Rudra went home late that night. He went directly to his room and slept. In the morning, he woke up when the doorbell rang. He heard Myra talking to Divya, but he stayed in bed, trying to remember everything.

"Where is your brother?" Myra asked Divya.

"He must be sleeping. I think he came home late last night," Divya replied.

"He went to meet some of his school friends, so he came back late," she whispered, "Maybe he was drunk last night."

Myra said, "I think I should go and check on him."Divya nodded and said, "Of course."

Myra went towards Rudra's room.

When Myra entered the room, she saw that Rudra's eyes were open, but he was still lying on the bed. She took a chair and sat beside the bed, asking, "Hey Rudy, you went to meet our school friends and didn't even ask me. I would have gone with you."

Rudra woke up and said, "It was just a boys' night, so that's why I didn't ask."

Myra nodded, "Oh, so who came?"

Rudra replied, "All of them."

Then Myra said, "Just get up and get ready. We should go somewhere, you came home after so long. Let's go and hang out."

Rudra sat up on the bed, looked at Myra, and said, "Okay, we can go, but there's something i want to  tell you before we go."

Myra said, "What is it?"

Rudra replied, "You know, I drank a lot last night. I was so wasted."

Myra nodded, "yeahh??."

Rudra continued, "And then I remembered the day when I drank heavily, on our last day. I was also wasted that day, right?"

Myra said, "Yes, you were. But why are you talking about that day? Just get ready and let's go."

Myra was about to stand up, but Rudra made her sit again and said, "wait ,and listen me"

Myra nodded, and Rudra continued, "When I was drinking last night, I suddenly remembered the day when I was drinking heavily. I remembered that when Aarohi left, you took me to my flat. Everyone was there—you, Myra, and that girl who caused me the fight with the other boy. Teju, Priya, all of them were at my flat. It seemed like the party had moved from the terrace to my flat, and I don't know how."

Myra said, "Yeah, that happened because you were so cool. Everyone wanted to party at your flat."

Rudra nodded, "Yeah, and I remembered that you and Sanjana were making me drink. I was saying no, but you didn't stop and kept making me drink. Then, when I went to the balcony to try to call Aarohi, you took me back inside and kept making me drink until I got fully wasted, right?"

Myra said, "No, I just wanted to enjoy the day with you and everyone because it was our last day."

After saying this, Myra stood up and said, "Just come out; I'll be in the hall waiting for you."

She was about to open the door, but Rudra came over, pushed her towards the wall, and shouted, "Why did you do this, Myra? Why? I trusted you!"

Divya entered the room after hearing the shouting and asked, "What happened, Bhai?"

Rudra said, "Just go and leave us alone."

Divya protested, "But Bhai—"

Rudra shouted again, "I said leave, Divya!"

Divya left and closed the door behind her.

Myra already knew that when Rudy got angry, he listened to no one. But she still tried to calm him. She said, "Let me explain, Rudy. You're getting it all wrong."

Rudy punched the wall and said, "I remember the whole thing you and those girls did to me. Why did you do this? You were the one I trusted most in this world, but you broke it. You made Aarohi and me part ways. Why?"

He asked again, "Why, Myra? Why?"

Myra said, "Because I love you, Rudy. I love you, and I've been in love with you for so long. I don't know when it started.

Rudy backed off, leaving her standing there. He said, "What? Are you joking with me?"

Myra said, "No, Rudy. I'm in love with you. Even before I knew the word 'love' existed, you were the one."

Rudy said, "We are friends, Myra. We are best friends. How can you feel about me like that?"

Myra approached Rudy and said, "Yes, I know we are best friends, but that doesn't mean we can't be lovers, right? I love you, Rudy. And I know you love me too. It's just that Aarohi came out of nowhere and got between us.

Rudy said, "What? What are you saying, Myra? I never looked at you in any other way except as my best friend. And I loved Aarohi. You know that. You also know that I've never been in a serious relationship with any girl. That's why you hated her, right?"

