"Feelings that come back,

are feelings that never left."

Lilly's POV

Waking up next to Chase, wrapped up in his warm embrace, wearing his clothes and smelling just like him, are things that I can get used to so easily.

But I probably shouldn't, considering in a couple of months, he might not be here for me to do that anymore. Still, that won't stop me from sneaking these pleasurable moments and enjoying them as long as I can.

My fingers gently moved up the side of his neck and made their way to his defined jaw. His light subtle brushed against my fingertips till they reached his soft kissable lips. I traced the lower one with my finger and contemplated on the idea of kissing him. Asleep or not, I really don't care. I've missed him like crazy.

The logical part of my brain argued and flashed the words sexual assault in big red letters. I groaned in annoyance and my fingers resumed their discovery, tracing every little details. They moved up his nose and stopped by the threshold of his eyes.

Sensing my touch, lines formed between his eyebrows before his eyelids slowly glided open. He blinked and I smiled, "Hey," I mumbled.

A sleepy smile pulled up the corner of his lips and my heart ached at how beautiful it is, "Hey," He said back.

He scrunched his eyebrows, "Were you playing with my face?" He asked, his eyes playfully narrowing at me.

I nodded, "I am just memorizing it."

My fingers brushed over his cheek before they went up the area under his eyes, "You-" I couldn't continue my sentence I when a knock on the door interrupted my little heavenly moment.

"Chase, are you awake?" At Katherine's voice, my eyes widened, and when the door opened, I shot up from my laying position.

"I have made-" Her words stopped midway when her eyes fell on me. Her lips still parted, a little bit taken aback by my presence.

She recovered from her shock right away and a small smile curved her lips, "Lilly, I didn't know you were here!"

I gulped down and my heartbeats took off a sprint, "I am not," I stuttered, "Uh, I mean this is not what it looks like, we just...we just slept together," I facepalmed at how that came out, "I mean beside each other, not together, yeah just beside each other you know, that's...that's all."

I swear my back is sweating from the anxious feelings creeping up my spine whereas Chase just chuckled at my embarrassment, pretty much amused. I shot him a hard glare and my gaze flickered again back to Katherine, a teasing smile pulled at her lips and she said, "I made breakfast, you two freshen up and come join me."

She walked away and I buried my face into the pillow. I groaned in frustration, "This is so embarrassing!" I shouted into the pillow, "She caught us in the shower, she caught us in your bed," Another groan rumbled from my throat, "She must think really highly of me!"

Chase's chuckle infuriated me more, "Why are you laughing!" I screamed into the pillow.

His arm wrapped around my waist and pulled me away from the pillow and into his side, "It's just my mom, come on." His eyebrow raised, "She wants this to work more than you and me," He removed the hair that fell over my face away, "If it's by her hand, she'll force us to get married now."

I narrowed my eyes at him, "That would never happen."

He quirked an eyebrow, "Us getting married?" He asked and I nodded.

Tease fluttered all over his tasty lips, "Wanna bet?"

I nodded, "Yup." I straightened myself and he did the same.

"Name your price." He said, challenging me.

My eyes narrowed as I thought it through, "Okay, since you'll be a pilot, if I win, you'll take me anywhere I want," I started, "I'll sit beside you and you'll teach me how to use the control wheel and let me fly us to our destination."

His eyebrows pulled together, "So you're practically saying that if in the future we don't get married, we'll just die together," He mockingly remarked, "Cool."

I slapped his arm, "I am serious."

He chuckled and nodded, "Okay."

"And if you win?" I asked.

"If I win, I will name my price then."

I shook my head, "That's not fair, what if it's something I don't want to do?"

He shrugged, "But you're so sure you're the one who'll win, so why are you worried?"

This SOB.

I gave him a determined nod and extended my hand, "Okay, deal." He shook my hand and muttered with an accomplished smile, "Deal."

***********

Eating breakfast has never felt so nerve-wrecking. Usually, I am the talkative one but not after Katherine caught me in her son's bed. Jesus, what if she tells dad?

I almost chocked on my food at the thought only. If he'd know then...rest in peace me. I would die a virgin, such a tragic ending.

"Where is dad?" Chase asked as he cut the pancake and placed a bite in his mouth.

His question pulled me out of my thoughts as I was wondering about that as well, because I really need to talk to him about Zack.

