Adam POV'
"Adam, do you want to hear something about your mate" my beta asked me out of the blue.
"And why is that? Its like you've got interested in him in a sudden huh" I told him.
It is just really confusing. He didn't even greet me and as what I can see he is really serious and pissed. I don't know why. Did I did something wrong to him to make him act like that?
"I just want to hear your answer to my question, you want it or not?" He asked again. It is really pissing me off to start my day.
"Okay spit it out your ruining my day Jas"
"Okay here and listen carefully. Your mate think that you are going to reject him. And I know your not going to do that. He's being consumed by depression right now. He may act like cool and it didn't affect him that you didn't approach him since the day you found out that he is your mate, its killing him slowly. And look Adam it is really different from the other that once they found their mate they will be there in their mate side and that's for eternity. But in your case its really different. And sometimes I just think the same as him that you are going to reject him." Now he state his speech and sit like he is really affected by this thing. I was shocked and speechless for what I've heard for him.
And it so confusing where did he get that information about my mate well being.
"Ahh..hmmm. Look Jasper I know you know that I'm not going to do that, right?" He look at me and nod "and you know that I still need more time for it and I'm busy with some works and issues about the pack." I told him firmly.
"I know that Adam but look its been almost two weeks and you didn't even approach him or talk to him. Do you think its really stupid? The way your making your mate confused, frustrated and depressed.
And he said too that maybe its because he is an omega and I know he is not truly an omega and it just a name given to him." Jasper spat at me.
Its really making confuse at the same time annoyed. Why he is acting like this. And he's making my head hurt.
"Okay Jasper! Okay! I will do something about it. But can you tell me where did you get that information about him and why its affecting you this way?" I asked him the question that keeps bothering me.
"Okay I understand and sorry for acting like this. I just can't stand to look at my mate crying for him. And yeah I got that info from my mate. My mate is your mate's best friend." I was stunned of what he told me. Really? He is my best friend and my mate and his mate are best friends how great it is right?
"Okay I understand and it looks like we will be having a double date when time comes." And with that we burst into laughter.
we stop when the alarm of the pack echo through out the whole pack. Shit! Its them again.
"Alpha there are rouges who dared trespass to our land"Â One of my pack warriors that guarding the boarder line of the pack informed me.
"I will be there immediately!" I said through mind link to him.
"Jasper be quick there are rouges at the boarder line" I told Jasper with my Alpha tone.
"I guess they are already crossed it and they are here." Jasper said looking out side. I follow his gaze and I meet those red eyes. Rouges.
"Put all the pups and the one who can't fight into safety rooms. Now!!!" I mink link through out the pack. I don't want my people to get killed by these shit mutts.
After that me and Jasper went out to the battle field. I search for the leader to show up or even he didn't I will just look for him and kill him. His making me a blood thirsty monster right now. As soon as I spotted him I went for him. But was stopped by the three rouges guarding him.
'What do you want ? Why are you here in my land?' I ask the leader through mind like since I'm in my wolf form.
'I or I say we want power and by conquering this pack is one way of gaining the power that we were seeking for.' And hearing his answer, its making me see red I want blood. Blood of this shitty mutt in front of me.
With out any farther a do I went for him but once again I was stopped and tackled by the rouges guarding him but its not going to stopped me and I killed the three rouges one by one. I will not deny it they are really strong and I got wounded by them big time.
"Omega! Get out of here and go to the basement and protect the pups!!" I heard Jasper shout at someone and I was surprised when I saw the person, James!
I turn around to face the Rouge's leader but he was not here I didn't even notice it and I just saw him running towards James but fortunately he was stopped by some pack warriors.
I try to look back to where James standing I was surprised when he shift. Shit! Is that his wolf? How come he is bigger than me?
I know that he is strong but I didn't imagined that his that big. I watch him fight the rouges and I was surprised on how fast he is even though he is big. He almost killed all the rouges and with that help from him, he makes our job easier.
After hours of fighting. I'm able to kill the leader and won the fight. I saw James shift back from his human form and walk side by side with his friends.
God... I want him now. After monitoring everything about the casualties and so on. I go back to my room, I go to the bathroom and after went to my bed and have some rest.
