell. "How long was I out?"
Deaton puffed a smirk as he watched her. "Two days."
That's when her eyes went wide. She was out for two days?
"Yep. And while you were unconscious, everyone's been out doing there plans and kinda been in danger."
Hazel deeply sighed as she scratched her head. But then something came in mind and pointed her finger at him. "Who actually changed me?"
Deaton smirked. "Don't worry. A nurse that I had called over did. I told her that I injured you perfectly and all she needed to do was test out your temper and change you. We still need to talk about that sickness though. Derek was also confused."
Derek.
She licked her lips. "Right."
"He said he wants to talk to you once you're up and here you are but he is somewhere in danger. So you better call your mother to pick you up." Deaton explained.
Hazel nodded and grabbed the leather jacket and tugged it on while hurrying off and then remembered her phone.
She scanned her jeans and then felt something stuffed in it and quickly pulled it out. Hazel sighed in relief when it was her phone.
Hazel got out as she dialed her mother's number. She waited and waited after a few rings until it was answered.
"Mom?"
"Hazel? Are you okay hun? Scott told me and I've been worried than ever, why didn't you tell me?"
Hazel sighed
"Listen mom, there's no time for explanations, can you just pick me up by the Animal Clinic?" She questioned.
"Yeah, of course. I'm in my car so it's all good. On the way now." She said.
It took less than five minutes for Melissa to arrive. Once Hazel got in, Melissa started driving. "Scott called. He told me to come over to the police department. I don't know what he's done again. But I'm glad that you are now. I'm glad Deaton took care of you."
Hazel forced a smirk. "I'm good now mom."
But deeply, she wasn't.

The two arrived and already got in when they noticed that no one was to be found. "Mom?" Scott's voice was nearby heard as Melissa sighed in relief.
"You scared me, where is everyâ" She stopped once they both saw Scott with Matt behind him holding threatened a gun to the back of his head.
"Mom, Hazel, just do as he says. He promised he wouldn't hurt you." And at that moment, Hazel couldn't believe those words. And she was confused why Matt was holding a gun to his head.
She really missed everything.
"I'm sorry did I miss something?" Hazel confused questioned.
Chris clicked the gun and pulled raised the gun down. "He's right." But that is when he suddenly shot Scott in the stomach making the girls gasp.
"Scott!? Stiles!? What happened?!" Stilinski's voice was heard.
"But I didn't say I wouldn't hurt you." Matt Said as Melissa was about to go for Scott but Matt wasn't having it. "Back, back!" He went closer with the gun towards her making Melissa go backwards.
"Mom! Mom, stop, Mom!" Scott looked up to her.
"I said, get back." Matt threatened. Hazel at this moment just wanted to beat up Matt for this whole scene he just terribly did but on the other side she remembered he had a gun on his hand.
"Scott." Melissa cried.
Scott hissed as he looked back up to the girls. "Do it. Please."
The two watched Matt when they didn't want to give in. Hazel for sure was never going to forgive him for that one.
"Get up, McCall." He mentioned to Scott, not looking away from the two.
"Matt, listen to me!" A voice called out from behind but that made Matt even more irritated.
"Shut up!" He shouted. "Everybody, shut the hell up!" He panted. "Now, get up, or I shoot her next!" He mentioned to Melissa.
Matt then looked to Hazel that didn't look away from him. "You. I think you're interesting to also get paralyzed by a Kanima, huh?"
Hazel gritted her teeth. "Over my dead body."
"Then I guess I'd have to kill you nowâ" He moved the gun to Hazel.
"No!" Both Melissa and Scott yelled out.
Matt grabbed Scott and Melissa as he lead them away while Jackson that had half of his body turned into a Kanima stalked towards Hazel that started to feel uneasy.
He went closer as he stared at her face. Hazel stood her ground but then he gripped her arm and dragged her to the office only to notice that Derek and Stiles laid there paralyzed.
Hazel widened her eyes at them when they noticed her too by lying next to each other on the ground.
That is when her senses hit as she bend down and turned around to look at Jackson that nearly had got her from getting paralyzed from his crawled hand.
"How the hell did she do that?" She heard Stiles whisper.
Jackson tilted his head at her movement. Hazel thought he was going to keep fighting but then he backed away and walked off. But that is when Matt and Scott appeared. "The evidence is gone, why don't you just go?"
"You think the evidence mattered that much, huh?" Matt said in anger. "No, no, Iâ I want the book."
"Whaâ what book?" Scott questioned.
"The bestiary." He spitted out when Derek and Stiles gave a side eye to each other while Hazel just stood there confused. "Not just a few pages, I want the entire thing."
Scott rose his shoulder. "I don't have it. What do you want it for, anyway?"
He groaned. "I need answers."
"Answers to what?" Scott asked him. He was getting tired of him.
Matt gave in as he rose up the side of his shirt only to reveal a part of the skin wasn't in a good shape. But mostly looked like as if the Kanima did it. "To this."
The rest widened their eyes in shock as they stood there. This was going to be a lot more worse than what they've planned.
