[ Aru's p.o.v ]      " I gave you a better offer. Be my girlfriend and you won't have to keep sneaking like this . I will be all yours." " Are you for real ?" " Yes!" I stared at her but not once did she look away or smirk . This time, her eyes they stayed focused on mine. As if proving the sincerity in the words. I don't know what to say.  " This is not funny anymore you know?" , I roll my eyes at her and move away as much as her hand around my waist allows me to. " I was never joking in the first place. ", she says and I turn to look at her still focused on me.    " Hey." , lucky for the shy voice from behind I immediately turn to attend the girl whose name I had learnt was Sneha. " I guess I will be going home. Can you send me notes from the lecture?" , she asked holding her phone out. " Sure." " Your number?" . I inserted my number for her and she left with a smile waving me bye. I returned the gesture. " She's cute , don't you-" I turned only to find Vibha digging daggers at me." What are you glaring for?" " You never talked this sweetly to me , nor did you smile never have you waved me bye with those set of teeths on full display."      What the hell ? Is she jealous now? What for? " Quit the drama." " So now I am doing drama? Cool. That's how biased you are !  Meanie!" , she sulked again moving away from me. What even gets into this girl? She went back to taking nap. " Exactly how long are you going to sleep?" " Till you become mine in reality and I no longer have to dream." , her sleepy voice, I just wanted to aww at her if she wasn't being a flirt right now. She's a flirt he's a creep. They sure made a great pair .  I wanted to laugh but it's not something I should be poking my nose in.     She woke up for cs lecture and scribbled throughout it. I ain't asking her what she did , I don't want another decorated ' Meanie '. Once the lecture was over and the proffesor left the class I pulled out my phone and snapped the pictures of the notes forwarding it to Sneha's number. She was quick to respond with a ' thank you so much ' and a heart emoji. So I replied with ' my pleasure ' inserting the heart as well. " What now!?", I literally screamed at Vibha who was glaring at me. " Meanie!" ,she mouthed at me and got up. " Hey wait! Wait for me!" , I called after her but she had already stormed off.      I sighed and hurried with my things rushing after her only to find her standing outside the class. There was still one guy inside busy on his phone so we didn't bother switching off the lights. " I knew you won't leave me. "  , I teased her clinging to her arm. I love watching her lips curl into smile but she has the audacity to immediately pull up her poker face. Keep sulking. I know you care. I clung to her arm and she raised and eyebrow. " What are you ? My girlfriend?" . I can't exactly decipher what I felt, offended or butterflies but my grip loosened still I ain't backing off. " Why? Am I not allowed to if I am not?" She was taken by surprise, I can tell. Girl didn't bother arguing.      We walked the entire way back with me clinging to her arm, rambling on about random things, her not bothering to even listen . Her house came and she just walked back in. " You could have atleast said bye! Rude!" , I didn't know I said that aloud, for I felt a hand grab mine and pull me suddenly out of nowhere and a quick peck was placed on my cheek. " Be my girlfriend and I promise you I can do more than just say ' bye '. ", she whispered near my ear , making my entire face flush and then chuckled looking at me. " What on the earth?" , I backed off while she still held her victorious smile. " Get back safe love. "  " You have lost it for sure!" , I mumbled and hurried away. I can tell she was still laughing. She's gone mad for real this time. [ Vibha's p.o.v ]   This girl just keeps finding ways to get on my nerves and never leave my mind . First she dared smile and be all sweet to some stranger girl , I never saw before and then not just she exchanges greetings but also numbers. I swear I wanted to throw hands but can't help. The way she sneaks on me when I ain't looking or asleep. I am sure she has fallen for me but won't accept. Stubborn girl. But I will make you give in! No matter what it takes me to.      I watched her as she left in hurry all flushed. I am sure she's going to stay awake thinking of it, or perhaps fall asleep dreaming of me. She's cute though, can't help teasing her but I am serious, why does she keep thinking I am pranking her.     I walked in to my dad still working even at home. " My princess is back? So how was your day? " , he asked eyes still on laptop. I ain't answering until I have his full attention. I refuse to share my time and people and ofcourse attention. He realised so and closed the device placing it aside and removing his specs.      " Pretty good." " Your face shows so. "  My fingers involuntarily touched my cheeks. What does he mean by that? " I meant you are glowing different." " Must be new face wash." I retorted and he shook his head. " So what happened?" " I got to sleep for three lectures straight." , I answered and he laughed. " That's something to lift mood up but not surely the only thing. " I slept throughout the break as well?" , I added . " What was I even expecting now?" , he sighed and got up. " Freshen up. I will go make us coffee."     I nodded and went ahead but stopped midway. " Dad." " Yes?"    " How do you tell if someone's in love?"
