Note - Happy Woman's Day to all the wonderful woman out there. Keep thriving darlings... One note though, true feminism is in empowering woman, not in hating men. We want equality, and equal opportunities, and that doesn't come with blaming men for everything. I see pseudo feminism growing and it's becoming toxic for the society. Please avoid it, instead, support women in growing and take a first step this woman's day in knowing what actually is feminism.

"Akansha... My wife", Shaurya said with a smile, well he knew she would break his teeth after reaching home for saying that as she hated the introduction though that's the truth now.
Akansha could sense the shock and hint of betrayal in Mr. Joshi's eyes as she didn't tell him despite all the support he offered her.
Mr. Joshi had always supported her but he soon understood she might have her reasons to not trust him with that truth. It made sense to him now why Akansha wanted to stay lowkey, and didn't want people to know about her real qualifications.
Mr. Goyal too recollected all the incidents, how Akansha got panicked when they took Siya to Shaurya. They suspected maybe Shaurya was unaware of Akansha's pregnancy but in the press meet a few days ago, Shaurya told he knew about his wife's pregnancy... Which one is the truth?
After the press meet, as expected there wasn't much negativity, sure the news surprised the public but there was no backlash. Instead people praised Shaurya's sacrifice and his wife's courage and selfless act to let go of her husband when she needed him the most.
Shaurya shook hands with the chairman and looked at his wife.
"Where is Siya?", Shaurya asked his wife.
"She is with the other kids, don't meet her now, she will jump on you and wouldn't leave you at all, meet her after the kids first performance", Akansha said and Shaurya nodded.
"Akansha ma'am... The peon will show you and sir the seats...", Chairman said, already ordering the peon to make Shaurya and Akansha sit in the first row seats, the same row where Dev and Rachna are offered the seats and Akansha understood his intention but she smiled shaking her head.
"Thank you but that's not necessary, we will sit in the seats allocated to Siya's parents", Akansha said... "What do you say?", She asked looking at Shaurya.
"Yes absolutely, no need for any special treatment", Shaurya said with a smile.
"Please sir... We can't let you occupy the normal seats, you are our State's Chief Minister", Mr. Goyal replied and Shaurya understood it's better that way, as taking the seat in the middle might cause inconvenience to the other parents and family members, and people might surround him and it would also get difficult for the security to handle the crowd. But Shaurya couldn't dare to go against his wife.
Akansha was about to deny the offer when Suraj walked to her.
"Ma'am this would be a better seating arrangement for both you and sir as well as the other parents and crowd", Suraj told and she nodded understanding the complications involved
"Shaurya, we can occupy the first seats", Akansha said and Shaurya nodded confirming to Mr. Goyal. They all understood who has the upper hand in the marriage and Shaurya wasn't ashamed to show that he is ready to follow his wife's footsteps his entire life, but sadly she doesn't want to be in the marriage, and no doubt it's his fault.
Akansha and Shaurya walked to occupy the first seats followed by Suraj and his team.
Akansha's colleagues who saw and heard everything were rooted to their place. They could have never assumed that their fellow colleague could also be their Chief Minister's wife. Especially Akansha never acted such. Her repulsion towards Shaurya didn't let them guess it ever but now they understood the repulsion might be because of the separation, they thought.
Rashi recollected how Akansha got hyper when she informed how the CM appreciated Siya's dance performance during the annual day. So, was it because she didn't want to let Shaurya know Siya is his daughter? Or to keep the father-daughter away just in front of public eye?
"Bharti ma'am, you should learn to control your mouth. You asked Akansha ma'am about what kind of a work is important for her husband than attending his daughter's father's Day function... Now you got your answer? Siya's father has a state to run, yet he is here for his daughter, he may not participate in all the activities because obviously, he can't stay for the whole day till evening but what matters is he is here for his daughter, that explains how much he loves Siya", Shipra told Bharti
"I didn't know he would be the chief minister... Akansha never behaved like she is the chief minister's wife, so...", Bharti trailed.
