Laura and Massimo were bonding just fine, she forgot about the existence of Alex. "I should have saved you and not waited for this scumbag son of mine to come, it's my fault Laura. you lost your child." He suddenly said to"It's nobody's fault, I was just unlucky." She said."I will like to go home now Alex." She muttered slowly looking at him."You still need to stay here for a while, you are not strong enough." Kimberly said supporting her mother."I will talk to the doctor, in case of anything we will call the family doctor." Massimo said making Alex frown."Who are you to talk? Little Kimberly asked looking from Alex to Massimo."No I am not, we just don't agree with each other." He replied.Alex agreed to let Laura go home, and they all sat in his car with Massimo tailing them from behind. When they got home, Alex took Laura to the room so she could rest better on the bed."Babe," Laura called, she held his hand. "Sit with me, please" she smiled at him. Alex sat on the bed, he looked her in the eyes while waiting for her to talk."I know he wasn't a good father, I don't know what he did but don't you think it's time you forgave him? Can't you see he is putting much effort to gain your forgiveness?" she cupped his face and looked him deep in the eyes."It's hard to forgive a man who caused you a lot of pain, who turned you into what you are today." He muttered, his voice lower than usual."I forgave you, I loved you, I am standing by you no matter what. Why can't you do the same? He loves Alex and everyone makes mistakes.""I don't want to forgive him, I don't want to talk to him and above all, I don't want to see him." She lay on her side of the bed and slept.Massimo decided to spend time with them, and although Alex refused to let him stay with them, Massimo insisted.The next day, Laura woke up very early, she took her bath and went downstairs to assist the helps in making breakfast. Everyone came down for breakfast, Laura acted like she didn't sleep on the same bed with Alex, she acted like he wasn't existing.He tried kissing her cheek but she left the spot leaving his lips hanging "what was that?" He asked her but she acted like he did not speak to her.
