He gives to us rest

Scripture:

Matthew 11:28 (NIV):

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.

Reflection:

Jesus offers rest for those that come to Him, no matter what you did before. If you come in the way that you are, Jesus will give you rest. That's the promise that He did: "Come to Me, all..." No matter who it is, no matter the age, no matter what you did, no matter where you were born, it's for all that come to Him.

If you are far away from Jesus, come to Him now. He wants to give you rest and save your life. If you come to Him, you will find peace and salvation. He is the only way to get to heaven. Take that decision today, and He will change your life. He is a friend that will be by your side in all moments. Accept Him and have a life transformed by God.

Application:

If you are far away from Jesus, come to Him today. He wants to give you rest and change your life.

If you already came to Jesus, share this good news with someone and tell them that God can give rest no matter who they are or what they did in the past. Say to them that Jesus can transform their life.

Prayer: God, let me get closer and closer to You. I ask, God, to receive Your rest through Jesus. I know that I need it, and I can't live weary. I need You in my life. I want to be guided by You and filled with the Holy Spirit. Lord, help me to tell the people around me that You give rest to those who are weary and can't keep going anymore.

Don't let me walk alone. Always be with me That's what I pray in Jesus' name. Amen.
