chapter 35

So first of all I would like to thank each and every reader of mine who supported me. Your support shows me How much you love me.  I know I have deleted that part because I didn't want any negativity in my story. But those two days made me realize how lucky I am to have all of you.

There were a lot of people who commented though they never commented before. Just for my sake. Though your comments are deleted from this story but will be in my heart. And I am really grateful to have all of you. This love made me realize how much more I need to work hard so that all of you keep loving me.

Those comments made me realize how it feels to be loved by someone. Honestly I feel like a celebrity who got so much love. (😂😂😂😂😂).

Author's POV.

Vidhyut wakes up from his sleep and feels his head heavy. He closed his eyes for two minutes and kept his head on the sofa. All the flashbacks of last night came in front of his eyes.  That's how he told the whole truth to Jeevika. His heart sinks, he curse himself.

" Fuck. Please let it be a dream. In no way could I have told the truth to jeevika. That's why I didn't like this drinking. After being drunk people don't have any control over their mind and tongue."

He decided to find jeevika. Just then he heard noise from the kitchen. He went there and saw that Jeevika was there and cooking something. He took a step towards her.

Jeevika saw him and narrowed her eyes. But then shake her head and took a glass from the kitchen slab and forward towards him.  He looked him with confused face and asked,

" What is this jeevi?"

" Ohh this; don't you know" she asked a little angrly.

" No baccha. Why will I ask if I know. " He replied calmly knowing his little Patakha's angry voice.

" So let me tell you Mr. Vidhyut Sinha we call it lemonade in English and Nimbu pani in Hindi. I think you will need that as yesterday night you have decided to get drunk. And what is ironic, you know you had a whole bottle of Alcohol when you don't even like it."

She said to him sarcastically. And he looked down like a kid who got caught while copying in an exam.

" So how does it test?"  She inquire further.

" How will I know I still haven't had it?" He answered as he thought she was talking about lemonade.

" Ohh I am not talking about this. I am talking about the bottle which is still lying empty in our living room."

" Sorry. But you see I was angry."

She shook her head and pulled him to the dining room and made him sit on a chair and gave him lemonade. And took this out the first aid box. And started treating his knuckles which are buried because of his boxing.

" What kind of anger is this Vidhyut that you don't care about anyone and anything? Tell me. Don't you understand this simple thing when you are hurt ; I am also hurt. Though it won't pain me physically but what about pain in my heart. Haa tell me? Or now you don't care about my heart."

He looked at her dumbfounded, not knowing what to answer. Though he didn't admit it, he hurted her. As she stood up he pulled her to his lap.

" I am sorry"  he said genuinely.

She looked at him with teary eyes and said,

" No, I am sorry. I have never understood you. It's all my fault. I shouldn't have told Abhi about your nightmare and should have dealt with it myself. If I wouldn't have involved him all this would have never happened. You got drunk because of me. Also got injured. All this because of me.  I am such a fool."

He looked at her and could feel her pain.

" No no baccha, nothing is your fault. You were just trying to help me. But I was not giving you any chance. So you are not all alone at fault. But still baccha you shouldn't have disclosed our personal matter to Abhi."

She nodded at him and said,

" I know I am sorry. But I was scared. Also feeling helpless. So I went to him."

" I know." Saying he hugged her close to his heart. Both of them felt peace in this movement. After silence of some minutes Jeevika spoke,

" Because of me you and Abhi also had fight "

"No it's not your fault. It was my fault. And about him I know what I said in my anger was harsh to him. But I know he will forgive me. Once I will ask her forgiveness.  I was so blind in my anger and hurt that I didn't realize that I was hurting him."

" Hmmm. But will he forgive you?"

" I know how to make him forgive me." He said winking.

" Hmm but I am very angry at him?"

" Why are you angry with him? Wasn't he helping you?"

" Yes, still."

" Why?"

" Because he talks badly with me When I  went there?"

" When did you went there?"

When Vidhyut asked this  question she realized that what did she blunt and clicked her tongue.

" Leave it Vidhyut. "  She said while trying to get up from his lap.  But he pulled her back and asked,

" No jeevika, tell me."  He said a little stanly.  She liked at her lap and said,

" This morning when you were sleeping."