"He has somethings to do at the company," Katherine answered.

"But, it's Saturday," Chase said, his eyebrows pulling together.

"Yeah, it's the new project," Katherine sighed, "They need to finish everything before the end of the month," Her gaze went from her plate to Chase, "If you don't have anything to do today, why don't you go and help your father?" She asked, her eyebrows pulled together in worry, "He's been tiring himself a lot lately," A small smile curved her lips, "And it would be good practice for you too."

At her words, my eyebrows pulled together in confusion as my gaze drifted to Chase, who just silently nodded his head.

When she went to get the coffee, I scooted closer to Chase and asked, "You didn't tell them yet?"

He placed his fork down and shook his head, "For some reason, I haven't."

"But, you should."

He raked his hand through his hair and nodded, "I will, after I get the medical test's result, it will be all certain then." He shrugged and sarcastically remarked, "Who knows, maybe I'll be really needing this practice after all."

"Don't say that," I won't let him lose hope yet. I placed my hand over his arm, "You'll pass the test, don't worry. I am so sure you will."

He turned his head to me, and his eyes fell on mine, his gaze raging between doubt, gratefulness and hope, it had my heart fluttering and in the same time aching, thinking how will I ever get used to a life that doesn't include this guy and those eyes.

Boyfriend or not...it doesn't matter.

The only person in this world that gets me, that knows me, all of my sides, good and bad. I will soon lose that person.

My thoughts felt so contradictive. I want him to go and pursue his dream but in the same time, I selfishly want him to stay here, to be one call away just like last night.

Was it too selfish to ask for both?

**********

My gaze drifted from my house to Chase, as the gentleman he is, opened my car's door. He insisted on dropping me off here before he'd pass by the company.

"After your medical exam next week, immediately call me, okay?" I stressed out, "Even if we'll be fighting and bickering as usual," I smiled at how true that sounded, "Just cell me and tell me how it went."

He nodded, "I will."

"And, if you have another attack or anything, also call me, right away." I added, worry creeping its way into my veins at the thought only.

He nodded again, a small smile curving those beautiful lips. I pulled into a deep breath before I tiptoed and wrapped my arms around his neck. My eyes pressed shut as I hugged him so tight, "Thank you," I mumbled in his shoulder as his arms came around my back, "For being there for me last night."

"Never thank me for that," He said.

My body edged back a fraction, our faces so close as his hand went to my head and with his finger brushed over the little scar on my temple, worry tightened his brows, "Be more careful."

"I will." Right after I make sure Zack pays for what he did for you.

As if he could read the thought on my mind, he asked, "You still won't tell me what happened with Zack last night?"

I shook my head, "It's nothing important," I said, "And you promised me that you won't do anything stupid," I added when I noticed the muscles of his jaw tightening, "You will let this go or I will be so angry and I would not talk with you again, okay?"

When he stayed silent, I raised my eyebrow in questioning. He didn't seem at all satisfied as he pulled into a deep breath and mumbled a low, "Okay, whatever."

"Cool," I said as I tapped my hand over his shoulder and backed away from his embrace, "Now go finish your things, and keep me up to date if anything happens."

I started to walk away, "Also," I paused and added with a smile, "You might wanna call Conner, he's also really worried about you."

If he can't depend on Zack to be his friend, at least he should patch things up with Conner, he can depend on him to be there when I can't.

Maybe things can slowly start going back to the way they were.

I shook every other thought away as I walked into the house and as usual, the first thing I heard was dad's voice, "Come on cupcakes," He said, more like whined, "You can't do that to me!"

"Alex, it will be a couple of days only," Mom reasoned with him about something as she poured herself a cup of coffee, "No need to be dramatic about it."

I made my presence known as I walked into the kitchen and joined their conversation, "What's up?"

Dad's eyes flickered to me, "Your mother is leaving me here all alone and going to New York," He said and mom shook her head with a sigh, "You make me feel as if I am going there to have fun," She said, placing her coffee mug over the table, "My mom is moving into a new house, I am just gonna go help her."

"You know that there is something called a moving company, right?" Dad remarked, crossing his arms over his chest, "I don't see why you should go!"

Mom rolled her eyes, "You know my mother, she is gonna arrange everything after them, I will just be to help her or she'll tire herself."

"Okay, if it's like this, then I am coming with you."

