chapter 77

Till yesterday I was so sick, my mind and body were completely muddled up. Anyway today I almost recovered .I wrote this chapter from morning 9 am to 2.30 pm. I hope you guys enjoy it.

From the moment grey entered, all the Miller family members except Damon keenly observed his behavior. they never seen him brazenly flirt with any woman before. they somehow covered up their astonishment in their faces by flirting with their partner when Swetha looked at them. but anyway, they all came to one conclusion that this Indian woman is also taken by this mafia alpha-male.

As per the other culprit who is trying to sneak away, they didn't care since they are used to it now.

Priya and Swetha settled in their same previous position with the dozing of Lucas and luke in their lap respectively. After a few minutes, Lisa and Madison joined them on their couch making the long couch into a ladies' only couch. all four started to converse with each other happily.

"I really love this saree. Next week let's go shopping. You two have to help me choose best saree for me and Mom ", Madison said excitedly.

On the straight opposite side sat their partners.

When James tried to talk business with grey he noticed that his eyes perfectly fixed with a certain white saree beauty. It's the same theory for the other two men.

James looked at his beautiful wife who still looks as young as other girls sitting beside her.

After taking a short nap Lucas woke up, he groggily blinked his sleepy eyes while lifting his head from Priya's chest. When his eyes met Priya's smiling eyes, he sleepily gave her a toothy grin.

"Oh my! My poor heart ", Priya cooed while kissing his cheeks with a big smooching sound.

Lucas giggled and again went back to cuddle against Priya's chest with a satisfied smile on his face. He softly mumbled "my princess" and dozed off.

On the opposite side, Damon's eyes narrowed. 'again this little devil taking over his place '

Madison who is sitting beside priya smiled warmly at her son, "I'm so happy. My Lucas at last found his princess ", she said with teary eyes.

Seeing the confusion in Priya's eyes, she continued," from birth he's an introverted child maybe it's because of his high IQ which I'm not sure of. When he was around three years old, one afternoon I took both the twins to shopping, At that time I was so naive and careless I didn't even took any bodyguards with me", she laughed bitterly," I always used to take matching pair of dresses to my kids. Since young, little gentleman Lucas never liked to play dress up, that's why for selecting dress I always use Luke, unlike Lucas Luke would always love to dress up, that day, as usual, I matched dresses for Luke while Lucas stood beside us. But after some time when I turned around Lucas was not there ", Madison choked in her tears while softly touching Lucas's hair.

Seeing this Nick immediately came over to her and hugged her towards himself with an arm around her shoulder.

"In the camera footage of that shop we found that someone kidnapped my boy, we were so worried", hearing this both Priya's and Swetha's eyes became glassy.

"But somehow by God's grace that night itself someone sent him back to our home"

In order to not spoil the mood even more, Madison left out unwanted sad details.

"Who kidnapped him?", Swetha asked with silent rage with sleeping luke in her lap.

"We couldn't able to find it out. There were no traces left. The funny thing is still we didn't know why they kidnapped him. Alas They didn't even demand money"

"Did they hurt him?", Priya shakily asked while hugging the boy tightly.

"No but when he returned he just said one sentence", Madison smiled softly, "he told that it's the beautiful princess who saved him "

Priya's eyes widened. Did the girl who saved him looked like her that's why is he calling her princess?

"Later you can ask him whatever doubt you're having? If it's you then I'm sure he will open up ", Madison said while snuggling with her husband.

Priya looked at Lucas, 'what are you hiding in that little heart of yours ?'

Later they all went to the dining room to dinner around 8:30. That time the twins completely woke up from their nap.

During dinner, like a gentleman, Lucas enthusiastically tried to pull the chair for Priya. Seeing this Luke also copied to pull the chair for swetha.but since they are so small they nearly fell down on the floor.

Damon is the one who saved them before their butt hit the floor.

"Don't forget you both are still kids ", Damon smirked at them while pulling the chair for Priya.

At the same time, grey silently pulled the chair for Swetha.

Swetha glared at him, still standing two steps beside the chair.

"Oh, I almost forgot your leg is sprained right. I'll help you", without letting her talk grey princess carried her and made her sit down.

"You", Swetha felt tongue-tied. Suddenly she felt that she herself gave him a good reason to mess with her.

After making them both sit together, Damon and grey took either of the empty seats beside them beating the twins who were silently planning to take those seats.

"Princess"

"Sweety ", they both pouted pitifully with puppy eyes.

Priya and Swetha immediately made them both sit in their lap to feed them personally.

Damon and grey resentfully stared at the little devils who have been perfectly occupying all their woman's time.

On the opposite other two couples sat leaving the head seats on either side free.

For Priya and Swetha, they specifically prepared Indian cuisine for dinner. Last time they also enjoyed it at the birthday party, so Miller's family members had no objection against it.

"Nick, why our two little munchkins seem like they did not anymore belong to our family ", Madison mumbled looking at her kids happily eating directly from two white saree women.on either side of them, two heroes are looking adoringly not at her sons but at the woman who is feeding them.

After dinner, Grey received a call so he excused himself and went out to answer.

the twins brought a ball to play. Swetha joined them, totally forgetting her leg sprain.

When Priya tried to join them, Damon silently pulled her towards the two-seat couch and sat beside her without giving others a chance.

Priya squirmed. Even though this two-seat couch is long enough to sit comfortably for two people, this Damon is almost sticking like a glue to her. The main problem is there are four people sitting opposite to them even though they are in their own world they are still there and two kids along with Swetha running around them.

"Damon there are kids around us. Behave "

"Who cares? ", Damon snorted, " Priya, you're so mean you're not taking responsibility for your evil deeds", he said while caressing her left cheek.

"Evil deeds ?"

"Of seducing me yesterday", Damon whispered near her ear.

Priya blushed looking down. There is no way he will forget it.

Damon's eyes darkened seeing her glowing cheeks and shy demeanor.

When he went near her to kiss those soft pink cheek,

"Damon ", grey shouted across the hall.

"Fu**", Damon cursed.

"What?", Damon said through gritted teeth turning towards grey.

"We have some important matter to discuss"

"Later ", Damon turned back to see Priya who is not sitting beside him anymore. She already went to accompany the twin.

"Do you know what's the time now "

"Don't you know to see it yourself ", Damon grumpily walked towards grey.

"Our mission failed ", grey whispered.

"What?"

They both went to the study room to further discuss the matter.

"What do mean our plan is failed? Is that bastard is still alive?"

"Yes and no "

"Can you elaborate your statement Mr.grey hayes "

Grey sighed, "wait and watch this "

He showed a video in which, followed by an explosion in a particular area in the house , the total mansion completely fired up.

"Grey, this is his mansion. Then that means our mission is success right?"

"Yes, it's his mansion.but my men didn't do it. we planned to evade his house by 8:25 but the explosion took place perfectly at 8:25"

"Then, is this any foul play by him?"

"I don't think so. my men are 100% sure that he was inside the mansion during the explosion. Wait some time we will get clear data within five minutes"

Damon nodded. He's getting bad vibes here. How can the mansion explode perfectly at their planned attack time? It's like he already knew everything.