He took long breath and asked while praying to God that whatever he is thinking is wrong,

" You didn't said anything to Mrs. Rathore right? Did you"

She gulped and said,

" I did."

" Jeevika"

" It's not my fault, ok. It's all her fault.  Because of her you suffered and all the pain you had to go through. Also you are having a nightmare even after this many years. This is all because of her. How do you want me to react?"

" Shit jeevika. You shouldn't have done that."

" So you are saying what she did is ok. Giving birth and then leaving a son is ok. Never acknowledge his presence is ok. Calling him a dirty secret was ok."

" I never said that it was ok. No it's not. And that is the reason that I didn't forgive her. Never call her Maa. Even when she is my mother. Nor am I going to call her. But Mari Jaan, you just know my part of the story. You know why I don't hate her and have cordial relations with her because I know If I was suffering she was also suffering. You shouldn't have done something like this without knowing things completely."

" But how did she suffer in all this? She was enjoying her married life. With her son I mean Abhi. Only you were suffering."

" No jeevi, that's not the truth."

" Then?"

" Actually she never wanted to get married to Abhimaan's father.  But their financial condition was not good.  And when Abhimaan's dadi went with her son's proposal. Her mother agreed in exchange for money. She had six brothers and sisters and she was older so she had to do this.

After marriage they didn't let her work. Abhimaan's  Father never considered her as wife. Once due to the Argument with his Dadaji about heir Abhimaan's father Rape her because  he wanted maintena his name as Rathore. And for that he needs an heir. And she got pregnant with Abhi.

She was going through all this all alone and she also needed to give money to her mother for her siblings. But Abhi's father never supported her. During this time she met my father who was als friend of Abhi's father.

They fell in love. My father has already lost his wife. And he was all alone in this world. So he was also equally attached to her. They used to get intimate. But when she ran out of money she took pictures of their personal movement. And blackmail my father for money. During this she comes to know about her pregnancy. She was going to abort me.

But my father came to know about it. And asked her to keep me and give me birth. In exchange he will give him money and not only for that time but some amount of till life time.

He didn't know about her problems. He thought that she was a bad and gold digger. So he kept the condition that after my birth she would never meet me. And not even will see my face. Having no option she accepted the condition and after my birth gave it to my father.

She didn't even see my face. My father didn't let her. After that he didn't keep any contact with her. And never told me about my mother.

After my father's death Abhi's father took me to Rathore Mansion. And that time she saw me for the first time. But of course she  can't accept me.

She used to manipulate me for money. Used to make me and Abhi starve for good grades. But she lost love with Abhi when she chose me above him.

That day goons came to take some money back. She took them for her sister's operation. Which she can't give back as her sister was still in hospital and she needs more money for that.

Goons took me and Abhi but when she requested they were ready to leave one. And she chose me. After that Abhi also used to hate her and Stop calling her maa.

All these years when we came to know about this he started calling her maa.  But my suffering was way more so I can't forgive her. But stopped being harsh on her. And maintain cordial relations.

I know all this Abhi told me but I never talked to her directly about this. I can't bring myself to do that. "

When he completed telling Jeevika about Kajal's past. She was a crying mess. Now she is feeling bad for her and also the guilt she has is not helping her.

" I shouldn't have said all this to Kajal Aunty. "  She said while crying.

" Were you too harsh ?" He asked

" Thoda." She said cutely. But sigh knowing her meaning of thoda.

" I know what your toda means."

He said and she pouted.

" Will she forgive me?" She asked with her red crying nose.

"  Yes she will. Don't you know how much she loves you. Actually you are the only one who made her feel like Mother. Me and Abhi because of the past couldn't love and Advika met her in a very different way so they don't share mother daughter relationship. Only you have that good relationship so she will ask her."

" Then come, let's go now only."

" But let me get fresh at least and We have also a lot to talk about yesterday. About what I have said."

" For that we are not talking about that now. Because you have a long long long lecture to listen to from me. I will not leave you like this."

" I don't even want to leave you." He tried to flirt a little to cheer up her mood. But she bit his cheeks.

" Auch"

" Don't flirt with me. I am going to eat you alive for what you did this whole month you idiot now go." Saying she pushed him.

So the wait is over and here is the new update.