My mother facepalmed and I sat down, listening to them bicker as usual, "You can't, you need to stay here with the kids, they have school to attend."

"What the-" He mumbled, "You can't leave me with them all alone." He turned to me, his eyebrows pulling in fear, as if the idea of staying alone with us terrified him, "They'll drive me crazy." He tried to whisper the last part but I heard him nevertheless.

I turned my head when I heard Max walk into the kitchen, "Dad, I am hungry," He said.

Dad's eyes widened and he turned to my mom, "See, it already started!"

Mom shook her head and walked out of the kitchen, "Alex, come on, don't do this." She mumbled with a tired sigh. He followed her, "Look, I can't live without you, you can't leave me alone with these two."

I shook my head with a smile and felt bad for mom, as she have to convince him about this somehow.

Max stared at their retreating back dumbfounded, "I am still hungry!" He commented but no one responded. He looked back at me, "What the hell?" He mumbled and I wiggled my eyebrows at him, pretty much amused at how they for once, ignored him.

I shrugged, "Well, you can make your own food," I said as I opened the fridge, looking for something sweet to eat.

Max came beside me, "Give me the milk," He said, more like ordered.

"Get it yourself," I said.

He groaned in annoyance, and his hand wrapped over my arm to pull me away so he can reach for it. His touch wasn't meant to be harmful or anything but his fingers touched the bruised part of my arm which had me involuntary flinching away and a low whimper made it out of my lips. Damn, it hurts like a bitch.

Max's eyes widened, "I didn't push that hard," He said, innocently defending himself, "Are you okay?"

I silently nodded my head as I rubbed at the bruised area. I was about to walk away but Max stopped me, "Hold on, what's that?" He asked, before he pulled at my sleeve, exposing the rest of the bruise.

His eyes widened, "Who the hell did that to you?"

"What, no one, it's me," I said, trying to be convincing, "I just slipped in the bathroom the other day."

His gaze flickered from my arm to my face, worry tightened his brows as he searched my face, it's like almost he didn't believe me, "Are you sure?" He asked and I immediately nodded.

His gaze settled over my temple, "That's too from the fall?" He asked and I nodded again but something about his tone told me that he didn't buy it.

"Since when you care," I mumbled with a roll of my eyes, trying to sound sarcastic so he would just drop it.

He rubbed his hand over his jaw, "You were at Zack's party yesterday, right?"

My eyebrows pulled together, "Yes, why you're asking?"

He shrugged, "Just curious."

***********

Two days later...

Chase's POV

A mellow rhythm played in the background as my hand wrapped over her arm, pulling her closer to my body. My other hand went to her lower back and tucked her to my side. Lilly's eyes flickered up to meet my gaze and I really got lost there somewhere. Brown hair tumbled all around her shoulders, her eyes simmering and swimming in a flood of emotions.

The girl was staring at me like I was her light.

I swallowed hard, wondering if she can see that same look in my eyes.

"Great, just great!" Mrs. Garcia said, clapping her hands and snapping me out of what supposed to be a scene from the play.

I cleared my throat and released Lilly, trying to remind myself that we're just acting. I seem to forget that every time.

"Oh god, you guys were great today!" Mrs. Garcia commented, her eyes almost tearing up, "I don't know what changed since last week, but you two better keep it up like this."

Lilly turned to me, a smile creeping up her face as she pulled her hair into a ponytail, "Poor her," She mumbled lowly, "We drove her crazy for the past three months."

"Yeah," I shrugged, "I wonder what changed, you suddenly became a good actor."

She playfully narrowed her eyes at me before she grabbed her things, ready to head back to class, "That's the thing Chase," Tease fluttered all over her tone, "The secret was just to stop acting." She finished her words with a wink and walked away, making sure her words shot right through my heart.

I shook my head with a smile. This girl will drive me insane. She already made me a one, fucking certified. Mad with every desire and confusion and every contradictory thought I could ever have for her.

I sighed and rubbed at the back of my neck. I tried to gather myself, the thought of her taunting my mind and spirit.

I took my bag and headed outside. I decided to drop by the gym first to have a talk with our team's coach before I could join the rest of my classes.

"This is the last time I will ask," The familiarity of the voice had me turning around, my gaze falling on the opposite side of the hallway, "What did you do to her?"

