Time flies when you are having fun, it was time for them to go back home. Laura had fun here, but she couldn't wait to go back home."I will be back, make sure everything is set and we'll leave right away." Alex said to Laura, he had a little work to do before they leave. He kissed Laura hard before he left.Laura packed their bags, and she made sure everything was set for them to leave. Kimberly was happy to go back home, she wanted to go back to her room, on her bed."Mommy I think I lost my coco," Kimberly said, coco is her toy."Let's look for it," together they searched her room, they looked under her bed, and in her cupboard but coco was nowhere to be found."Check in your grandpa's room and I'll search in the lobby. The both of them went in search of the doll, Laura looked everywhere but coco was not in the lobby. She went to the pool but it wasn't there, she huffed out air.It was almost getting dark and almost everyone was either in their room or at the restaurant. Laura turned and was heading inside when a strong hand covered her nose with a chemical and she passed out.He placed her in a body bag and carried her outside with no one noticing it. Kimberly rushed out to tell her mommy that coco wasn't in her grandpa's room but she was met with emptiness.She went to the pool but Laura wasn't there, she was heading back inside when she saw Laura's fluffy slippers, she picked them up and looked around but her mommy wasn't there, she got scared and ran to her grandpa's room."What is chasing you, dear?" Massimo asked ."I can't find mommy, I saw her slippers by the pool but she wasn't there." She explained.Massimo went out with her to the pool, he searched but Laura wasn't there, he saw a kerchief, he picked it up and took a whiff of it, it smelled of nitrous oxide. nitrous oxide is a chemical that causes one to lose consciousness, it is usually used as an anesthetic in hospitals."Fuck!" He muttered to himself, he took Kimberly back to his room n called Alex."We have a problem," he said to him. "It seems like your woman attracts trouble wherever she goes." He massages his temples."I'm on my way," that's all Alex said before disconnecting the call.It didn't take long for him to reach the hotel room, he went to his father's room, "what did you mean by that?" he asked Massimo."she went out looking for coco and that's what I know, I found a kerchief it smells of nitrous oxide, and Kimberly found her slippers." he explained."I thought we've taken care of every danger around her, who is the new enemy?" He asked no one in particular. "Where is Kimberley?" He asked."She is sleeping, I managed to put her to sleep, she was already missing Laura " he looked at the door leading to his room.Alex's phone rang, the caller ID read Dexter, and he picked it up right away. "Where are you right now, we have a problem." He disclosed."Laura has been..." he was cut short by Dexter."Kidnapped? Yes, I know. As a matter of fact, she is with me, she is still unconscious and I must say she sleeps like an angel." A smirk marred Dexter's face."What game are you playing Dexter?" Alex asked through clenched teeth."You know me, Alexander, I don't play games. I have been waiting for this moment since the day you brought her to the house, I had to watch her in the shadows because you are always with her, acting as if you own her, acting as if you love her more than I do."He screamed."What are you talking about?" Alex asked, he still couldn't believe Dexter was behind this."You know what I'm talking about. You made me sit and watch her every move when she was still with her stepmother, at first I hated it, I hated the fact that you made me a babysitter, but then after watching her for while I realized that it was a good idea, I saw her smile, I witness the tears she spilled out of her beautiful eyes whenever her stepmother hits her, I witnessed the way she would always struggle with the grocery bags." He paused for dramatic effect, "I fell in love with this naive girl but I could not have her because you were always there."......Flashback......A few months earlier. Laura left the house n went to the grocery store, few hours later she was heading back home with four grocery bags, and she was sweating profusely. A few strands of her hair blocked her view, she couldn't tug it behind her eyes because of the load she was carrying so she decided to blow it off of her face, she looked cute and tempting while doing that.Dexter sat in his car watching her struggle, he wished to help but he couldn't because the last time he help, she was bitten by her mother. He sat in the car with a smile on his face, he liked the way she looked.Not too long after she got home, a loud cry for help could be heard and swish sounds of a leather belt hitting on someone filled the place. Dexter's hands fold into a fist as he listened to her cry for help, he wanted to send a bullet right through the skull of the person who was hitting the girl he liked.Laura managed to run away from her mother, she sat outside and cried, and hideous marks filled her skin. The urge to take her away from them was too much but he was able to control it, he watched her cry until her eyes refused to produce juice.I am so sad to tell you that 😞 this story is going to send in few days...
