“I’m sorry cherry. But I can’t pick you up. I have send jasmine and Ryan. I’m with the supernatural council” Jaxon said over the phone and I nodded

“It’s okay Jaxon. I’ll be there in a 1 hour. I’m just in the airport. Bye” I replied and hung up.

I grabbed my 5 suitcases, and put them on the trolley, and Eric took the trolley off me.

“Does Ryan really have to come?” He mumbled

“Yes Eric. Try to touch him. By mistake and then tell me like in a code” I said excitedly

“Why a code? I can tell you afterwards” he said

“Because it’s cool. Have you seen those movies where people shout out a random word. And the other guy understands. Our random word will be donuts. Shush they’re coming” I said as Ryan and jasmine walked towards us

“Hey beth. Shall we go?” Ryan asked quietly and I nodded

“Yep.” I sighed

We all walked out of the airport, and towards their car. Eric put the suitcases in the car and sat at the back with me. Ryan was driving and jasmine was sat next to him.

“Eric? Can you put some music on please?” I asked him and he nodded

He leaned over and touched the volume button just as Ryan did.

“Donuts” Eric shouted and sat back.

“Donuts?” Jasmine and Ryan asked

“Yep. I like donuts” I said and they nodded.

After about 20 minutes we parked outside the pack house and I got out the car and ran inside.

“Jaxon!” I shouted

“Alpha isn’t here luna. He is upstairs. In his room” a woman said walking out the kitchen and I nodded

“Thank you” I said and ran upstairs to the 5th floor

I opened Jaxon’s room door to see rose petals on the bed and candles lit all around on the room.

“Jaxon?” I mumbled walking into the room, just as the bathroom door opened and he walked out with a water bottle.

“Jaxon. What’s going on here?” I asked closing the door behind me.

“I missed you. So I thought I would do something special for you. Do you like it?” He asked walking closer to me.

“Yeah” I replied as he grabbed me by the waist and pulled me closer to him.

“good” he muttered crashing his lips on mine.

I kissed him back, and he turned us around and walked to the bed, laying me down on the bed, without breaking the kiss.

He started trailing kisses down my neck until he reached my mark. He kissed it softly and I moaned.

“J...Jaxon” I moaned and he groaned

“I have to stop.” He said looking at me

“Why?” I asked desperately

“Because I won’t be able to stop myself if we carry on” he muttered and I smiled

“What if I don’t want you to stop?” I replied and he groaned

“Cherry...I’m being honest” he mumbled

“And me too Jaxon. I don’t want you to stop. I want this” I said and he crashed his lips on mine.

“I love you” he muttered pulling the covers over us

“I love you too” I mumbled tired

“Go to sleep cherry. I’m sorry for hurting you” he replied kissing my neck and pulled me closer to him.

“I wanted it myself.” I said closing my eyes.

I opened my eyes to see Jaxon asleep on my chest.

“Jaxon” I mumbled running a hand threw his hair.

“Hmm” he replied opening his eyes and looking at me.

“Morning cherry” he mumbled in a husky voice

“Morning Jaxon” I replied as he sat up in bed.

“What do you want to do today cherry?” He asked and I sat up pulling the covers with me

“I need to train. The warlock could come any time. And I need to learn my new powers. I was think I could try them on about ten people?” I asked and he nodded

“yeah. But first!” He mumbled leaning down and crashed his lips on mine.

“Jaxon” I mumbled against his lips and he groaned.

“Yeah” he replied kissing down my neck.

“Stop. I need to go have a shower” I said trying to push him off me.

“But...fine. Let’s go have a shower” he said and stood up. Naked.

“No need to get shy, cherry. You seen it all last night. Now come on” he said smirking and walked to the bathroom. I heard the shower being turned on. And I rolled my eyes.

“I want to have a shower Jaxon. Not with you!” I shouted standing up

“Well I’m not leaving. So you can join if you want” he yelled back and I shook my head.

“Fine”I muttered and walked to the bathroom.

“No funny business okay. I need to train today” I said as he stared at me.

“No promises” he replied smirking

“Hurry up” I yelled at Jaxon and he nodded

“I’m coming cherry.” He yelled back with a few people behind him.

We were at a small clearing in the forest and I was waiting for Jaxon. After having a ‘long’ shower Jaxon had gone to go get someone I can try my powers on.

