                        On the one hand Brian was wiping his tears and on the other hand he was lovingly caressing Elley's face. He had almost forgotten about time while spending time with Elley; but suddenly his phone meddled in their silence romance.                         It started ringing. So, obviously when he heard phone's ringtone, he promptly picked the call and started answering. Also he went aside because he did not want to disturb Elley's sleep.                         Later due to network issue he went outside to have clear conversation on call. So, he sent another nurse in Elley's room to take care of her. After finishing his conversation on call he went on visit to check other patients. That day also Brian was completely disturbed.                         As usual he was thinking about Elley and continuously praying to God for her cured health but in the hospital Brian had to take care of other patients also. Hence, he was trying to divert his mind. So, he again went to check other patients and spent little bit more time with them.                         Of course, Brian had supportive and kind nature. So, because of his qualities other patients were too attached to him. According to other doctors, patients were mentally sick but Brian never faced any difficulties while talking to the patients or doing their treatments.                         Moreover each an every patient gave response properly to him. Hence, he was not only famous among patients but also in whole asylum.                         Everyone appreciated him for his achievements at his young age. He was just thirty years old as well as he had only two years of experience; but he was well trained and honest towards his work.                         In his presence, many patients were recovering sooner than before. That's why everyone blessed him and admired him.                         Although, He was too friendly with patients. So, obviously patients had sensed Brian's feelings and attachments towards Elley. Therefore, the patients who had already cured, they often did visit to Brian and did pray for Elley's better health as well.                         That day also one cured patient Ms. Natalie Smith came to meet Brian. She was almost sixteenth years old but she had nice friendship with Elley and Brian. So, during their friendly meeting Natalie and Brian were having nice conversation.                         Natalie asked him about Elley's condition also. As usual Brian told her the truth that Elley was not recovered yet. Obviously, after listening his answer she also felt sad. Then she insisted to meet Elley. Brian also agreed then they both went to Elley's room.                         Elley was sitting on the bed and once again trying to knit the scarf. Natalie saw her. She felt nice. She smiled and went to near Elley. The nurse who was taking care of Elley went outside when she saw Brian was coming in the room with Natalie. Natalie went closer to Elley and started talking to her. She said, " Hello Sista, how are you now? " Elley smiled and replied, " Hey Natalie, sit here. Long time no see. Tell me, When did you come here? " Natalie sat on her bed. Then she said, " Just few minutes ago I have come here. I was talking to Dr. Brian. Then we both decided to come here. Hence now we are here. " " Oh great! By the way, I am fine but haven't you brought chocolates for me today? Because you told me before that you will definitely bring chocolates if you come to meet me. So, give me my chocolates. " Elley said innocently. " So sorry sister! I forgot to bring chocolates for you. " Natalie said with a long face. " How could you? I am so disappointed. Don't talk to me. " Immediately Elley got angry and she started ignoring Natalie.                         On the other hand Natalie and Brian got shocked. So, they both started looking to Elley.
