" Maa I'm sorry but I can't change my decision" he said in one go

" Okay then don't! She has signed the paper and you too right? So go! Go and submit that papers and see what's upcoming next" saying his mother went out leaving akaay there lost in his thoughts....

Akaay was feeling pain very pain..that he isn't able to breath too

" What's happening to me? Why I'm feeling too heart?" Akaay said rubbing his chest ...

Here ....

His mother went at dining table and everyone saw her burning in anger ..

Everyone was waiting for Akaay, Meera and their mom to start the dinner..but when they saw Akaay's mom coming there burning in anger ,they thought there's something very bad happened....

" Kya hua hai itne gusse m kyu lag rhi aap?" Akaay's father asked his wife ...

" Aapke nalayak bete se puchiye na! Kitna mana Kiya hai usse hamne nhi Dena divorce pr wo mana?? Tod dia na meri Meera ka Dil" Akaay's mom said making everyone shocked .

" Kya?" Akaay's dadu sarthak Singh raghuwanshi asked

" Aap logo ne Meera ki halat nhi dekhi abhi! Ro ro kr bura haal kr liya hai Meera ne apna!" His mom said making everyone shocked again

Srishti and aashi stood up to go to their bhabhi's room but got stopped by their mother's voice

" Ruko meera so gyi hai abhi" his mom said and everyone took a seat..

Their appetite was long ago gone..none of them were saying anything

After 1 hour! When no one said a single word his mother said

" Bhot hua... Ab nahi sahegi Meera aur akaay... Regret krega ab" and stood up when everyone asked what she was going to do she ignored everyone and announced she will be telling tomorrow abd went to meera's room...

She entered and saw meera sleeping tears stricken on her face.. she caressed Meera's hairs and took a seat on bed beside her ,she kept caressing her hairs whole night... Thinking about what she is going to do next...was right or wrong...

Here in Akaay's study he was continuously staring at the moon from his window .....

Only one line was roaming around his mind

' m sahi kr rha hu na?'

He sighed and took a seat on sofa nearby..

He thought to work on his current project.... But he was unable to... He closed the laptop and thought to go back and check on Meera

He saw the door already opened and entered inside to see Meera sleeping and his mother carressing her hairs... He saw her face red due to crying the shine her face always has was gone ,her face was looking all pale...he went from there...

After his mother also fall asleep in same sitting position she opened her eyes... She was wide awake and also noticed him entering the room and again going back but she doesn't say anything no energy were left in her...

Meera's pov...

I can't.. I can't control it...and I told maa everything... It hurts... Knowing that finally when I started falling for him he asked for divorce it hurts.. he don't like me? Am I not enough good? Maybe.. maybe I'm not beautiful also I don't have any figure that's why he hates me....

A thought clicked in my mind 'he hates me .'

He really hates me? Then what was that? That care ,that love in his eyes ,those moments we share in these days what was that? A drama ,a timepass??

Am I thing? That when you get bored with me throw away...

Am I that useless? Am I a timepass for him? Why? Why everything happens to me only?

' mene kisika kya bigada hai Jo har dard.. meri hi lyf me Dena hota hai aapko?' I said looking at the sky from my window...

Remembering my past... My dark past...which is the last thing I want to remember  I closed my eyes... And all those incidents came infront of my eyes ....

"You are useless"

" Baby just one time and you will ask for it daily"

" Look at you, no one will marry you"

*Slaps*

Author's pov

"Sttoopp!!!stopp stoopp stopp it!!!"Meera shouted putting her hands on her ears....

Those voices that night again and again played in her mind... Infront of her eyes...

She started getting panick attack...she wasn't able to take breath tears gathered in her eyes...

Akaay's mom heard the scream and immediately stood up to see Meera shivering sitting on the corner of window

" Meera! " She approached her and hugged her

" Kya hua bache" she asked softly

Meera cried ,just cried and cried

"M-maa" she said and hugged her mother in law

" Meera.. Meera beta utho idhar aao" she took Meera and made her sit on the bed pouring some water in the glass her mother in law made Meera drink some water...