"That shows her dignity, not everyone likes to advertise their power or capabilities, that doesn't mean they are not talented or powerless... Akansha ma'am is one of that very rare species. She is talented and also powerful yet she is so down to earth", Shipra replied.
"And did you see CM Sir's shirt, damn he followed the dress code for his daughter...", Rashi squealed...
Shipra and Bharti chuckled at her excitement but suddenly Rashi's face paled.
"Oh sh*t... I was crushing on her husband in front of her... Damn... I should apologize to Akansha ma'am immediately", Rashi exclaimed making the others widen their eyes realizing what Rashi spoke a few days ago in the staff room.
Shaurya and Akansha were going inside the auditorium and Rashi saw them. Before Shipra or Bharti could warn her to not to call Akansha now, as she is with Shaurya, Rashi opened her mouth.
"Akansha ma'am... One minute", Rashi shouted, Bharti and Shipra so wanted to bang their heads but controlled themselves.
They respectfully greeted Shaurya to which he responded.
"Go inside... I'll be there", Akansha told Shaurya and he nodded and is about to go when Akansha held his palm.
"Wait! Take this bag with you, It has Siya's accessories required", she added.
"Okay... Come soon", Shaurya said and walked inside with his security personnel following him.
They were in awe seeing Shaurya from so near, acting like a common man and a husband. The little exchange between Shaurya and Akansha was so interesting to watch.
"Yes Rashi ma'am? ", Akansha asked
"Akansha ma'am... I am so sorry for all the sh*t I spoke till now... Please...", Rashi trailed but Akansha smiled gently calming Rashi as Akansha very rarely smiled, and when she did, that meant things are fine between them.
"It's okay Rashi ma'am... I didn't take it personally...", Akansha said pressing Rashi's hand making her smile.
"Akansha ma'am... Sorry... I...", Bharti trailed but Akansha just nodded coldly as she knew Bharti was apologozing afraid of Shaurya, not because she is genuinely sorry.
"Just enjoy Siya's family day... We'll take care of the arrangements, we'll ask for help if we need", Shipra said and Akansha thanked her.
"Thanks but I'll come to help whenever there are no activities held for parents", Akansha said and walked inside.
Shaurya and Akansha were offered seats just beside Dev and Rachna... This would be a very rare occurence as Dev and Shaurya never sat beside each other in the public eye, well except for a few times like when they went to pay tribute to a former president a few years ago. Looking them beside each other, the internet and media went crazy and some people expressed their wish to see them together more often, some even commented they seemed Karn-Arjun not knowing that's a reality as well. They both are like brothers.
Rachna got so excited to see Akansha after years, she just wanted to hug her so tight but Dev held her hand controlling her excitement. Shaurya stifled a chuckle knowing Rachna.
Dev and Shaurya sat beside each other while Rachna and Akansha sat on the other side of their husbands. The lights were dimmed and then Akansha gave a small smile and nod to Rachna making her smile.
"Siya must still be thinking her Dadda wasn't here huh?", Shaurya asked and Akansha sighed at his whining.
"No, your daughter was informed of your presence...", Akansha told making him grin
"Thank god, otherwise she would be sad, by the way who told her?", Shaurya asked
"Before coming here, I went to check on her, I got her ready pretty nicely but I was sure she must have spoiled her hair and dress while playing, so went to set her hairs, I didn't want to tell her about you, I wanted her to get surprised but she kept pestering me about you, so I had to tell", Akansha told him making him grin...
"My Siya loves me... A lot...", Shaurya said grinning as if he conquered the world.
"Shaurya... Behave... You are a chief minister and people know you are here", Akansha said
"Yeah... About that... When I entered the auditorium, people saw me, many of them were about to approach me but Suraj and their team stopped them... I hope it wouldn't affect Siya negatively...", Shaurya said and Akansha frowned at his overthinking when it came to his daughter.
"I asked for an announcement during the beginning of the program, hope it's fine", he added
"What kind of an announcement?", Akansha asked but the function commenced and he pointed at the stage where the host started with her regular intro about the school, the chief guests and details about the father's day & family day they are gonna host that day, briefing about the activities that are followed and at last came the announcement.
