"Amaya I am tired of staying indoors doing nothing" Sandra complained"I am tired too but Alex won't let me goout, he thinks I will run away." She took acookie from a plate that was in front ofher accompanied by a glass of milk."He loves you, talk to him and tell him you want to go out. We can go with Kimberly" she suggested hoping Laura would accept."Ok I will try but I won't promise you, the last time we went out, I tried to run away," Laura explained before going to their room where Alex is."Alex" she called with a pout"What do you want?" He asked looking at her suspiciously"I want to go out of the house, I will be going out with Sandra and Kimberly." She bit her lip cutely hoping he will agree to it."I knew it, you entered our room looking cute because you wanted something from me" he stood up and walked toward her, he held her waist while staring into her beautiful eyes."I am going to trust you, don't do anything stupid. Because I love you, it doesn't mean I won't punish you for crossing the line." He kissed her lips before letting her go."So we can go? Aww thank you" she surprised him by kissing him hard on the lips before running off."That's progress." He muttered touching his lips."He gave us a go-ahead. Kimberly" she yelled, few minutes later Kimberly came downstairs."We are going out, let's go to the movies," Laura said but Sandra had something else in mind."Remember the mall we first met Alex? He wanted to talk to you but you ignored him. Let us go there, I want to go shopping" Laura thought about it andaccepted."Yay we are going shopping" Kimberly yelledDexter stood at a corner watching, he looked at Laura for a while and shook his head. He went to Alex to talk to him."Alex are you serious? You are letting her go out with no bodyguards? What if she tried to run away?" He asked"She won't, although she doesn't know it, she loves me and my daughter, and right now, we are her only true family and she wouldn't want to be away from us." He said proudly"Are you sure? What if it was all a fake?" Alex laughed lightly"It isn't" he tapped Dexter on the shoulder and left the room.They got ready and set out to the mall, Alex gave them enough cash for their outing. The car they boarded left the gates of Alex's mansion, and the car drove past the lonely road. The ride didn't last long though, the driver stopped the car with a screech trying to avoid a log of wood that was laying on the road."What happened? Everyone ok?" Laura asked"Ma'am there is something on the road, I will check it out." The driver stepped out of the car not looking ahead or checking in case of any danger.A loud bang was heard and the nextsecond he dropped dead on the groundwith a hole on his head with warm bloodoozing out of it.The girls at the back of the car screamed out of fright. Laura held Kimberly in an attempt to protect her from whatsoever is ahead of them.Another bang was heard but this time it  wasn't a gunshot, the windshield of their car was broken, Sandra was shot in the hand and Kimberly was knocked out while Laura was drugged to sleep.She was carried to another car which was parked not too far from their car. Sandra tried to put up a fight but she was shoved to a side like a piece of paper.She called Alex explaining everything to him, he didn't take up to ten minutes to reach the crime scene, he carried his daughter back home while Sandra was treated, and the driver was taken to a morgue"What happened?" He asked Sandra who could not stop crying her eyes out."I don't know what happened, the car we were in suddenly stopped, and before I knew it there was a gunshot and the driver dropped dead, then the windshield was broken and before I knew it, I was shot and Kimberly was knocked out." She sobbed "Laura was drugged and pulled out of the car by a man in a mask, I tried stopping him but I couldn't." She cried hard"Please find her, please find my sister" Alex went to his underground dungeon, and he assigned his men."I give you two days to find her and bring her here, else" he went out of the dungeon, took a car to the crime scene, he looked around for possible clues.The windshield was broken with a stone, Alex picked up the stone which was laying down next to the shattered glasses of the windshield, and he took it back to his house.Meanwhile, Sandra danced happily in her room. "Mason" she called him with a little frown on her face "shooting me was not part of the plan" she half yelled"Calm down pumpkin, if I didn't do that, Mason would have found out that you played him and was in with the plan." Sandra thought about it and it was true, she would have been held responsible for it."Bye partner, make sure she falls for you and wouldn't want to come back here, I know it would be easy since she doesn't love Alex." She disconnect the call and went to Kimberly's room to play a good stepmother."Hey honey" she tried holding her but Kimberly ran away from her"I don't want you, I want my mommy Laura, go away, bring back my mommy Laura." She cried and yelled drawing her father's attention."What is it, princess?" He asked entering the room."I want mommy Laura, dad please find her, she can't abandon me too" the little girl cry her eyes out yelling at her father."Shhhh, that's enough, I will bring your mommy Laura I promise." Sandra grit her teeth out of anger, she is trying to be nice to this brat but all she wants is that pig,Laura...