She was still shivering badly,tears were continuously falling from her eyes... Suddenly darkness went through her eyes and she went unconscious...

" M-meera! Meera bache kya hua utho.. Meera " her mother in law tapped on her cheeks and sprinkled some water on her face but nothing worked she immediately went outside and called everyone akaay who listen his mother shouting went there...

Everyone came there

" Kya hua badi maa" dhruv asked

" W-woh Meera"his mother tried to say but akaay interrupted her and asked

" Meera? Kya hua Meera ko?? Bolo maa kya hua??"

" Tujhe kyu farak pad rha hai ab hn? Jo bhi haalat h Meera ki woh Teri wajah se hi hai " his mom said with anger

" Abhi ladne ka waqt nhi kya hua hai Meera ko?" They an voice which was of his father...

" Woh behosh hogyii hai!" His mom said and they rushed into room while akaay instructed dhruv to call the doctor..

They reached inside akaay was about to step in when he heard his father's voice

" Akaay andar mat anaa"

" Pr pa-" he tried to say but he cutted him off saying " kaha na mat anna jao yha se neend Puri kro na apni kyu pareshan ho rhe ho"

Listening to these words from his father's mouth he felt hurt not because his father said this because this condition of Meera is because of him

And he felt too bad for that...

( Patanhi konsa bhoot sawar hai iske dimag pr isko samaj nhi atta hai kya?? Arre meeru ki padhai yha bhi ho skti hai budhhu! Isko kon samjhaye..*hush* chordo guyss agge padho)

Despite his father's denail he entered the room and took a seat on bed near Meera

Everyone looked at him but didn't say any word as they saw the doctor coming inside...

Doctor checked her.. and gave her an injection

" Doc s-she is fine na?" Akaay asked with a trembling voice.. he was scared.. yes scared for her he also didn't knew why but yes he was

.

" She is fine now.." the doctor said

And took a pause...

" Mr akaay you know if anything happened with in her in the past? Which is bothering her and giving her mental pressure?" The doctor asked as akaay and everyone became confuse..

" Past?" He asked

" Yes something is bothering her.. and I guess she got a panick attack after few months that's why she wasn't able to come out of this and get unconscious" the doc said and again asked " inko kabhi panick attacks aaye hai pehle?"

" Nhi doc yha to Aisa kuch nhi hua" dhruv said before anyone can...

" Hm pls take care of her and make sure she doesn't take any stress it can affect her health more... And these are the medicines pls give it on time" the doctor said passing a prescription on which some medicines were written dhruv went to buy the medicines....

After that akaay and his mother had an argument... His mother asked him to go from the room but he denied it and stayed there.... After a lot of time.. they all went towards there room leaving akaay and Meera in the room...

Akaay caressed her hairs and said " I'm sorry... I'm sorry for what you are going through,but.. but it's necessary...I know you will hate me for this everyone will hate me.. but..but i-i don't want you to distracted I'm not sure what I'm doing is right or wrong i-i.. I'm sorry Meera" he completed and placed a kiss on her forehead....

And then realised what he just did? Why he is being attracted to her ? Why he is feeling hurt? Why? Why it's getting hard for him to get seperated from her?? Why why why!?

Thinking Everything he also fall asleep ...

Next day....

Meera woke up around 7:57 she was unable to open her eyes because of the medicine which made her sleep more and more.. after some time she finally opened her eyes struggling and saw ... Akaay sitting beside her leaning to the bed..

She saw him with an emotionless face for almost 10 minutes,then stood up to do what she was ready for....

She stood up and went to freshen up no tears were there in her eyes now there was only pain..feeling of being betrayed in her eyes

She wore a plain but beautiful red suit

After getting freshen up she went to her dressing table and applied some mostorizer when her eyes fell on the vermillion and she saw her reflection in the mirror ... The mangalsutra tied on her neck made her remember their wedding... When he tied it in her neck.. tears came in her eyes but she controled it...

She doesn't applied vermillion because she don't want too but she wasn't able to took out that mangalsutra...

