"So what do you guys talked about?" Erica asked taking her seat next to me in flight, she was referring to yesterday.

We are all set to go to Rajasthan, currently the flight is about to take off. Nitya is sitting just behind us with Abhigyan bajaj.

Yes, the Bajaj family is also coming with us.  I don't really have a big family nor have I ever witnessed this big gathering.

I was always a person who stayed out of any kind social gathering and looks like I missed a lot. These things make good bonding.

This will be the first marriage that I'm gonna witness and I am hella excited.

" Nothing, he apologised to me." Her eyes went wide at my statement.

" Seriously, he apologised when it was your fault." I nodded looked into her shocked eyes.

" You both, just get married already ok?"  She said making me chuckle.

" What?" She asked.

" You only told me that he has a girlfriend." I said unlocking the belt as the plain is in the air now.

" Oh that, I think it was my misunderstanding." Her words came out as whisper but they still had the power to shock me.

" What?" I looked at her with bewilderment, I don't know what to say.

" Ya now please stop being so hard on yourself and give yourself a chance to open up and accept what you feel, enjoy like you've never knew happiness and love like you've never fell in love before." I unknowingly gulped a thick lump as I process her words, my eyes getting glossy.

"Ericaa.."

" I am really sorry that this confusion was created because of me, but please enough of you both pushing each other away." I could feel that she was guilty of what she unintentionally did.

We both hugged each other and she grazed her hands in my hair to console me.I really love her, she has always tried to make me realise that I should put myself above anything else and do whatever I wish to do.

I always missed that I don't have any sister but my cousin never let me feel alone and she is the reason I have didn't gave up till now.

"What's happening guys?" A female voice interrupted our sentimental session.

Nitya was leaning to our side.

" No it's nothing." I smiled to her not trying to worry her.

It took 2 hours and half for us to land in Jaipur,Rajasthan. The hotel had sent 5 cars to pick us.

I was astonished to see the Palace which has turned into hotel now. It was adorned with vibrant colours, intricate  patterns, delicate carvings, high domes and ornate furnishings.

I always had this dream to visit a palace and I am so happy to see more than expected.

The surrounding gardens and water features add to the charm, creating a serene and majestic atmosphere that transports visitors back in time to the era of kings and queens.

Everyone was in awe, as we walked inside the palace followed by the butcher who were carrying our luggage to our rooms.

It was time for lunch, everyone was gathered at the dining area.

Guests will start arriving by evening so after having good lunch we indulged ourself in decorations and preparations.

The couple were strictly instructed not to meet before the Varmala ceremony.

Marriage rituals will start from tomorrow morning.

I didn't get to talk to Anshuman cause everyone seems busy with something or the other.

Later at night Nitya took me to terrace, the scene was looking so beautiful. The sky filled with stars and the lake beside the palace was shining bright. The view of the city was really enchanting.

" What happened? Why did you bought me here?" I asked sitting beside her on the floor.

" I want to talk to you." She whispered.

" Say na." I said sensing her hesitation.

She turned to me and held my hand in hers before looking into my eyes.

"I want to apologise for what I did years ago, I am sorry Eva. I was stupid and immature at that time. I was jealous of you,I thought with you being close to my brother, he won't give me the same attention, the same love , I didn't wanted to share my brother who has always been my one and only supporter and comforter.But as soon as you left, I was left alone and the guilt started to take over me. I knew that you were more important to me than my stupid option that I gave you. Please forgive me and give me chance to solve the issue that was created by my insecurities. I can't get married peacefully after ruining your beautiful bond. Please please forgive me." Her eyes filled with tears, I immediately hugged her.

" Nitya.." I uttered.

" Please Eva, please. I know that you both love each other deeply, just forget what happened in past and start over, It's killing me from inside to see you guys like this." I interrupted her " It's not easy to forget."

" I know it's not, it's definitely not easy that's why I have decided that I am not going to get married." Her words shook me.

" What are you saying Nitya?"

" I know what I am saying, cause I can't get married with this burden. I know I being selfish for asking your forgiveness but I am not getting married unless I get your forgiveness. I don't deserve this happiness." She said wiping her tears.

"Nitya, there is nothing to forgive...." I tried to explain but she cuts me and ran downstairs, I quickly followed her.

She rushed to the hall where everyone was busy talking and enjoying some dessert.

Everyone looked at us as we reached in the middle of hall. Her facial expression made people worried.

"What happened Nitya, Eva?" Abhigyan asked standing up and walking to Nitya.

" I want to say something." She said eyeing everyone, while my heart was beating at a faster pace.

" Ya say baccha, what happened, why are you crying?" Nitya's mother asked.

" Mummy-papa, I don't want to get married." She said and everyone was left shocked.

Her father got angry and took big steps towards her " What the hell is this Nitya?" He shouted.

" Papa please I can't marry?" She said, tears rolling down her cheeks.

" Enough of you Nitya, stop with you bullshit." He yelled raising his hand to hit her but I rushed to her and saw Abhigyan wrapping his hands around her.

" Uncle please, listen to her." We both said in unison.

There's lot happening and Anshuman is nowhere to be seen.
