Priya's POV

Just thinking about what happened yesterday, goosebumps are raising on my whole skin. the way Damon touched me, his light gentle kisses everything made me feel different. This complete feeling is like being in a movie. the thing which I can't understand till now is why I can't resist or push him away.

"Priya we are here ", said Adam who is driving the car, pulled me out from my dreamland.

" yup", I said and got out of his car.

" wow their house is just wow", Swetha said while gazing at the beautiful mansion with admiration, even though the view from here is not clear.

"This is not their home Swetha .this is one of their holiday houses "

"Rich people sure have lots of houses ", Swetha said with envy.

" says the one who is rich herself ", said Adam getting out of his car.

" Still I don't understand why Mr. James is asking you to do this preparation ", he said while looking at me with suspicious eyes.

" Adam your young .you are not mature enough to understand these things ", said Swetha and stomped his right feet.

" ahhh", he yelled in pain and chased after her, who fled immediately after stomping his feet.

I laughed at these childish peoples playing. just thinking about how Adam tagged along with us in helping I laughed even more.

FLASHBACK:

I went near Swetha who is discussing with Adam regarding their company issue

"Swetha...this time we can't celebrate Diwali here", I said to Swetha who immediately stopped her talk and shouted," what??? Priya what do u just said?", said and walked towards me.

"I mean we are going to celebrate it at Damons birthday party "

"Pribaby what are you blabbering "

"Listen patiently, sweety. the thing is that the day after tomorrow is Domon's birthday, Mr. James wants me to do the preparation for his birthday. when I refused him saying it's Diwali, he asked me to do the event as per my wish.he also told that we can celebrate it as per our tradition .so tomorrow and the next day we are going to do the job as well as enjoy our Diwali "

"Ohhhhhhh...something is suspicious.did u missing out any details here ", asked Swetha with narrow eyes.

" nope"

"Why did he ask you to arrange it? If Mr.James wants he can get the best event manager in the world .why he's asking you to do the job", said Adam who is standing just behind me.

" shit", I cursed and slightly jumped by his sudden appearance.

"Priya this is suspicious I'm coming with you guys"

I attended the call of Mr.james.

"We are here sir"

"Priya, I told all the information to the house management secretary .he will help you in all the needs "

"Ok sir"

I finished the call and started getting into the beautiful mansion.

Before we press the doorbell of the huge mansion, a man immediately opened the door.

No words can describe this beautiful mansion. This is like a paradise .all three of our mouths hanging open while looking at this beauty.

"Mam shall we get in ", said the secretary who is in his mid-forties.

" yup", I said and walked inside while dragging along my awestruck friends.

Immediately after entering we started our preparation.

"Sweety get the orders of food as per your taste" since our sweety is a foodie this is her favorite job.

" Adam can you get orders from all the perfect shops for these items, "I told Adam and gave him the list which I prepared yesterday.

"I want people for help.we have only one day to complete all the work ", I said to the secretary and walked inside the dining room.

After our immense hard work nearly 80% of our work completed around night at 10 o'clock.

When I received a call from Mr.James I immediately attended it.

" Hello, priya .today night we are going to cut the cake for Damon come to my family home dear. ok, I'll text you the address come fast .i'm a little busy here.so I'll call u back later bye ", he said and immediately cutted the call.

Seriously, now I'm also suspicious.

I turned around and looked at my friends who were lying in the center of the hall, face down like cockroaches and discussing office matters.

" Swetha we need to go there. the design team made a huge mistake. since we took a day off today, due to which they couldn't able to show their middle result, which leads to them creating a big error in the final product"

Oh, my gosh.because of my selfishness they got a huge problem.

"Adam, I'm very tired you go man", Swetha said while rolling on the floor like rolling in her bedroom.

Now I feel worse.

" don't play Swetha. let's go ", said Adam while getting up from the floor in the meantime forcefully pulling Swetha along with him.

He turned towards me while holding Swetha around her shoulder," priya come lets go.we will drop you in the apartment "

If I say I'm going to Mr.Jame house in this late hours means he will definitely get worried.it's better to tell them later.

"Adam you both leave to the office first. ill take a cab to reach home. I know you guys have an important task.go now", I said while ushering them with my hands.

" But Priya ", he hesitated

" shu", I said holding my forefinger on my lips, showing the silencing motion.

"Go now"

He nodded hesitantly." after reaching home message us.be safe. take care ok ", he said while patting my head softly.

He is so sweet like a brother.

" thank you, Adam, .i'll message you", I said while smiling warmly at him.

He stilled for one moment and nodded, left while holding exhausted  Swetha.

After they left, I heaved a big sigh.

Now I'm going to meet Damon alone. why I'm feeling nervous as well as little anxious??