She tried but... Her heart says don't.. fighting with her mind and heart she thought to wear it until the divorce papers are submitted....

" Shayad.. shayad akhiri baar pehn rhi hu" she said touching her Mangal sutra and then went to garden... In their house... To get some peace...

Akaay woke up around 15 minutes later when Meera left.. he saw meera wasn't there... He got worried and scared what if she had done something with her? What will he do then?

He immediately stood up and called meera's name not finding her in the room he went outside from his room and shouted meera's name

" Meera! Meera kaha ho Meera!"

The garden was at the backside so Meera was able to listen him that's why she didn't replied...

" Kya hua" his mom asked

" Maa wo Meera room m nhi--" akaay said

" Tujhe kyu fikr hori hai uski hn?" His mom asked knowing where Meera is she saw her going towards garden and sitting there looking at flowers....

" Maa aap ye kya kehrhi? Agar usne kuch krlia- nhi nhi! Meera!" Akaay said and at last shouted Meera's name

This time it was loud and Meera head it she stood up and went there..

Seeing Meera akaay went there holding her hands he asked " Meera kaha chali gyi thi tum hn?"

Meera saw him holding her hands and jerked it

Without answering him she started going...

He felt hurt... With her behaviour but he knew he deserves this after what he did he knew this will come..he knew it...

Meera was going when she remembered something and moved back to say" court Jane ka waqt hora hai" she said and went in the kitchen....

He realised.. he was the one asking her for divorce then why he is being hurt? Why he want this to stop here? Why? Why it hurts when he see tears in her eyes? What's happening with him?

He sighed and went towards his room to freshen up while his mother saw everything... That happened she saw how his face fell she saw pain in Meera's eyes she saw regret in Akaay's eyes... She decided now what to do...

After a while everyone was gathered at dining table Meera was also there sitting  between aashi and srishti...

Her appetite was no longer.. she was just playing with food  his mother who saw this all .

Sighed and said

" I want to say something"

" Kya baat hai badi Bahu?" His dadu asked

" Agar akaay ko divorce chahiye to m Meera ki life barbbad nhi hone dungi

Meera ki dusri shadi hogi Aniket ke sath"his mother announced as everyone's eyes went wide

Akaay who realised aniket is.. the cousin he hate the most!!

Meera whose face had no emotions just kept playing with her food ....

" Maa ye aap kya keh rhi ho Meera ki shadi us aniket se!" Akaay asked after coming back from the shock

Meera heard everyone asking his mom that what is this and all what she is saying but when she heard Akaay without wasting a second she said

" I want to marry aniket" Meera said loudly which shocked everyone...

" Meera ye tum kya bol rhi?" Akaay asked in shock

" Kyu aapko kyu farak pad rha hai hn? M jisse shadi kru aapko kya?" Meera said loudly...

Flashback

In the morning

When his mother saw everything she decided to asked aniket for this plan she knew how much akaay hate aniket... But he doesn't know aniket is very good..

" Bua sach m? Apka nalayak beta yeh krne ja rha hai?" Aniket said laughing

" Hn beta ab tum hi ho Jo meri madat kr skte ho" his mother said on the call while aniket said okay I will help you ...

Flashback ends..

Akaay stood up and went to his room..

While Meera also stood up and went behind him...

" Yeh sab kya hai badi Bahu?" His dadu asked her..

His mother told everything that happened in morning and also told them the plan

" Wow badi maa!! Abh to bhai jal bhun kr rakh ho jayenge" dhruv said and laughed

" Wo to uska chehra dekhkr hi lag rha tha ki kitna jagya wo" his father said ...

As they started working on their plan

Here.. in the room akaay reached there

" How can maa do this!!?? Wo literally wo aniket? Aniket!?" Akaay Said to himself when Meera entered

They stared each other for  good time  and then Meera said " ghurte rahenge ya chalenge?"

" Hn?" Akaay asked

" Court" Meera said with emitionless face and went from there.. though from inside she was too much hurt...
