"Mita," Someone called her. She stopped dancing and looked at the direction from where sound came. “Oh my God!! When did you come?? What a pleasant surprise !!” Mita came forward and give him a warm hug,“Ohhhh, now I understand that why Seema did not come today!”“Sorry darling,”“Sorry ki bachhi, I am so upset with you! and why are you hiding behind that door?” Mita.“I thought of giving you a surprise and wanted to see the Reunion of old friends!” Seema. “Alright! Looking the most beautiful bride..!!!” Seema.“Thank you Thank you..By the how come this surprise?” Mita.“Actually, Veer was planning to come on the wedding day. But he came yesterday night. That was a surprise for me too. I thought of calling you yesterday night itself and tell you about his arrival. Please call the bride and the groom,” Panditaji.Mom and Pihu came to Mita, held her hand and took her to the mandap where the rituals were about to start.Papa and bhaiyya to went to Jay and asked him to come to the mandap.Jay and Mita both sat on the Paat (the small wooden stools). Rituals started, Antarpath, Kanyadaan, Sapt padi, all these rituals were new to Jay. He was paying attention to all the rituals and following panditaji’s instructions. When Jay tied mangalsutra around Mita’s neck, Amma came forward and gave him thaali (South Indian style of mangalsutra) and asked him to tie that too around Mita’s neck. Now Mita was wearing two mangalsutras. During all rituals Mita was very emotional and was crying. Jay had no clue and kept asking her about the reason of her tears. He also gave his handkerchief to Mita to wipe her tears. Then he looked around. Almost every person in Mita’s family had tears.“Anna, these are happy tears,” Simi whispered in his ears.“Ohk,” Jay.“Shadi sampanna huyi…” Panditaji declared that Jay and Mita and married now.
