--THE STREETS OF TOKYO WERE ALIVE WITH THEIR USUAL CHAOS. Neon signs flickered in the twilight, cars honked impatiently, and the murmur of life filled the air. Gojo Satoru led his three current students—Megumi Fushiguro, Yuji Itadori, and Nobara Kugisaki—through a less bustling alleyway, his hands casually stuffed in his pockets, humming some random tune he heard. He had a spring in his step, as if leading a merry parade rather than guiding his students to meet a new recruit.

"So, who's this new one we're picking up?" Nobara asked, her tone equal parts curious and impatient.

Gojo turned his head slightly, his trademark grin evident. "Misa Ume. Grade 1 sorcerer, fifteen years old, hails from one of those fancy-schmancy clans up in the snowy mountains. Think of her as your new classmate—oh, and try to make a good first impression, okay?"

Yuji's face lit up. "Snowy mountains? Does that mean she's got some kind of ice powers? Like... Elsa?"

"Elsa?" Megumi repeated, raising a brow.

"Yeah! You know—'Let It Go'? Ice queen?"

"I know who Elsa is," Megumi deadpanned. "I just didn't think you'd use her as a comparison."

Gojo waved a hand in the air, grinning. "Oh, she's way cooler than Elsa. Literally and figuratively."

Nobara groaned. "Why do I feel like this is going to be another circus act?"

The group stopped just in front of a veil that shimmered faintly in the air, hiding whatever lay on the other side. Gojo gestured to it like a magician revealing his greatest trick. "In here somewhere. Just remember," He held up a pointed finger. "first impressions are everything."

The group stepped through the veil, the world around them shifting as if they'd walked through a doorway into another dimension. The bustling city vanished, replaced by a long, empty street flanked by abandoned buildings. The air was thick with the faint chill of cursed energy, and the distant sound of wind echoed between the walls.

Gojo came to a halt, his grin widening. "Ah, here we are. She should be just ahead."

As if on cue, an ear-splitting explosion ripped through the stillness. One of the buildings ahead erupted in a cloud of smoke and debris, and the ground trembled beneath their feet. Before anyone could react, a figure burst through the second-story window, shattering the glass and leaping into the open air.

"There she is." Spoke Gojo.

Misa Ume descended like a shooting star, her black hair trailing behind her and her long sleeves billowing as she flipped gracefully mid-air. She landed with a soft thud a few meters ahead of them, her boots crunching against the asphalt. Behind her, the remnants of the curse she'd just exorcised exploded in a final burst of icy mist, coating the building's facade in frost.

"That was anticlimactic." Misa spoke for herself, rising from her crouch. She dusted off her uniform. "I was hoping for something tougher."

Her uniform was a striking variation of the standard Jujutsu High attire. The black fabric shimmered faintly in the light, tailored perfectly to fit her slender frame. The top had wide, flared sleeves and a high collar fastened with a single brass button.

Her leggings were a dark chocolate brown, tucked neatly into knee-high boots with subtle lace-up details. The overall effect was both practical and stylish, exuding an air of confidence that matched her personality.

The silence that followed was almost deafening.

Yuji blinked. "Did she... just jump out of a building?"

"Yeah," Megumi said, his tone flat but tinged with resignation. "She did."

She turned her head swiftly at the sound of unfamiliar voices, when she realised who they were she smiled cheerfully. "Ah! You must be the welcoming committee." She spoke excitedly, spreading her arms wide.

Gojo gave her a thumbs-up. "You absolutely nailed it that introduction. 10 out of 10 for style."

Misa beamed. "Thank you very much," She spoke, bowing. "I aim to impress."

Nobara, however, wasn't so easily won over. "Was the explosion really necessary? Or was that just for show?"

"The explosion? Oh, that was just the curse's detonation mechanism," Misa informed her, tilting her head thoughtfully. "But wasn't it cool?" She flashed a grin that was equal parts charming and mischievous, clearly enjoying the reactions she was getting.

Yuji couldn't help but laugh. "Okay, I'll admit, that was pretty cool."

"Glad you think so. You must be Itadori," Misa said, stepping closer and giving him a playful nudge. "I had to show off a little, you know, being the new kid and all."

"Don't let it go to your head," Nobara said, though the corner of her mouth twitched in what might have been a smile.

"Aw, come on ... Kugisaki?" She offered, but continuing anyways. "We're going to be best friends, I can already tell," Misa said, slinging an arm around Nobara's shoulder. "I mean, look at us. Two fierce, fabulous women taking on the world of curses. It's destiny."

