"I love the fact that you care about my dad, trust me, I really do. But I will never let you move to another room, I can higher a nanny for him." Alex joked. Massimo gave him the middle finger when Kimberly was not looking."I would have loved to if you were Laura," he smirked and Laura blushed. Dexter picked up a glass of water on the table and drank to push down the rice he just ate."I would like it if you stop giving me dog food, it's not fair." She laughed harder."We only act like this in front of you and Kimberly, or do you prefer the strict and brutal side?" Dexter asked."No thank you, I love this side more, I have gone through a lot of brutalities and now, I want to be pampered." She leaned forward like she was going to say something but was stopped by a waitress."Good afternoon, I hope you are enjoying your meals, there is a shortage of space in the restaurant and I was wondering if I can add another person to your table. I know it is going to be inconvenient for you but please bear with us." the waitress begged."We don't mind, the more the merrier." Laura agreed before Alex could say no. He glared at her and she smiled instead of feeling sorry."Thank you, I will let her know." the waitress bowed and left, and not too long Alice came. She was clad in a body-hugging mini gown."You got to be kidding me," Alex muttered."I didn't know you were the one who agreed to have me on your table, thank you." She muttered with a smile and sat down.Laura didn't say anything, she acted like she didn't see her, and her eyes were focused on her food. "Honey, can we talk?" Alice suddenly said looking Alex in the eyes.Laura smirked but she didn't say anything, she was patiently waiting for Alex's reply. "We have nothing to talk about and please, call me Alex." He replied coldly.Dexter suddenly stood up, he took Kimberly out of the scene because he could sense the tense air, he didn't want her to witness it. "Babe I know I hurt you, I know I did some bad things but I'm willing to change, let's rekindle what we had, do this for us, for Kimberly too." She muttered completely disregarding Laura and Massimo."That's enough, he specifically told you to call him by his name. You can't just walk in here, act like you don't see me and his dad and you start spouting nonsense." Laura growled, she wanted to see how Alex would handle it but Alice was getting under her skin."Who are you?" She asked looking at her like a piece of garbage."I am his present and you honey, are nothing but his past." She spoke with confidence, and Alex could not help but smile at her."I have no business to do with you slut, this is between my man and me, so shut up and let me talk." She retorted.Laura stood from her sit and grabbed Alice's hair, it happened so fast that Alice could not dodge the attack. "The mistake you did was calling me a slut and calling Alex your man." She shoved her face inside a piping hot bowl of soup. Alice yelled in pain, she could feel her face burn. Alex held Laura and took her to their room, while Massimo stayed back to clear the mess."My daughter-in-law is not at fault, this lady couldn't keep her shut. Here is money for her hospital bills, call me if it is not enough." He said to a waiter who had come to separate the fight but he was late.Meanwhile, in the hotel room. "Calm down little tigress," Alex said to Laura who was far from calm."Calm down? Calm down? That bitch called you her man and you sat there like a bag of salt and did nothing." She yelled breathing heavily."Babe please, you know I didn't take her words for it." He tried to explain but Laura was way too mad to listen."Then why did you stop me from hurting her?" She asked looking hurt."Don't give me that look please Laura," he cupped her face. "You know I love you, just you. I stopped you because you could get in trouble, you shoved her face into a bowl of piping hot soup." Alex was going to laugh but the look on her face stop him."You don't lo.." She was interrupted by an angry kiss, it was rough. She shuddered under his hold, he only stopped when they were out of breath."Don't you ever say I don't love, because I do, I love you very much." He captured her lips again kissing her like it was his last. He slowly guided her to the bed.They made sweet love, it went on until Laura could hardly move, he carried her to the bathroom and gave her a proper bath before bringing her back to the room."You bastard, you took advantage of my anger, I hate you."
