A part of me still hoped that you would comeback,

A part of me always told me to wait,

A part of me told me that it would all be fine,

A part of me wished that you would embrace one last time,

A part of me wished to feel your warmth again,

But all I could do is wait,

Wait for your return,

Knowing that you would never comeback,

Knowing that I could never feel your warmth again,

Knowing that you would always be by my side,

But I wouldn't be able to see you or touch you or even hold your hand,

I wish that I could see you one last time,

I wish to run in your arms and hear your voice for one last time,