"With immense joy and pride, I would like to tell you all that our honorable Chief Minister of the state, Shri. Shaurya Singh Shekhawat's daughter and the honorable MLA & opposition leader Shri. Dev Bisht's son are studying in our school and these two great leaders are here with their spouses & family to take part in Father's Day & Family day held here. They expressed they were here just as their kids's parents so on our school's behalf, we request all the parents to refrain from approaching the leaders, respecting their privacy. Like everyone, they also have the right to enjoy their time with their children. They have dedicated their 364 days of life for people's welfare, it's only fair to ask one day for themselves, for their innocent children. I request all the parents and family members to coperate with the school in conducting this function effectively", She finished announcing and everyone clapped, declaring their coperation.
"You added my name in the announcement as well? Damn! Thank you yaar... Rulayega kya(Will you make me cry?)", Dev whispered in Shaurya's ear, getting melodramatic, Akansha giggled hearing it.
"Shut up idiot... You are in public... Everyone has camera, you never know from where someone would capture you, one stupid expression of yours could give away everything... So behave", Shaurya warned in irritation making Akansha and Rachna laugh.
"Yes... Haan CM saab, You are right", Dev said a bit loudly so that everyone can hear their formal talk, pissing Shaurya more, Akansha hid her laughter seeing Dev's attempts to rile up Shaurya.
"You said you wanted to meet and play with my daughter, now forget about it", Shaurya whispered and Dev's smirk immediately turned to frown...
"Akansha... Do you support this?" Dev whispered, asking. Shaurya looked at Akansha to say 'Yes' but she shook her head, making Dev smile widely. Rachna slapped Dev's arm.
"Don't irritate him...", Rachna warned her husband in a low voice.
To Shaurya's luck, the function started, announcing the kids' dance to welcome all the fathers appreciating the efforts and their under-appreciated contributions to the family.
"Ma... Everyone talks about how great a mother is, and how selfless her love is... There are movies, songs, and poetry that appreciate them. It's true, that no one can love like a mother does, but there's also this one man whose love is selfless but wasn't appreciated enough for his sacrifices to keep the family safe, secure, and happy. Today, we are celebrating him. I welcome the kids from Pre-KG and KG to celebrate the 'Iron Man' in their lives", the host announced.
"Siya is performing", Akansha whispered to Shaurya making an exciting gleam in his eyes.
Shaurya quickly pulled out his phone and started recording.
The teachers helped the kids to stand in their positions and soon the song played. Shaurya remembered his first meeting with his daughter, the first time he saw her was during a dance performance in her school Anniversary. Remembering it caused goosebumps.
Akansha took the mobile from his hand and said "I'll shoot the video, enjoy your daughter's performance", she said making him smile.
"Thanks", he said and started encouraging his daughter, clapping for her.
Siya saw her father during the dance and her face brightened seeing him... Rest of the dance she performed just looking at her father. Wide smile didn't leave Shaurya's face even for a second. He is so proud of his daughter. Siya signed her father to come near her and Shaurya got up from his seat and walked towards the stage without thinking for a minute. She performed very well and at the end of the dance, the kids had to jump, putting both their hands up, spreading them wide, and acting like hugging their fathers. Siya jumped towards her father to the front side, while all the other kids jumped up like taught by their teachers. Akansha, Dev, and Rachna got scared of Siya getting hurt but sighed in relief when Shaurya caught her. They three and the teachers stood astounded at the little girl's improvisation of dance on her own.
Shaurya caught his little one in his arms kissing her cheeks. He raised her high in the air and caught her back, making loud giggles erupt, and hearing his daughter's giggles, a wide grin formed on his face. He nuzzled his face in her neck tickling her with his beard.
"Dadda...", Siya squealed pushing his face, laughing feeling ticklish.
Akansha and Dev recorded the moment, both has tears in their eyes, but Dev controlled his emotions as he can't be that vocal about his love for his best friend. He is so happy for Shaurya, he is seeing him this happy for the first time in years, the last time he was this happy was when he was in love with Akansha and she was unaware of his ulterior motives. That was a golden period for both Shaurya and Akansha.