Confusion cut through me and I walked toward the voice's source to see Max's hand wrap around Zack's, stopping him, "You either answer me, or I will beat the answer out of you!"

Zack scoffed at the threat and shrugged his arm out of Max's hold, "I told you I didn't do anything, now why don't you leave me be and go fight someone your size."

Zack's words seemed to infuriate him, my eyes widened and I couldn't process how Max cocked his arm back and punched him with a hard uppercut to his jaw, "You son of a bitch, I know that you hurt her!" The shock of the punch had Zack stumbling back against the wall, "Your sister told me that she saw her coming out of your room, all shaken up, and with blood on her face!"

He groaned and was about to march forward and Max seemed more than ready to land another punch but right at that moment, my hand grabbed at his arm and I pulled him away, getting right in the middle between then.

It all happened in a haze, I pulled Max away and right then, I felt Zack's fist colliding with my jaw, pushing me backward.

The punch was meant for Max and it was totally unexpected at my side. I could feel the metallic taste of blood in my mouth but it didn't hurt. The immediate, instantaneous anger eliminated any type of pain.

With the back of my hand, I wiped the blood at my mouth. Zack's eyes were wide and totally taken off guard by my sudden presence, which was advantageous at my side. I didn't think after, I didn't need to, I immediately struck back at him, my fist brutally slammed into his face. The punch connected with sickening thud that reverberated all the way to my arm. Blood spurted, gushing from his nose and dripping down on his chin.

"I was waiting for a reason to do that," Fury rose in me like a tempest, "And you just gave me one!" Red veiled my side as Max's words replayed in my head. I was blinded by it. The only thing I could see was what he had done.

He hurt her.

"You will pay for this!" Zack ascended down at Max, groaning and ready to attack back, going for the helpless kid, because that's the type of coward he is.

Jerking up, I dove for him, ramming him in the stomach with my shoulder. He grunted and stumbled back. Max wasn't done either and he too marched forward ready to continue his fight.

I stopped him and pulled him back, "Get out of here!" I stressed out. He'll get in trouble because of this.

"He hurt my sister!" Max snapped in bewilderment, trying to reach back, "I will kill him!"

"Come on, show me what you can do," Zack sneered, taunting him, still not giving up as he positioned himself in the right position to take another hit. My arm flung out to stop his punch, it collided with my forearm and with all my power, I pushed back at his hand, distracting him as my other fist collided with the soft flesh of his face.

The blood forming webbed lines down over his mouth should've stopped me, but it didn't.

The walls closed in and I could think of one thing only; He hurt her.

She lied to me.

He fucking hurt her.

My fist landed again and again, ragged breaths ripped from my lungs, skin tearing under the rage leaking from our punches. He fought back, gaining a few hits on me. I still didn't stop, neither did he.

Max tried to join the fight which caused one of Zack's punches to hit him. I pushed him away before he could get hurt more, "Max, get the hell out of here!" I screamed, the harshness in my voice had him pausing for a second.

Hearing the footsteps from the other side, "You'll get into trouble, get back to your class now!"

He took a hesitant look at where the voices are coming from, "Go, now!" I stressed out again and he finally listened to me and scurried away.

Zack didn't miss my distraction and used it to his benefit, coming back at me with some stick he must've found while I was urging Max to leave. It whipped through the air and I immediately ducked, missing it by a few centimeters causing it to collide with the side of my forehead.

I groaned and I ripped it from his hands and threw it away. My fingers wrapped over his shirt as I slammed his back against the wall, "What else did you do to her?" I snapped, violence boiling under my skin.

He sneered at me, his face a bloody mess due to my hits, yet he still wanted to crawl under my skin, "What if I told you that I fucked her, what would you do?"

His words sent me reeling, he was trying to fuck with me and it actually worked. There was no stopping me after, one punch followed by the other as the anger brimmed to the edge of me, heavy and thick, my chest tight as I cast my fury into his flesh.

"Chase, stop, goddammit stop!" I registered Conner's panicked voice as his hands wrapped over my arm, trying to haul me away from Zack. I tried to fight his hold but the many people gathering around had me searching for whatever control I had left. I stopped myself, especially when my eyes fell on the vice-principal.

"What the hell did you do?" Conner hissed beside me, his eyes taking notice of the bloody mess Zack has become as one of the guys pulled him from the floor and helped him get up.