“Cherry. This is Adam, lucas, logan, noah, jorden, lucca, Lucy, Amanda, molly and Carrie” Jaxon said pointing to everyone and I nodded

“Hi. I’m bethany but you can call me beth” I said waving at them slightly

“Are you sure you guys want to do this. I mean Jaxon didn’t force you right?” I asked and they shook their heads.

“No” they all said together and I nodded

“Okay. Well I’ll start. It won’t hurt you guys. Shall we start with Adam first?” I asked and he nodded and walked closer to me.

“That’s enough” Jaxon said putting some space between us and I rolled my eyes.

“Yes alpha” Adam nodded

“H-wait! Your the one who showed me to the library. Oh my god. Hi!” I said excitedly and he smiled

“yeah” he replied and I nodded ignoring Jaxon’s glares at him.

“Well let’s start. I’m just going to touch your shoulder. Or you face. Anywhere okay?” I explained and he nodded

I put my hand on his arm and closed my eyes.

Flashes of him losing his mate, who is a human, in a accident. Flashes of us standing here. Flashes of him marrying Amanda?

“Do you like Amanda?” I asked removing my hand and he blushed

“No..” he replied as I looked behind him at Amanda who was also blushing.

“Well..” I said leaning closer to his ear.

“I see wedding bells” I whispered and Jaxon pulled me back.

“Cherry. Do you want me to kill him?” He shouted holding me tightly.

“Jaxon! Calm down. I was just telling him what I saw. Nothing else” I replied touching his cheek and he closed his eyes

“You test me to much cherry. Too much” he mumbled and I smirked

“I have too right?” I said and he rolled his eyes and held my hand.

“Finish” he mumbled and I nodded and turned back around.

“Thanks Adam. You can go. And so can Amanda? I think I can guess her future” I said smirking and he nodded

They both walked off.

“Lucas and logan please. I want to see if I can try two different powers at the same time” I said and they walked forward but Jaxon stopped me

“Cherry! You haven’t learnt that yet” he said and I nodded

“I know. That’s why I should try.” I replied turning back to the boys

“Okay I want to try something different. I want you to try and

attac-Jaxon” I rolled my eyes as he growled lowly

“Jaxon leave! Now” I said and he rolled his eyes and kissed my cheek.

“I will see you later baby.” He whispered in my ear

“I said no baby business!” I groaned and everyone laughed

“No. I meant-ugh” I screamed as he walked away

“Ignore him. Now I want you to try and attack me, but I’m going to freeze you, so I can see if I can try to use my power like that. Do you understand?” I asked and logan shook his head and lucas nodded

“Okay! Try to attack me? And I’ll freeze you. Then I will use my powers to read your mind and know a little about you. How does that sound?” I asked

“Good luna” they both replied and I rolled my eyes

“Beth. Call me beth. Now attack me” I said and they stood still

“Well- what are you waiting for?” I said remembering the song, Love Me Like You Do.

“Erm your our luna. We can’t attack you” logan said and I rolled my eyes

“Just pretend that I’m a enemy or something. Come on” I said and they nodded

They both walked forward slowly and I rolled my eyes and froze them.

“When I tell you to do something. Then please do it” I said looking at all the others behind them and they nodded.

I walked closer to the boys and touched their shoulder.

Flashes of them finding out they are mates, flashes of them frozen and flashes of logan dying were going threw my mind.

It’s cold. Lucas? I tried reading logan’s mind.

I tried to go Deeper. His mind had small doors to them with each label on them. Lucas, parents, Alpha, luna, pack, fighting all these were going threw my brain mixed. I couldn’t grab one and think about it. They were all flying around in my head.

“Luna” I heard someone shout and I opened my eyes, the sun shining in my eyes and I closed them quickly

“I’m okay” I mumbled and opened them again.

I unfroze logan and lucas and they sighed in relief.

“That was cold” logan mumbled and lucas smiled at him.

“I didn’t know you guys were mates?” I asked and they nodded

“Yeah. We are” logan said and I nodded

“I-I didn’t see your future” I mumbled and they nodded

“It’s okay. Can we go?” Logan asked and I nodded as they left.

“I think we should do the rest later on the day” I said and everyone nodded then walked away.

“I can’t let logan die.” I mumbled.