The audience stayed awe in the moment. He was just like any normal father, who loves his child to the moon and back, they liked how he wasn't embarrassed to go near the stage, he just walked there as soon as his daughter called him.
Shaurya saw the teacher taking other kids behind the stage, probably to change the costumes, he turned and looked at his wife for confirmation who nodded at him.
"Siya... Go with your teacher... Dadda will meet you soon", Shaurya said but Siya protested.
"Dadda... no", she said tightening her hold on her father, but he made her stand on the stage.
"Siya is her Dadda's magical unicorn, no?", Shaurya asked
"Yessss... See this dadda...", Siya said showing the unicorn necklace she is wearing which he got for her. Shaurya wanted to thank his wife for making his daughter wear it on such an important occasion in his life.
"Very pretty... So my little unicorn, listen to Dadda, go with the teacher, I'll ask mumma to get you in a while", Shaurya said and Siya pouted but agreed.
Shaurya nodded at his daughter's teacher, who took Siya to the backstage and Shaurya returned to his seat. Akansha, Dev and Rachna glared at Shaurya and he understood why they were looking at him as if he murdered someone. Looks like they are taking advantage of the dimmed light to fire on him.
"I couldn't refuse Siya", He said lowly.
"What if she had hurt herself while jumping?", Akansha asked
"I won't let her get hurt, that is why I went too close to the stage to catch her up. It happened in a fraction of seconds Akansha... Before I realized, she jumped and I caught her", Shaurya defended himself, with anything and everything that came into his head. She is the only human that made him so nervous that he even forgot some words.
Dev and Rachna cooled down seeing Shaurya's kitten face in front of his wife.
"Will talk to you and your daughter at home", Akansha said and Shaurya feared his wife's anger both for him and his daughter. He just prayed he wouldn't commit any more mistakes that day, that would force him to encounter his wife's maha kali roop.
The activities started and after a few games, the students were sent to sit with their parents. Siya and Ishaan ran towards their parents holding each other's hand.
"Awe... 20 years fast forward and they both will be running towards the wedding altar in the same way", Dev whispered with a dreamy look, Shaurya glared at him sternly while Rachna and Akansha sighed at their husbands' bickering worse than kids.
"If you don't stop imagining these stupid things, I'll make my daughter stop talking to your son", Shaurya warned in low tone.
"Shut up both of you", Akansha whisper yelled at them. She is thankful to the loud music and the separate seats they were offered, otherwise the video of these two fighting like dogs would have been on the internet by now.
Siya hugged her parents, surprisingly Ishaan too hugged Shaurya, shocking the crowd.
"Uncle... I missed you", Ishaan squealed happily. Akansha and Rachna got tensed but Dev and Shaurya were all too calm.
"Ishaan... Come here beta... You shouldn't trouble Shaurya uncle", Dev said...
"It's okay Dev ji, let him be", Shaurya said pulling Ishaan in his lap while Siya is in Akansha's lap.
"I'm sorry Shaurya ji... Both my sons, Ishaan and Ivaan loved you... From the day you visited our farmhouse for lunch, they kept pestering me to invite you again for lunch... I must say, you are really good with kids", Dev said casually acting to make Ishaan get down from Shaurya's lap.
"Yeah, they both are really notorious but cute... Thanks again for inviting me for lunch, but this time lunch will be at my place, I am inviting you along with your family to grace us with your presence", Shaurya said politely
"These two became masters, pulling the act for years now", Akansha muttered to herself but Shaurya heard it.
"Akansha, invite them", he said and she so wanted to glare at him for pulling her into their stupid act too but she had no choice. She thought to beat him to pulp after going home.
"Yes... Please visit us with kids, Dev ji, Rachna ji(Mr. Dev and Mrs. Rachna). Siya and Ishaan too became good friends, it will be like a play date for them...", Akansha said, stressing on 'Play date' pushing Shaurya's nerve.
"What play date? Can't you say some other word?", Shaurya whispered in her ears making her smirk at his frustration.
