Traceless narrowed her eyes and said without hesitating, “No way.”

Lu Nanze asked, “Why? Do you think your life is not worth this?”

He was obviously saying that to provoke her.

Traceless said with a derisive laughter, “Mr. Lu, I didn’t think you’d be this childish.”

Lu Nanze snorted.

She continued to say in a business-like manner, “Although my life is valuable, my art is even more so! Since I launched my career, I’ve always stolen whatever I wanted successfully. Hence, I can promise you one job.”

After all the effort he had put in tonight and jumping through all those hoops, the outcome was the promise of one job.

Lu Nanze frowned and narrowed his eyes. He stared at the girl and remarked, “Don’t you think this is a bit cheap of you?”

Traceless laughed icily and said, “If Mr. Lu feels that it’s not worth it, you can take me to the police station now!”