Myra replied, "Yes, I hated her. So what? Because I knew you were serious about her. That's why... That's why I always tried to keep her apart from you. But you... you were so obsessed with her that I had to do this."

Rudy sat on the bed and said, "Why, Myra? Why? You are the only one who knows me better than anyone. I never thought you would betray me."

Myra said, "Same here for me, Rudy. You were the only one since childhood who was always with me, who understood me. Whether things were good or bad, you were always there. But that changed after Aarohi came."

"Nothing changed after Aarohi came. In fact, she gave me more time to spend with you. She didn't want to come between our friendship," Rudy said.

Myra replied, "No, it wasn't just friendship for me. I always knew we would end up together. I always loved you. And I know you love me too, Rudy. Just forget about her. We will be happy. Just say you love me." She said this while touching Rudy's face.

Rudy pushed her away a little and said, "Stay away from me. I never want to see your face again. You betrayed me. I never expected this from you, Myra.

"Myra started crying and said, "Don't say that, Rudy. We are meant for each other. Just accept it."But Rudy left the room, saying, "I hate you, Myra. I hate you."Myra sat on the ground, crying, and called out, "Rudy, stop. Don't go."

Rudy left the house. Divya was sitting in the hall when she saw Rudy leaving. She tried to call him, but Rudy didn't listen and went out. She then went to Rudy's room and found Myra sitting on the floor, crying. She walked over to Myra and asked, "What happened, Myra di? Why are you so upset? Why are you crying?"

Myra hugged Divya and said, "It's all over, Divya. It's all over. He hates me now."

Rudy didn't come home the entire day. Myra also left for her home, knowing that this time it was really bad. She regretted what she had done, realizing she might have lost her best friend.

Rudy came back late at night and started packing his things, preparing to leave for Delhi. His mother asked, "Where are you going, Rudra?""I have urgent work, so I have to leave," Rudy replied.

Divya was watching him and knew that he was leaving because of the fight with Myra. She suspected it was related to something serious, but Myra hadn't told her any details. Their mother tried to stop him, but Rudy didn't listen and left anyway.

TWO MONTHS LATER....

"Let's go, Aarohi. We're getting late. The bus is about to leave," Jiya said.

"Coming," Aarohi replied.

Aarohi and Jiya were talking when Ravi came over and asked, "Ready to go?"

"Yes," Jiya answered.

All three entered the bus and found their seats. Jiya said, "I am so excited for this camp." The bus then left the hospital.

They were heading to a medical camp for a tournament, accompanied by many other doctors and medical students from various fields. Jiya, Aarohi, and Ravi were particularly excited about the experience.

The camp was set in Shimla to offer a cool retreat from the summer heat. After a long and exhausting journey, the bus finally reached the place. As they stepped out, they were greeted by the breathtaking beauty of the hills surrounding them.

"Wow, I've never been to a place like this," Jiya exclaimed.

"Yes, it's beautiful," Aarohi agreed, taking in the scenery.

They were all visibly tired when a senior doctor addressed the group, "Students and doctors, we have reached our destination." Behind the doctor was a charming cottage-like hotel, which they assumed would be their lodging for the duration of the camp.

"Just go to the reception. There will be two people per room. Get your keys at the reception. Tonight, rest well because we start work tomorrow," the senior doctor instructed.

Jiya and Aarohi collected their keys and made their way to their room. Upon entering, they found a beautiful space with two single beds. Relieved to finally rest, they dropped their luggage and lay down on their beds.

"I'm so tired. Just don't wake me up until morning," Jiya groaned.

"Aren't you going to eat? I'm hungry," Aarohi replied.

"I'm too tired. Are we not getting dinner?" Jiya asked.

"I don't know. Should I check at the reception?" Aarohi offered.

"Please go now. I'm too tired to move," Jiya pleaded.

"Okay," Aarohi sighed, getting up to head to the reception and find out about dinner arrangements.

Aarohi went to the reception and asked about dinner timings. The receptionist informed her that dinner would be served in the dining hall at 8 PM. Aarohi glanced at the clock and saw that it was just ten minutes to eight. She quickly messaged Jiya to meet her in the dining hall at 8 PM, and Jiya responded with an "OK."

