My biggest mistake.....At Malhotra Mansion....        It's almost midnight and Rishabh is still awake...he had a rough day though but he is not sleepy,he is thinking about Sukh again  and that too being frustrated ; he thinks, Sukh barely knows other staff members at office and she rather speaks .....but how come she knows Dhruv...he has a separate department and doesn't work at our block....what is she actually trying to do .... Is she trying to get on the nerves of my brotherHe is too naive to understand someone's real motive.....he was there engrossed in his imagination world thinking of Sukh to be a villainActually he is not wrong here ; he has seen girls swoon over him for money,some fraud partners who tried to take over the company,some staff members who betrayed him when he was young and just overtook the Company's Responsibility and what not....Though he overcame all this but still, bad things always have an impact....and for Rishabh it's Ms. Sukhpreet Mehra who spoke to his brother not Sukh who Dhruv always talks aboutAt Mehra Residence..After family dinner and guests departure.....Sukh was caressing Roohi's hair and braided her hair they were upto sleep when Roohi played Bollywood and Punjabi music on her phone and they both started dancing , and a while they started talking about their today's evening.....Roohi said today we had lot of fun after such a long time....I am very happy for you JijiSukh said don't worry you too  know how to ride a Scooty we will share iton which Roohi snapped Sukh saying... never I am going to have a car as my first ride, you know I am not a Scooty personSukh started tickling her and they clamoured...Sukh and Roohi both went to their bed laughing and Sukh said I am thankful to God for blessing me with a family like ours... but today you really scared me please don't do it againRoohi replied Jiji(sister) I was not serious it was a surprise so I wanted to make it feel like a surprise...Sukh said you almost gave a heart attack today next time don't repeat it... worries evidient on her eyes, Roohi hugged Sukh and said promise sister I will never do it again...Roohi and Sukh hugged each other and talked more about the evening and their family dance.... especially dance by Khurrana uncle and both of them had fits of laughter.......At Malhotra Mansion.....Rishabh is still engrossed in his thoughts.....Dhruv enters his room without knocking and shockingly Rishabh was so lost in his own world that he didn't noticed it.....        Dhruv commented I think my brother is in love now......his voice brought Rishabh out of his dream world and I e Gabe him a small laugh..he asked him, why are you up yet Kal office nahi jaana (don't you have to go to office tomorrow)Dhruv shrugged you know I love my brother so I was thinking of sharing his room today ..Rishabh chuckled and said ofcourse not we are not kids anymore ...Dhruv laughed and said thank God because of me and my silly jokes you still Smile though seldom....Hearing Dhruv Rishabh says it's not that , I smile very often ..Dhruv mumbled yep you smile ,when we get No.1 ratings for Business and Sales ....Rishabh heard him and said sorry can you please repeat your words again.... this time in a bit angry toneDhruv cut him off saying nothing I was just saying you must have meet Sukh today you know she is the gem of a person..Rishabh is hearing Sukh's story for almost 3years now and he is frustrated, he nagged him saying "bhool kyu nahi jaata usse sirf ek project ki hi toh baat hai " (why can't you forget that girl it was just a mere project for God sake...)        Dhruv said "ladki ko toh bhool bhi jau lekin apni galti ko kaise bhoolu"(I may forget the girl but how can I forget my biggest mistake)Rishabh was confused and said kaisi galti (what mistake are you talking about)Dhruv confessed bhaiya Papaji ke health problem ke pehle life mein kabhi bhi Koi kami nahi thi we had everything family's love money power and I don't know how but this things spoilt me.....Ghar pe toh I was a good boy but at some places I was a ruthless personRishabh was startled hearing thisI was the most famous guy on college but Sukh never showed any interest in me so I initiated but still she didn't responded you know she was a scholarship student and so intelligent she was every professors favorite and I was envious of her I and my friends even tried to make her feel inferior but yet we all lost in our own games she scored highest in the semesters,she was never involved with boys and had no friends except Reet so I bid my friends that I will make her swoon over me just to destroy her self respect ..but nothing of that sort happened ,she never accepted my gifts, never took any favors from me and my so called friends used me as there credit card finally I gave up on her I backed off you know when Papaji (Rakshit Malhotra) was hospitalized and