"Yes sure, Play date is a great idea, we will surely come", Dev said pissing Shaurya even more... "What's say Rachna?", He asked his wife pulling her into the act soon.
"Yeah sure, Why not? We can't decline CM saab's invitation", Rachna said with a smile, looking at Shaurya.
Akansha shook her head mentally, these two best friends got even Rachna to play along and now she became a perfectionist.
"Play date, yay... Ivaan will also meet Siya through this", Dev whispered earning a glare from Shaurya.
"Don't come if you are thinking of a play date", Shaurya whispered back.
Rachna and Akansha are staying in constant fear of someone hearing their talks but these two have no care in the world.
Rachna created a whatsApp group for the four of them.
"Fight here... You dogs...", Rachna typed
"Exactly... Don't open your mouth to bicker both of you, Rachna and I are getting so tensed here", Akansha sent
"True... My Blood pressure is skyrocketing", Rachna sent
"Good for your health, you have low bp anyway", Shaurya sent and Dev reacted with a laughing ð emoticon to his message.
Akansha slapped Shaurya's arm for making fun of Rachna... Siya who is busy playing with Ishaan looked at her mumma hearing the slap sound and instantly realized she beat her father who is rubbing his forearm.
"Dadda... Is it paining?", Siya said rubbing his father's forearm, Dev and Shaurya chuckled at how she didn't dare to question her mother, but tended to her father's pain instead.
"No baby... I am fine", Shaurya said, taking his daughter's palm and kissing it calming her.
Siya looked at Akansha trying to ask why she slapped her father but she didn't have the courage.
"What?", Akansha asked looking at her daughter daring her to say something.
"Nothing mama bear", Siya said making Shaurya chuckle, Dev burst out laughing at the sight.
Rachna pinched his arm asking him to control.
"Stop laughing like a demon... There are kids around, they'll be scaredððð", Akansha sent
"Looking at your daughter's scared face, it's clearly visible who is the demon, at least give a day off to the devil inside you for today", Dev replied Akansha
"I can't, with demons like you around, even humans need to become devils to protect themselves", Akansha sent.
Dev is about to type something but Rachna snatched his phone glaring at him, making Akansha smirk. Only after promising that he wouldn't say anything to Akansha did she give his phone back and immediately Dev started typing.
"@RachnaBisht when did you become a Vibhishan (Ravan's younger brother who leaks his secret to Prabhu Shree Ram)", Dev sent
"So you agree that you are Ravan, huh...", Akansha sent
"Yes, he is a good man, so I am Vibhishan", Rachna replied tagging Dev's message.
"Bewakoofon @RachnaBisht @Devbisht @AkanshaDixit, Ravan and Vibishan are siblings, are you both siblings?", Shaurya sent, Akansha glared at him, he didn't understand why was she glaring at him when he didn't say anything to her, that's when Dev nudged him to check his phone and he realized he tagged his wife as well and called 'bewakoof'.
"Galti se tag hogya(you were mistakenly tagged) sorry", Shaurya whispers, quickly editing his message.
Dev chuckled at his chicken friend. Akansha turns her head to hide her smile, the way he gets scared and cautions of her is cute. Well these little feelings don't affect what she felt for him now or the decision she made not to reconcile with him.
Rachna and Dev wanted to talk to Siya, Dev interacted with her before, took this bundle of joy in his arms but his wife didn't and he understood her eagerness to meet Siya.
"Siya bache... Come here... Talk to us", Dev said forwarding his palm.
"Dadda...", Siya clutched her father's palm. Shaurya picked her from Akansha's lap and put her down towards Dev.
"Go, talk to Uncle...", Shaurya said, Siya nodded and walked towards Dev who picked Siya and made her sit between him and his wife in the sofa.
Rachna caressed Siya's cheeks, she couldn't stop her tears... This is Shaurya and Akansha's child... Rachna couldn't control her emotions knowing how much Akansha might have suffered to give birth to this little girl. She doesn't know about Akansha's actual sufferings that day, Dev as promised to Akansha didn't share it with anyone.