With some time to spare, Aarohi admired the cottage and the view from the windows. As she looked out, she saw a different bus arriving and a group of people disembarking. To her shock, she spotted Rudra among them. Trying to stay out of sight, she watched as the group received their keys and headed to their rooms. Once they were gone, Aarohi returned to the reception.

"Who are they?" she asked the receptionist.

"These are the athletes here for the camp," the receptionist replied.

"What?" Aarohi exclaimed.

The receptionist asked, "You're part of the medical team, right?"

Aarohi nodded, "Yes," and hurried back to her room, where Jiya was still lying on the bed.

"Jiya, get up. I need to tell you something," Aarohi urged.

Jiya reluctantly got up, "What, Aarohi? I told you, don't disturb me. I'm tired."

Aarohi explained, "You know who came here? Do you know what this camp is about?"

Jiya looked confused, "No."

"It's an athlete's camp and we're the medical team for them," Aarohi said.

"So what?" Jiya asked, still not understanding the urgency.

"Rudra is also here," Aarohi revealed.

Jiya sat up, fully alert now, "What? Are you kidding me?"

"No, I saw him," Aarohi confirmed.

Jiya said, "It's destiny, Aarohi. You can run from Rudra, but you can't run from destiny."

"Just shut up," Aarohi snapped. "Should I leave? Ask for medical leave, say I'm not feeling well?"

"Are you stupid? Do you think they'll allow that?" Jiya retorted.

Aarohi sighed, "I don't think so."

Jiya looked at the time and said, "Let's go. It's 8, I'm hungry."

"You go, I'm not coming," Aarohi said.

But Jiya grabbed her hand and pulled her along, "Let's go."

Reluctantly, Aarohi followed Jiya to the dining hall.

When Aarohi and Jiya entered the dining hall, they saw that only members of their medical team were present, having dinner. Aarohi felt relieved and sat down with Jiya. Soon, Ravi joined them, and they all sat together. Just as Aarohi was about to start her dinner, more people began to enter the hall. She glanced up and saw Rudra and his friends coming in. Rudra looked happy, a smile lighting up his face. He sat with his friends, engrossed in their conversation, and didn't notice Aarohi.

Aarohi, trying to avoid Rudra's gaze, looked down and focused on her plate. She thought to herself, "How can he be so happy? Did he see me and is pretending, or is he genuinely happy?" Feeling increasingly uncomfortable, she tried to finish her dinner quickly and asked Jiya if they could leave. Jiya, still hungry, refused.

Growing impatient, Aarohi grabbed Jiya's hand, causing Jiya's plate to fall to the floor with a loud clatter. The dining hall fell silent as everyone turned to look at them. Embarrassed, Jiya whispered, "What are you doing?"

Aarohi, flustered, apologized, "Sorry, I just can't sit here anymore."

Ravi, noticing the commotion, asked, "Are you okay, Aarohi?"

Aarohi nodded, "Yes, I'm fine. I just need to sleep. I'm tired."

Ravi suggested, "Jiya, get another plate and fill up. You need to eat."

Jiya, grumbling, said, "So what?" and went to get another plate.

Aarohi glanced toward Rudra's table and saw him looking directly at her. Rudra raised his eyebrows in recognition and smiled. Panic set in as Aarohi turned her gaze away abruptly, thinking, "Oh no, he recognized me. What now?"

Feeling trapped and anxious, she looked at Jiya, who was now back with another plate of food. "Jiya, hurry up, please," Aarohi urged, her voice trembling.

Jiya, noticing her friend's distress, ate quickly. "Okay, okay, I'm almost done," she reassured Aarohi.

As soon as Jiya finished, Aarohi practically dragged her out of the dining hall. Once outside, she let out a sigh of relief. "I can't believe he's here," she muttered.

Jiya, trying to calm her down, said, "It's okay, Aarohi.

Aarohi nodded, though her mind was still racing. "I just hope he doesn't come looking for me," she whispered as they headed back to their room.