Nobara raised an eyebrow but didn't push her away. "We'll see."

Megumi, meanwhile, had been quietly observing Misa, his arms crossed. "You're from the mountains, right? Your clan's famous for their ice techniques."

Misa turned to him, her expression brightening. "That's right! Frost Dominion, passed down through generations. Pretty cool, huh?" She raised a hand, and a delicate snowflake materialized above her palm. It glowed faintly with cursed energy before dissolving into a fine mist, lowering the temperature around them ever so slightly.

Yuji shivered. "Whoa, that's insane! You can just... make ice out of thin air?"

"Pretty much," Misa said with a shrug. "But don't worry, I promise not to freeze you. Unless you really deserve it."

"Good to know," Yuji replied, chuckling nervously.

Misa grinned at his unease, clearly finding it entertaining. "Relax, Itadori. I don't go around freezing people for no reason. But, if you ever prank me, just know I have an excellent aim with ice shards. Fair warning."

Yuji gulped. "Noted."

Nobara smirked, glancing over at Misa. "You're not bad. But if you try to steal the spotlight, we're going to have problems."

"Oh, don't worry," Misa said, tossing her hair over her shoulder with mock elegance. "I'll leave you plenty of room to shine. Think of me as the supporting act that makes the headliner look even better."

"Supporting act?" Nobara shot back, her voice laced with playful indignation. "I'm nobody's opening act, snow queen."

Misa raised an eyebrow, clearly amused. "Snow queen? I like that. Keep calling me that, and I might just let you off easy if we ever spar." She teased.

"Let me off easy?" Nobara scoffed. "Try me anytime, Frosty."

Yuji, caught between the two, glanced nervously at Megumi, who remained his usual stoic self. "Are they going to fight? Should we... stop this?"

Megumi sighed. "No. This is probably how they're going to bond."

"I do enjoy a good sparring match," Misa said, tilting her head thoughtfully. "Tell you what—once we're back at Jujutsu High, let's settle this with a little friendly competition."

"Friendly?" Nobara's grin turned sharp. "You'll be crying icicles by the time I'm done with you."

Misa laughed. "This is going to be fun." She clapped her hands and wrapped and interlinked her arm with Nobara's, she didn't decline.

Gojo, walking just ahead, clapped his hands loudly to get their attention. "Alright, children, save the sparring for later. We've got places to be, curses to exorcise, and most importantly, a new student orientation to conduct. And by orientation, I mean I'm going to drop you all into something dangerous and see how you work together. Sound good?"

"Not really," Megumi muttered under his breath.

"Sounds like fun!" Misa said enthusiastically. She clasped her hands behind her head as she walked, looking completely unfazed by Gojo's chaotic teaching methods. "So, what's the next mission? Giant curse? Multiple curses? A haunted amusement park?"

Yuji blinked. "Wait, haunted amusement parks are a thing?"

"Of course they are," Misa said matter-of-factly. "All those creepy clowns and abandoned rides? Prime cursed energy hotspots. It's like, Curse 101."

"That... actually makes a lot of sense," Yuji said, nodding thoughtfully.

Nobara rolled her eyes. "Don't give him any ideas."

Gojo turned his head slightly, his grin widening. "A haunted amusement park mission does sound pretty fun. Maybe I'll arrange something."

"Please don't," Megumi said, his tone exasperated.

As they continued walking, the group approached a small café at the edge of the veil, its windows fogged with condensation. Misa stopped suddenly, her expression brightening.

"Oh, hold up," she said, pointing at the café. "They've got hot chocolate! We have to stop."

Nobara blinked. "We're in the middle of a mission."

"Correction," Misa said, raising a finger. "We're between missions. And besides, hot chocolate is the perfect fuel for exorcising curses. You can't argue with science."

Yuji scratched the back of his head, glancing at Gojo. "Is that actually true?"

Gojo shrugged. "I mean, she's not wrong. Hot chocolate is pretty great."

Nobara sighed. "Fine. But if this turns into another one of Gojo's chaotic detours, I'm blaming you, snow queen."

Misa grinned. "Blame away. Now, let's get some cocoa before the next curse decides to ruin my day."

As the group began walking into the cafe shop, Misa easily fell into step along with the other kids, chatting animatedly with them. Her quick wit and infectious energy quickly drew them in, and even Megumi found himself smirking at one of her sarcastic remarks.

Gojo, trailing behind them, couldn't help but grin. He had a feeling Misa was going to shake things up at Jujutsu High—and he was absolutely here for it.