"Ah... Dev... Something went into my eyes... Please have a look", Rachna said to get a better reason for her tears.
Akansha rolled her eyes at this woman's drama.
"You two are sinners... You made this once upon a time innocent woman a pro liar now", Akansha whispered into Shaurya's ears making him chuckle.
"I will see...", Siya said, gently holding Rachna's eye lid and blew air into it just like her mother does.
"I am fine now, thank you Siya", Rachna said making the little girl grin proudly. Dev got jealous again looking at Shaurya. How did this man got so lucky to get such a cute daughter.
"Dev... Your face has subtitles... Cover that jealousy", Rachna whispered to her husband.
"Why him? I want a daughter too", he whined slowly.
"No chance now...", Rachna whispered making him groan.
"But no worries, we have Siya", Rachna said caressing Siya's head and cheeks while Siya started playing with Rachna's necklace. She is fascinated by jewelry.
-------------------------------
After some time, a few fathers were picked up using the chits and made to play games. Siya was anxious about her and her father's name not getting picked up till now.
"Dadda... When will our name come? Dev uncle and Ishaan too played", Siya asked pouting making all the four chuckle at her cuteness.
"Ask your mumma, she is the one who wrote our names and dropped in the box", Shaurya said winking at his wife.
"Mumma... You dlopped(dropped) in the box only na? Not on the flool(floor) right?", Siya asked making Shaurya and Akansha chuckle at her impatience.
"Yes my baby... I have written your names and dropped them in the jar only, I didn't throw it on the floor, don't worry, your names will be announced soon", Akansha assured
"Siya - Shaury... Shaurya sir", The teacher announced. Akansha sighed at how she added that 'sir'.
"Yayyyy", Siya jumped... "Dadda come", she said and pulled her father with her. She is running towards the stage holding her father's palm, and Shaurya jogged to match her little legs. She is about to slip but Shaurya held her protectively and picked her in his arms, kissing her hair afraid she would fall making the crowd go in awe.
Akansha hid her smile at his love towards their daughter.
"Look at him and his over protectiveness, as if he is the only one who had a daughter", she sent in their group.
Rachna reacted with a laughing emoticon (ð) while Dev reacted with this (ð)
"Any man who has a daughter like Siya would be protective, any amount of protectiveness is less", Dev typed
"Dev... Your face is green with jealousy, please mask it ðð¤ª", Akansha teased him
"Yup... That's what I have been telling himð", Rachna sent
"Okay ladies, stop roasting me and concentrate on the game", Dev sent and all three turned their attention to the stage where picking up of the father-daughter pairs was done.
"Dadda... Thich(this) is Ammu... My best flend(best friend)", Siya got excited seeing her best friend and her picked up for the same game.
"Oh... Hi Ammu... Nice to meet you bacha...", Shaurya said forwarding his hand.
"Ammu... Give a hand shake to sir...", Amulya's dad said.
"Uncle is fine, sir... I'm just her best friend's dad...", Shaurya politely told Amulya's dad who is overwhelmed to interact with the state Chief Minister on this level and Shaurya's simplicity impressed him.
"Nice to me... Nice to meet you uncle... I am Amuyya(Amulya)", Ammu finished the sentence with her father's help.
The fathers that are on the stage started coming towards him to shake their hands with him, So Shaurya himself walked towards them and shook their hands...
"Wowee... Siyu... Your daddy is really famous...", some of her friends told her and Siya grinned happily.
Today Siya didn't feel bad looking at her best friend Ammu and her daddy, because she too has her daddy with her, her Dadda too loves her a lot like ammu's daddy loves her.
The fathers settled on the chairs kept for them and held their kids between their legs as the host started iterating the rules.
"You have the small white boards, markers and dusters in front of you... I will ask a few questions about your children like their favorite color, favorite vegetable etc... You have to write it and your kids will confirm if you are right or not. Bacchon(kids)... No cheating, you shouldn't help your daddys. Let's see how much they know you", the host said and the kids cheered...
"Come here, all the kids, and when I say, go and check your dad's board, okay?", the teacher said and all the kids nodded their heads and moved to a side.