The vice-principal's hard gaze drifted between us, "This is not acceptable at all, both of you to my office now!"

Great. Just what I needed.

This day can't get any worse, can it?

**********

After one very long hour of Mr. Miller scolding us, telling how disappointed he is in us and threatening to tell our parents and the whole grounding us part, he finally decided to let us go.

My whole body still felt out of control as I walked down the hallway, every nerve in my being still fired and my muscles strained, searching for a release. I wasn't done with him yet.

I knew that Zack was a lot of things, but it never crossed my mind that he'd physically hurt Lilly, or any girl for that matter.

The thought of it had my chest firing up again and I wanted to turn back and continue what I did. I was too lost in my anger and thoughts to notice as I crashed into someone. Her sweet scent invaded my senses and my hand immediately circled over her wrist to steady her from my reckless movement.

Lilly's eyes flickered up to my face and her smile faded away almost instantly, "Oh my god," She gasped as her hand reached for my face, "What happened? Are you okay?" Worry and panic flared in her tone, her eyes widening in fear as her fingers brushed over the side of my jaw.

My jaw tightened and I winced. Fuck, that hurts.

Fear tightened her brows, "What happened? Did you-" She asked again, her words halting when her eyes fell on someone behind me. She stilled there for a second, her eyes going wider, her body freezing as her gaze focused on Zack when he passed by us.

Her eyes flickered from his retreating back to me, shock and confusion emanated from her in waves, "What did you do?" Her voice was so low, barely making it out, "You fought with him, didn't you?" The shock got replaced by something else, something utterly furious.

"Chase!" Her voice raised and she backed away from me, "I told you not to do anything, I told you to stay away from him, and look what you did, I can't believe you!"

"Lilly, he was-" I wanted to explain how he attacked Max but she didn't give me the chance to talk.

"For once, just for once, listen to me," She snapped, "What was the need for you to do that?"

My eyebrow raised, "He freaking hurt you!"

Her eyebrows pulled together, "I told you to stay out of it, you should've stayed out of it, you don't understand what's happening, why didn't you just listen to me!" Her gaze went to Zack, "Look what you did to him, oh my god," She pressed her palm over her forehead and worry tightened her tone, "This is not good, this is not good at all..."

Her words doubled my residing anger, "Are you worried about him?" It seemed like it is.

"What?" Her eyebrows pulled together, "Is that what you understood from my words?"

My jaw tightened, "Never-mind." I mumbled and walked away.

And I thought this day can't get any worse.

Ashton's POV

I turned on the lights in the corridor before I walked down the stairs, I rubbed at my eyes, kicking the sleepiness away as I made my way into the living room.

Katherine was anxiously pacing around the room, nervously biting at her nails.

"Katherine," My voice startled her and she paused in her pacing, her eyes drifted to me and she swallowed hard. I walked closer to her, confused at her state, "What's wrong?"

She gulped, "It's Chase," She mumbled, "He still didn't come back home and I am...I am just so worried."

Her words had me looking at the time, it signaled three am, "When he stays late outside, he usually tells me, he knows how much I worry, he always tells me, but," The weakness in her tone alone had the panic flaring up in my chest, "But he didn't say anything, and he is not answering my calls, or my messages," Fear gathered in her eyes, "I didn't want to tell you this before I talk with him about it, but the school called today, he had a fight with Zack, and when I came back home from your mother's, he wasn't here and now it's this much late and he is not answering and I am so worried."

Her words stirred the same type of worry in my being. I rubbed at the side of her arm trying to ease her panic before easing down mine, "Okay, calm down, I am sure it's nothing and he is okay," I tried to assure her, "Let me call his friends and check, maybe he is with one of them."

She nodded as I pulled my phone, "I know I might be exaggerating but he has never done anything like this before."

"I know, I know, and you're not," I said, "Just, let me call Conner first and-" I paused when I heard the car's sound just outside in the driveway.

"It's him," Katherine said as she rushed the door and relief washed over me. I rushed a hand over my face, she had me panicking there for a second.

The door opened and when Chase walked in, "Oh thank god, you're okay." Katherine commented, "Why weren't you answering my calls?"

"Where were you?" I asked.

"With my friends," He mumbled and when he stepped inside into the light, I noticed the bruise over the side of his face.