âââââââ༺༻âââââââ
After Matt and Scott have been gone, the weird Kanima Jackson stood there by the door way, creeping Hazel out that sat there next to the paralyzed boys.
"Hey. You know what's happening to Matt?" She heard Stiles whisper.
"You know, the book's not gonna help." Derek whispered back. "You can't just break the rules, not like this."
"What do you mean?" Hazel questioned.
"Universe balances things out." He said. "Always does." Derek replied.
"Is it because he's using Jackson to kill people who don't deserve it?" Stiles questioned.
"Killing people himself." Derek said.
"So, Matt breaks the rules of the Kanima." Stiles said. "He becomes the Kanima?"
"Balance."
"Will he believe us if we tell him that?" Stiles wondered. That was a good question.
"Not likely."
"Okay, he's gonna kill all of us if he gets that book, isn't he?" Stiles waited for him to answer. He was always asking about the killing.
"Yep." Stiles sighed at that.
"Alright, so what do we do? Do we just... just sit here and wait to die?" Stiles questioned.
"Unless I can figure out a way to push the toxin out of my body faster." Derek said making Stiles and Hazel look over at him. "Like, triggering the healing process."
Then Stiles and Hazel noticed that Scott was slowly fleshing a wound in his thigh. "What? Oh, what are you doing?"
A rush of silence appeared when they just sat there with Hazel drifting in her own thoughts, wondering what she was going to do with Jackson standing there plus unparalleled.
"So, is that hypothetical situation we talked about pulling any less hypothetical?" Stiles asked him.
"Think so." He answered. "I can move my toes."
"Dude, I can move my toes." Stiles said too. And that got Hazel's attention when she looked at them.
That's when the lights flickered off and the alarm was heard until shots were digging through as Hazel quickly ducked.
When the shots stopped, Scott appeared as he checked Hazel. "You okay? Get up." He looked over to the boys.
He grabbed Stiles that wasn't fully recovered and limped him to hurry off as Hazel looked over to Derek that already had his eyes on her.
She inhaled and walked over as she grabbed his hand and bend down to place it around her shoulders and tried with every force to pull him up.
When they both stood, Hazel balanced to keep Derek up in his toes. But then she noticed that he was fully standing now and looked up to see his eyes flashing red Alpha and growled.
He walked off while Hazel stood there completely lost in words when she stood there, not knowing what to do.
Hazel then remembered her mom as she quickly ran off without thinking and hurried to the cell room only to find Stilinski on the floor and her mother stuck in the cell.
"Hazel! Are you ok?" Melissa worried asked her frightened daughter.
"Yes Mom. I am, don't worry." She was about to come over but then Matt appeared and tisked at her.
"Now, now! What are you doing here?" He walked over with the gun still limping in his hand.
He walked over to Melissa that was pleading him to let her out of the cell but he was against it of course.
A growl was heard when they turned to see the Alpha standing by the dark corner, growling at him.
Hazel knew that by any moment it could go bad so she backed against the wall. But then the Kanima appeared.
Both hissed and growled at each other until they jumped at each other and fought. They were both being pushed around when the fight was something Hazel honestly wished to happen.
The Kanima went for Derek but he swiftly grabbed and pushed him against the wall and fell down the table and to the ground. Hazel noticed that Matt was quickly walking out.
The Kanima pushed Derek off as Derek grabbed a chair and was about to hit the Kanima but it pressed the chair away from it making Derek go backwards.
The Kanima climbed onto the Cell when Derek tried to push it off but then the Kanima kicked him, sending Derek go against the wall and unconscious on the floor.
Hazel noticed that the Kanima wanted her mother and slowly stood up. But that all changed once Scott appeared and dug his claws into the Kanima's back.
The Kanima hissed and was thrown onto the floor as it quickly disappeared somewhere past Hazel.
Scott was on his knee with his head hung down while Derek jumped over the table to go after the Kanima.
"Scott." Melissa bend down. "Scott, Are you okay?" She cried out in fear. And that is when both Scott's and Hazel's eyes met knowing that it was time to reveal their mother the truth. "Scott."
Slowly, he turned his head to let her face the werewolf form he had on his face. Melissa gasped as Scott slowly stood up to face her.
That's when their own mother backed away and started crying at the sight in front of her. Hazel just stood there against the wall and closed her eyes and emotions.
Melissa kept crying but Scott knew he had to go. Hazel went after but turned to give her mother one last apology look before hurrying after him to the halls until they stopped once Allison's grandfather stood there.
Scott walked over to him but Hazel didn't since she didn't trust him. But what was confusing her was Scott talking with him.
Did he know something she didn't? He did kept something.
He hurried off when Hazel decided to head off pass the old man but decided to walk since she started to feel uncomfortable by what was going on around her.
Without noticing, a sudden strong hand grabbed her forearm and moved her towards a strong chest.
Hazel gasped and slowly looked up to see a confused but also distressed Derek. "What are you hiding from me?"
Two days for Hazel to wake up and the rest is going crazy without her.