"Dadda... Make me ploud(proud) ", Siya warned making Shaurya laugh, others beside him too laughed at her comand.
"Dadda... No laugh... Bad mannels(bad manners), write well", she said
"Yes bacha... I'll make you proud", Shaurya said, Siya grinned and ran to her friends...
"Slow down... Don't run", Shaurya told his daughter softly which she followed making him sigh in relief.
"So all dads... Ready?", the host asked and they all said 'yes' making the kids excited.
"What is your child's favorite cartoon", the host asked. And everyone started writing, the host continued the questions...
favorite color?
favorite online game?
Favorite offline game?
Favorite food?
Favorite gift of theirs?
Whom they love the most?
What's their favorite nickname?
Do they prefer cats or dogs?
How do they pronounce or say mispronounce their name?
"Okay... your dads have finished writing answers, now let's see how many marks they scored out of 10", the host said and started checking the answers with the kids.
"Okay... Amulya's dad got 8 out of 10, highest till now... Let's see how many marks will Siya's dad score, Siya... Come here", the host said and Siya went there, the host held Shaurya answer board in her hand.
"What's your favorite cartoon?", the host asked
"Unicon... What dadda wrote?(what did dadda write?)", Siya asked enthusiastically...
"Unicorn", the host replied with a smile making Siya clap her hands.
"Okay, favorite color?", host asked
"Bluu(blue) same like mumma and dadda", Siya said
"Correct, next question... Favorite online game?", the host asked
"No game...", Siya answered
"Right again... Your dadda wrote 'Siya doesn't like online games' wow... Your dadda knows you really well...", the teacher praised making Siya grin, making everyone adore her shy smile at the praises.
"Next question, favorite offline game?", the teacher asked
"Hide & Seek... Mumma dadda I mamu playyy", Siya said making everyone enjoy the little inputs into the chief minister's life.
"Looks like she will reveal everything about their father today only", Rachna typed and Akansha reacted with a laughing emoticon while Dev reacted with a jealousy emoticon making the two ladies sigh.
"Correct, your dadda got this right too, okay next question, what's your favorite food? Um... Looks like dadda got this wrong...", the teacher tried to tease Siya...
She also felt it might be wrong as every kid these days liked western food like French fries, pizza or burger the most but Shaurya wrote 'baingan ka bharta'
"Binjal... Bai... Baingan... Dadda... What is that cully(curry) that you make... I love it...", Siya asked struggling for the name...
As soon as the crowd heard Shaurya cooks, they all cheered making Akansha hide her face with her palm.
"Baingan ka bharta baby", Shaurya answered with a smile, hearing the hoots and cheers, he looked at his wife who shook her head with a smile at his embarrassment. Well, he wasn't embarrassed by the fact that he cooks, he was embarrassed by how the crowd reacted as if it's odd thing to do for him... According to him, it was a pretty normal thing, it's also very normal that he cooked better than his wife, cooking isn't a gender skill but a life skill.
"Yes... That... I love it...", Siya said
"Wow Siya...you are such a good girl, you don't eat junk much huh... Very good home food is the best and healthy option", the host said
"Yes... I love it, Dadda makes yummy food", Siya said and the crowd cheered again.
"Wow... So who cooks better? Dadda Or mumma?", the host asked but Shaurya cleared her throat and understanding his discomfort, she quickly skipped the question without letting Siya answer. But he wasn't uncomfortable for him but was afraid people would judge his wife. The problem is all these things sound good in social media Or to some extent in urban population, but in rural population, all these things are still a taboo, and he didn't want anyone to judge his wife or hurt her with their narrow minded judgments.
"Okay, next question, what's your favorite gift", The teacher asked
"Thich(this)", she said showing the unicorn necklace she is wearing... "Dadda got Thich(this)", Siya added proudly.
"Okay, your dad got this right as well... He wrote unicorn necklace", the teacher said observing Siya's necklace.
"Okay next question, whom do you love the most, mumma Or dadda?", the teacher asked
Siya kept thinking but answered at last...
"Mama bear", Siya said making Akansha and Shaurya smile widely.