Katherine gasped and asked before I could, "Oh my god, what's that?" Her hand reached for his face but before she could touch it, he placed his hand over hers and gently pulled it away.

"It's nothing, I am fine."

"Apparently you're not," I said, stepping closer to him, my jaw tightening, "Zack did this?"

"I am really not in the mood to talk right now," He said and I really didn't like his tone. He started to walk away and mockingly remarked, "We can have this investigation tomorrow."

He passed right by me, ready to leave but my hand shot out, pressing against his chest and stopping him, "Are you drunk?"

His eyelids glided down for a second, he breathed out a tired breath before his hand went to mine, removing it away from him, "No, dad, I am not."

He was about to walk away but I stopped him again, "I wasn't born yesterday, boy, I can smell the alcohol on you," Anger at his actions brimmed my chest, "So now please tell me that you didn't drink and drive."

He didn't seem to like my words, an annoyed breath pushed out of his nose, "Look, I am fine, okay? Let's not make a big deal out of it."

"The hell I will," I snapped, "I can't believe you'd be reckless enough to drive while drunk." I said, my eyebrows pulling together, "Maybe you didn't get hurt, but you could easily hurt someone like this."

It was a red line for me, and he knows that.

"You guys make a big deal out of everything," He wasn't acting like him and that concerned me, "Nothing happened, just drop it."

"Give me the keys," I said, strictly this time.

His eyebrows pulled together as he stared between me and Katherine, "What?"

"The car keys, give them to me," I added and Katherine didn't object, agreeing with me on this, "If you're not responsible enough to know how dangerous this is, then you don't get to drive," I explained.

"You can't just take my keys," He said in annoyance, "I am not a kid for god's sake!"

"Yeah, you're not, that's why I am shocked that you'd do this," I said, extending my hand, "Now, like I gave you that car, I am taking it back."

My words seemed to push a button. He pulled the keys from his pocket and angrily threw them away, making them land over the table with a thud.

"Take your damn car, now just leave me alone."

I couldn't understand why he was acting like this. It wasn't like him at all, especially as his shoulder harshly brushed with mine as he walked away. I couldn't stop myself as my hand wrapped over his arm and pulled him back, "What the hell is wrong with you?"

"Ashton," Katherine said, carefully.

He huffed out, running out of patience, "You're really not letting this go now, are you?"

My eyebrows pulled together, "What's gotten into you lately?" I asked, "Coming back late, drinking, fighting with your cousin, this-"

"So, this is again about Zack?" He remarked, his eyebrow raised as he scoffed, "Great!"

"He got what he deserved," He said, "I don't regret it and if I see him again, I will continue what I started."

"If you do that Chase, then-"

"What you gonna do then, huh?" He interrupted, quirking a challenging eyebrow at me, "You always stand on his side, don't you? It's always Zack this, and Zack that, well guess what, I am so sick of it!"

"Chase, what do you mean?" Katherine said, shocked at his way and tone.

He didn't even turn to her, his eyes on me only, blaming, "Zack wants to be captain of the team, you tell me, I go and make him one. Zack wants my things, I give them up, always." He wasn't done yet, "I didn't care about those things anyway, but there is a line where I couldn't take it anymore, do you know what it is?"

The amount of blame in his voice had me shutting up, releasing his arm from my grip, "You care enough to go and talk to him about what he wants, he wants to work at the company, you go and give it to him, but you never, for once asked me what I want!"

His voice raised, "No, you just assume and force on me something I never said I wanted."

"What are you talking about?"

"Newsflash dad, I don't want this life you've planned for me, I don't want to work at your company, I never did." Accusation flared in his tone, "But, if I were to ask you now about what I really want, would you be able to answer that question."

He shook his head, "Of course you wouldn't, because I am not Zack."

"You're not thinking straight," I said, shaking my head, "You're drunk and I don't know what else," I raked my fingers through my hair, "Just...just go to your room, we'll talk tomorrow."

He scoffed, "Just like I expected."

There was both anger and another feeling I couldn't explain brimming at my chest, "Chase, go to your room," I stressed out.

He scrunched his eyebrows, "I just don't understand one thing though, you're so angry I came back late and drunk, but Zack always does that, why it's okay when he does it?"

My anger doubled, "Well, Zack doesn't have a father!"

Chase scoffed and before he walked away, he managed to say, "Well, guess what, sometimes I wish I didn't have either."
