Author's POVBefore Aadhi went inside, Ragavi hold his hand firmly to kiss and said, " Our baby and I am waiting for you, Come Soon....."Neha grabbed Ragavi's hand to solace her sister. Red light indicated the begining of surgery. Everyone heart beats raised like it participate in Marathon.Ragavi eyes were sheding tears without exhausting. Neha enclosed her sister's hand by her hand tightly.  Neha's eyes were glimpsed the clock which was hanging in the wall of operation theatre. She wider her eyes to perceive the clock went slowly but it done it's job perfectly. Akhilesh prayed for every second, Eventhough he had not faith in God. Minutes became hours, four hours went away like  four years , crimson light stopped it's shining. Everyone eyes were eagerly awaiting for doctors came out from the theatre. Dr. Sabari  and Akhilesh family doctor were went outside with worrying face. Everyone stood up and marched towards the Drs, " We removes the clot , surgery is successful but he - has - pulse - oscillation After 24 hours only we can say anything about Aadhi before that he must be in ICU for abservation...." Dr. Sabari explained with hesitation. Ragavi screamed and fainted slowly, Neha encircled her arms to hold Ragavi's and thud her cheeks to get her conscious but it's useless. Akhilesh grapped Ragavi in his arm and placed her on the bed besides the operation theatre, then he enclosed Neha's hand tight which was shivering on fear. Dr .Sabari checked Ragavi and announced that it's just occurred by shock, nothing to worry and instructed Nurse to put IV to Ragavi." Stay strong Neha,it's not time to get emotional. Now we are becoming our brother and sister's back bone  and we have to motive  them to come up from this. Be optimistic, you stay nearby Ragavi and I will go to frontier of ICU to govern Aadhi's position...." Akhilesh wiped tears of Neha by his hands, it her felt safe and security.Neha  slumped besides Ragavi and held the another hand which was not had IV. Shining sun, chrisping  bird's and buzzing bee's were shown it's early morning ,Neha glimpsed the clock it's morning 7 'o'clock. Ragavi muttered Aadhi's name frequently. Perhaps if anything  happened evil to Aadhi what about Ragavi,that thought wounded Neha so much. Neha rewinded Akhilesh words to solace and strengthen herself.Neha scampered  here and there inside the room and prayed for her sister's Life  and Aadhi's health, at that moment Neha's phone buzzed, she glanced over the screen it's was her Father, she answered the Call,"  Hello Appa sorry for not making any calls to you, on the other side "why you are in worry  da you messaged me after you reached there,Have you seen Ragavi and her husband, How is she.......", Neha  controlled her tears and caressed her sister's hair then replied her Father, " Nope  Appa we aren't seeing her, we searched her place, soon we will reach her, l will catch you later appa because here signal fluctuations in my Phone...." Neha lied and hanged up the Call. Time went fast without concerned anyone and there's no glad news about Aadhi's health. Neha was sleeping, some noise wake up her it's Nurse who changed the saline for Ragavi, " Mam it gets night take some food, Your Sister is in deep sleep,Dr adviced me to slowly replace oral intake insist of  IV because she is pregnant and too weak and give some sleeping pills so, you don't worry about her she will sleep still tomorrow morning. your cousin Akhilesh many time come here to see you and your Sister....."  after heard Nurse word's Neha felt guilty, 'how I slept without any remorse'. Neha glared Ragavi was in deep sleep,Eventhough in deep sleep Ragavi muttered Aadhi's name.Neha insisted Nurse to take care Ragavi  then she was scurried to Akhilesh. He was glanced his brother through ICU door. His eyes shed tears silently. Neha held on Akhilesh shoulder by her hand, he slowly turned towards Neha with miserable face . Suddenly Akhilesh bragged her to sit on the chair which was front of the ICU then he knelt down to place his head on her lap, Neha was messed up by his action. Stephen and Sundeep were went away silently along with Karthick who was widely open mouth to see the event. Neha's dilated pupils like saucers were glared Akhilesh with astonishment " I couldn't tolerate this much pressure ma, I told you to stay strong but   Aadhi's health , makes me  scary.  you know one thing I don't know about father's Love? In my childhood day I am really wistful for my father's love but it's could be miraged. After Aadhi's birth I took a resolution to give Aadhi enormous love and he never yearning for  father's love. I don't know what Aadhi thought about me but I thought he is my son if any thing happened ,Nope not be anything he will get well soon...... "Akhilesh insanely uttered those words with teary eyes, Neha caressed his hair reluctantly and he slowly closed his eyelids. Akhilesh  sleepy in Neha's lapDr. Sabari  came for nightshift rounds to each Ward while he was marching towards to ICU, Neha tried to wake up Akhilesh . Akhilesh awaken then he realised his position so, he stood up at that time, Dr. Sabari went inside the ICU to check Aadhi. Neha and Akhilesh were eagerly awaiting for doctor." Aadhi's pulse is steady now, so he is out of danger but he went to deep comma. Here Our treatment is over, hereafter your duties will start, you have to wake up his brain by your words ,love and affection. Everyone in your family have to go and speak to him and  try to awake up his memories to activate his brain....."Dr. Sabari perceived Aadhi's current status and elaborated what to do  next. After hearing that Aadhi was in out of danger Akhilesh and Neha ate half a food and some water to alive and persuaded Ragavi everytime to eat for her baby.Thereafter Akhilesh, Aadhi's friend Karthick and Ragavi were went inside one by one in ICU by wearing apron to activate Aadhi's brain nevertheless no positive response from Aadhi. Next day passed away without any improvement in Aadhi's health but one positive vibes occurred that when Ragavi entered into the ICU his cardiac monitor indicated it's rise yet Ragavi couldn't utilised to active Aadhi's brain because she bursted  out emotionally and cried out without word's.Dr.Sabari strictly advised that Ragavi was our only hope to relive Aadhi from Comma but she went inside to ICU within few second she came back like as a ball hiting to wall. Ragavi was plopped down on the seat in front of ICU by teary eyes, " what happens to you ? Where is your bold attitude?....." Neha questioned her sister, instantly ragavi replied that "Akka, after glance my aadhi in this state how could I bold......" Ragavi asked furiously to Neha, "Nope Ragavi your optimistic thoughts will change Aadhi's current status..""Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement.