"Oh! Don't you love your dadda?", the host asked
"I love dadda, this much, but mama bear mole(more)", she said spreading her arms...
"Awe... Won't your dadda feel bad?", the host asked, not looking at Shaurya afraid he is offended but she wanted to know.
"No... Dadda says he loves mumma most, So I too (Dadda says Dadda loves mumma the most, so should I...) Because mumma is the stlongest(strongest), blavest(bravest) and the best", Siya said, the crowd cheered while Akansha hid her face with her palm getting so embarrassed.
Shaurya's ears turned red at the embarrassment, he didn't imagine his own blood would open his secrets like this and embarrass him. He was scared to even look at his wife's direction. He knew he is dead for sure.
"Woah... That's so nice... Okay next question... What's your favorite nickname?", The host asked
"Siyabear... My mama bear calls me Siya bear", Siya said
"Your dad got this right as well, okay next question...", the host said
"Shh... How many ale thele mole(are there more)", Siya asked holding her head getting tired, Shaurya laughed at his daughter's impatience. She would be patient like him most of the times, but at rare times like this, she gets impatient like her mumma.
"Just two little girl, sorry for the delay", the host told pinching Siya's cheek.
"What do you like, cats or dogs?", the host asked
"Puppies... I love them...", Siya answered
"Yup... Your dad got this right as well... Woah looks like he is gonna get 10/10, last question, tell us your name", the host asked to check how she pronounces.
"Siyakliti Dikchit Sholya Shekawt", Siya said shocking Shaurya, he quickly looked at his wife but she turned her head to a side.
"Oww, dad got this wrong... He wrote Siyakliti Dikchit", the host said but Shaurya is so glad to get it wrong.
The name Siya just told was dreamt by him and Akansha together years ago... He didn't know Akansha taught their daughter the change in her name now.
"Hm... Siya's dad didn't score 10/10 but yes, he definitely won the competition with 9/10. Here is the trophy, Siya, give it your dad", The host said handing the small trophy to Siya, who handed it to her father with a proud grin, and then clapped for herself and her father, when the host asked the crowd to applaud.
"Second prize goes to Amulya's dad, amulya, present this to your dad", the host said handing the trophy.
After that, the game is concluded and they all got down the stage and walked to their respective seats, Shaurya shook his hands with Amulya's dad again. He is his daughter's best friend's dad, of course he would want to make friends with him... He would make every attempt to become the best dad to his daughter, he failed his wife but he can't fail the trust she placed on him despite his betrayal.

As soon as he sat in his seat and Siya in his lap, Akansha glared at him.
"RIP", Dev whispered in his ears making him bit back a brutal comment.
"I'm the next Chief Minister", he added
"Aren't you enjoying my condition too much?", Shaurya whispered back.
"I wish I could go back to your place and enjoy it live", Dev whispered.
Shaurya so wanted to bang his head but the crowd stopped him.
"Siya bear... Did dadda make you proud?", Akansha asked her daughter with a smile
"Yes mumma... A lot", Siya answered not understanding her mother's sarcastic question.
"Of course, he made me proud too", she said looking at Shaurya, who gulped not knowing his future.

After the father's Day in the first half, the family day started and a few games followed. Shaurya got something important to deal with but he didn't want tto go leaving the function in the middle but Akansha assured him he could leave as the major part is done and from here Akash and Siya will play for the most. She said that the games test kids and their bonding with the family, so he decided to leave of course after getting permission from his daughter.
"Siya... Baby, dadda has to go... He has got something urgent...", Shaurya started
"No... No... Dadda... Pwease(Please) don't go", Siya started throwing tantrums...
"Go... I'll handle her", Akansha assured but Shaurya was reluctant.
"If you stay for some more time, people would think you don't do work, just sit idle the whole day", Akansha said and he chuckled... "I'm serious, Shaurya, I'll tell everyone that you sit at home the whole day and play with Siya, that's how you know so much about her", Akansha threatened and looking at the serious look on her face, he quickly convinced his daughter and left as he knew his wife would actually do what she said.