you had to take care of the business while I used to be there with Maa I saw the most rough phase of my life our relatives backstabbed us we were about to loose our company my friends whom I looked upon for support deceived me it's not just about the project I may have repeated a year but it's not that project it's was the trust .. everyone knew at our college about my father's health but no one was there on my side but she was there somehow with me I was unable to apologise to her not I was able to show my gratitude she left without meeting me that was the last time I saw her, our last day of college after which our exams commeced and we never meet; we had different major subjects you know.....I was terrific in theory and her projects made me score good.....I meet her a day ago she is not at all changed trust me brother she is the gem of a person I would like you to meet herRishabh said Ok anytime .....it seems she is so worthy to youDhruv smiled and blurted I respect her a lot.....Rishabh smiled and said Ok enough for now, I will surely meet your friend now go to sleepDhruv smiled and went back to his room ....        Rishabh thought to himself Sukh nice name she sounds to be as good soul...my stupid brother, he is so naive I will not let anyone use his Innocence for their own benefit, I will never let anyone betray himJust then Rishabh's mother Sukhmani Malhotra enter his room and asked him why are you up so late what is bothering you , he said nothing Maa it's just a deal you know she tapped her son's head and and said you can't lie to me         Rishabh sighed defeated and said it's about a person she seems to be good, she is profession and her working skills are awesome, but I have a doubt upon her regarding motives..Sukhmani smiled and said if she is so good then she must not be the culprit, never let yourself jump into a conclusion without knowing the actual reason...it's a sin you know.....give the person a try , try to know about him maybe you just need to change your point of viewRishabh seems affected by her mother words and said thanks for being my pole star Maa for showing me right direction always and hugged her ....His mother went back to her room after their little conversation....He took out his phone and dialled Aarav Shergill...        Rishabh called his friend Aarav Shergill who is a personal investigator and asked him for a background check on Sukhpreet and Mr Kapoor and also for the video of the incident on the cafe on which he said anything for you bro give me two days time. And disconnected the call...Rishabh mumbled to himself two more days and the truth will be testified but tomorrow you will have to answer some of my questions Ms Mehra....  and went to his room for sleeping ....At Mehra Residence....Sukh and Roohi were in there room sleeping, but suddenly Sukh jolted awake and asked Roohi to wake up too....sounding nervous and anxious at the same timeRoohi woke up abruptly hearing Sukh's voice saying 'Kya hua Jiji" (what's wrong Sister)on which Sukh replied Hume na ik idea aaya hai abhi( I got an idea now)...Roohi asked abhi kab (now when)Sukh said abhi jab hum so rahe thay (now when I was sleeping)Roohi pouted her face and said Jiji idea nahi Sapna hai woh ik kaam kijiye aap bhi so jaiye Aur hum bhi so jaate hai , milke Sapne dekhte hain (sister it's not idea it's a dream, let's do one thing we should sleep for now and dream together...)and went to sleep again Sukh said Roohi humari baat toh Sun lo( listen to me first)  Roohi said achaa bataiye ( Ok say what you want to say).. Sukh said chirping hum na apne Scooty ka naam rakhenge yaad hai humari cycle ka bhi naam tha Aur humari diary ka Bhi hai.. (I will give a name to my Scooty remember my cycle had a name and even my personal diary had a name)Roohi said Jiji itni raat ko aapko yeh kehna hai ( in this late hours of night you wanted to talk about this)Sukh said haa bus yahi (yep I wanted to say this....)Roohi started crying in her sleep mumbling hum Maa ko batayenge ki aap hume raat ko pareshan karti ho Aur sone nahi deti ( I am going to complain against you to mother that you irritate me at night and don't let me sleep)Sukh smiled to her and went to sleep againRoohi sleepily asked achaa Jiji naam Kya hoga( Sister what will be the name) Sukh said Shivalik..Roohi hugged her sister and said achaa naam hai (nice name)....they both wished each other Goodnight and went to sleep again....Sukh was grinning ear to ear in her dreams.....for her it was actually a day to be remembered always.....But what about tomorrow what will Rishabh ask her .....Stay tune to find out.....____________________________________So guys we are at the end of this chapterHope you guys like itDon't forget to vote and commentSee you all soon in the next chapter update....Till then Smile 😁 and spread happiness as much as you can....😉😇😊      Â
