Chapter 1126: Ultima Sygrix
Realm of Myths and Legends

In the end, even though both were of the fire element, because of the attributes attached to them, they evolved into something beyond basic fire.
'Spatial Ebb and Flow? How interesting.'
This was Izroth first time of hearing of such an attribute; however, it was not surprising. In addition to being one of the hardest elements to master, Space was also one of the rarest elements in RML. It contained countless secrets that even the highest level of mages below the firmament had yet to fully unlock and comprehend.
Due to his experience as someone from the Seven Realms, of course, Izroth was familiar with a myriad of elements-most of which, to his knowledge, did not even exist in this world. Nevertheless, despite uncovering some of the deeper rooter secrets regarding its
fundamental existence, magic was still unfamiliar territory to Izroth. There was still much left for him to discover.
Name: Artificial Plant: Ultima Synthleaf
Rank: Ancient(32) -> Ancient(108)
*New -> Element: Space
*New -> Usage: An artificial plant made by the ingenious fusion of science and magic that has absorbed the > element and attained the attribute > that was plucked while it was alive, maintaining intense traces of its powerful fire essence. The flames contained within a single > feather is said to burn hot enough to melt high grade metals.
Special Note: This item is highly sought after by blacksmiths due to its ability to melt some of the highest grade metals with ease.
'It feels like a waste to use a mythical-ranked item in this manner. Unfortunately, I do not have the time to be reserved.'
Izroth placed the Blazing Griffin Feather into his Dark Abyssal Cauldron. As he did so, all the heat in the room seemed to be pulled into the Dark Abyssal Cauldron. Then, not even half a breath later, a loud series of explosions rung throughout the room.
BOOM! BOOM!
The Dark Abyssal Cauldron violently shook and it seemed as if it would break at any second. If it were a normal cauldron, Izroth would have never dreamed of implying this method. However, the Dark Abyssal Cauldron was indestructible. Therefore, Izroth was confident that it could contain the heat from the Blazing Griffin Feather without exploding. Izroth's main concern was the A-ranked fire core. He was unsure whether or not it could hold up clashing against the Blazing Griffin Feather while within a cauldron.
'Since I don't have a furnace on me, I just have to create a makeshift one.'
If other players could hear Izroth's thoughts, they would look at him as if he were crazy. He was actually trying to use a cauldron made for crafting pills as a furnace! More importantly, why was an apothecary trying to turn his cauldron into a furnace when he wasn't even a blacksmith?!
Although both cauldrons and furnaces used fire cores and was capable of controlling the level of heat they displayed, they served two completely different purposes.
For one, a cauldron was designed to be portable, while a furnace was made to be stationary. Needless to say, it was much easier to reinforce something stationary. Furthermore, although there were some materials for pills that required a high level of heat to process, it was not on the level of high grade metals that could only be smelted in a furnace.
To most players, at first glance, there was not much of a difference between a cauldron and furnace. But, in reality, there were too many glaring factors that separated the two. One of the most important of these factors was the temperature management systems contained within a furnace. It not only maximized the heat provided by a fire core, but had several safety features in place to prevent the fire core from overheating and exploding. A furnace, on the other hand, did not have the same features. It was why the cauldron Izroth used when he took the Apothecary test exploded when he crafted a grade three pill by pushing the fire core too far.
A few breaths after Izroth placed the Blazing Griffin feather into the Dark Abyssal Cauldron, a dark crystalline ore appeared in his hand.
Name: Unrefined High-Quality Sygrix Stone
Rank: Ancient(60)
Usage: This dark crystalline ore can only be found in dense mana areas without the presence of monsters. It releases a gentle pulse at its core. The more gentle a pulse, the greater its quality. Adding this ore to items will cause them to exhibit powerful physical or magical
enhancements.
Special Note: In its refined state, it is quite beautiful and is often a highly sought-after decoration by nobles.
'It is a shame that I do not have the time to refine it. Otherwise, the effects it displays would increase several fold. Regardless, even in its unrefined stage, the Sygrix Stone is still an ancient-ranked
material.'
Izroth had the Ultima Synthleaf in one hand and the Sygrix Stone in his other. And, when he finally felt all the heat in the room gather into the Dark Abyssal Cauldron, without hesitation, he threw the Sygrix Stone into the cauldron and quickly followed it up with the Ultima
Synthleaf.
When Izroth performed this action, surprisingly, there was no intense reaction. In fact, the Dark Abyssal Cauldron even ceased its violent trembles. At this point, most people would believe that their attempt had failed. But, Izroth could tell with his Spatial Awareness what was truly taking place in the cauldron.
When he tossed the Sygrix Stone into the cauldron, it immediately melted and turned into a puddle of liquid. Then, after adding in the Ultima Synthleaf that held the Spatial Ebb and Flow attribute, the Sygrix Stone in its liquid state latched onto the Ultima Synthleaf, fusing with it. Upon doing so, the Spatial Ebb and Flow effect seemed to activate by itself, essentially closing off the intense heat within the cauldron from escaping outside.
