chapter - 22 ᴄʀɪᴛɪᴄᴀʟ

•Author's Pov•

"Sir we have arrived at Jaipur" The handsome man nodded at his PA and went towards the man waiting for him.

"Bhai" The man waiting for him said and hugged him.

"Yuvraj where is she" The man asked in his stern voice.

"Bh-Bhai wo.." Yuvraj stuttered

"Say"

"Bhai she had gone to Rajvansh Mahal and now she is in the market and he is also there" The man's jaw clenched on hearing about him..

"Take me there" Yuvraj nodded and they sat in the car and went to their destination..

He got out of the car and it was raining heavily, there stood the girl he was eagerly waiting to meet. She was back facing him and in front of her he was standing, seeing this it angered him wanting to punch the hell out of the man in front of her.

He noticed she was about to fall, he rushed towards her and held her in his arms, Took her away not before glaring at the man in front.

•PENTHOUSE•

He laid her on the bed and stared at her for a good minute but was interrupted by Yuvraj.

"Bhai the doctor is here" He nodded and went out of the room.

The doctor came and checked the girl,

"She's unconscious coz of the panic attack but she'll be fine, I have injected the injection, she'll be conscious in an hour" she said to Yuvraj who nodded and went out with the doctor.

The man came inside and sat next to her, his face was void of emotions but his eyes held some unknown emotion. He sat there for an hour in some deep thoughts but was interrupted hearing her voice.

"Aarav!!" She called out

"Calm down Princess"

I saw a man sitting in front of me. He had the same ocean blue eyes as mine, and his features were somewhat similar..

"Who are you??" I asked and To be honest he is a bit scary..

"Princess what will you have?? You might be hungry" He avoided my question

"I asked you something mister who—" I was interrupted by someone's presence..

"Aanya how are you?? You made us worried" I was shocked to see him here. What was he doing here??

"What are you doing here? You were in the UK, right?" I asked. Hearing me, he gulped and replied.

"I-I came here for you" I frowned but shrugged it off

"Who is this person??" I asked

"Your brother," he blurted out, shocking me. Bruhh!! I don't have a brother.

I chuckled "He is my brother, not possible"

"Why??" The man asked

"Because I don't have a brother, yeah I do have a step brother but not biological" I stated

"I'm your brother Aanya" He said making me annoyed

"So what is your name??"

"Ansh Malhotra" He said

"How??" I asked

"What do you mean how?? Should I tell you the process of how I came??" I was flushed hearing him..

"Nonsense, I mean if you were my brother then where were you?" I asked

"Dad had ordered me to be hidden for some reason, so no one knows about me being alive except for Yuv and now you.."

"Then what about mom"

"She thinks I'm dead" I was shocked hearing him

"She'll be hurt if she knows you're alive and she didn't know"

"I'll handle that" tsk!! Arrogant

"I made a face looking at him, but if he's actually my brother, he's handsome and somewhat resembles Dad. Ansh Bhai is tall and muscular with brown hair and a sharp jawline. We do look similar since we both take after Dad."

I sighed "okay what's the proof that you are my brother"

"Don't you see that we are quite similar" he said in his duh tone.. attitude.

"He's saying the truth and for some reason he was hidden" Yuvraj said

I sighed and nodded "okay I need some time to register that even, I have a biological elder brother.."

They nodded and we all went to the dinner area to eat dinner. My dear brother is silently eating and Yuvi is watching something on his mobile.. soo boring!!

"Why are you so cold" I asked ansh Bhai. Bhai seems awkiee

"What do you mean?" he asked raising his eyebrow

"Like dad was joyful but you are completely opposite" I huffed with a pout, in response he chuckled making me amused as from the time I have seen him this is the first time he did something good..

"Princess you are too cute"He gave me a beautiful smile.. he looks cute!!

"Bhai!! Don't call me cute" I huffed

"What did you call me?"

I frowned "Bhai"

He smiled looking at me and I shook my head, but his expressions changed..

Bipolar!!

"You won't meet that Rajvansh" He said clenching his jaw as I frowned

"Who? Rajvansh??"

"Aarav singh Rajvansh" I froze hearing his name, and then it hit me that I saw him there, I saw him after freaking 2 years, he looked broken..

"You can't say me, it's my wish to meet whoever I want" I responded in the same cold voice as his.

"You can meet everyone except him.."

"You can't say that" I retorted

"I can because I'm your Bhai.." I smiled when he said he's my Bhai because it felt good to know that someone is there who thinks I'm theirs.

"Whatever" I rolled my eyes and continued eating.

"You can't do that" He said

"WHAT!!"

"Don't roll your eyes"

"I will see" I continued rolling my eyes in front of him but we heard a laugh

"You guys are soo cute" Yuvi said laughing.

"Yuv"

"Yuvi" we both said at the same time and I passed a glare at him

"He's Yuvi" I said

"He's Yuvi" He yelled making me huff

"Bhai he's chamkadar" as I said Bhai started laughing and Yuvi was glaring at me but I gave a 'I don't care' look.

We were interrupted by a call ofc it was from my mobile..

"I have to pick this, it's from the hospital" They nodded and I picked the call..

"Dr Aanya, it's an emergency you've have to be here immediately" She said in a rushed tone

"Calm down Alice"

"Dr Aanya I can't calm down, the patient... You won't believe who he is.."

"Who is the patient, don't waste the time"

"He's the king Of Rajasthan Aarav singh Rajvansh" I froze hearing her, No!! He was just fine when I saw— how..

"WHAT??" I yelled

"Yess,  he got shot near his heart and on his arm" I gasped hearing her, my breath was heavy.  I immediately responded that I'll reach in 15 mins.

"I have to go, he got shot" I was breathing heavily I couldn't think straight what if something happens to him.. whatever he did but I love him!!

I have to save him..

"What happened??" Ansh Bhai asked

"Bhai, he got shot not once but twice, I have to save him or else—"

"Shhh! Calm down Princess who got shot" I wasn't able to talk he hugged but I can't waste my time standing here I have to leave and save him.

"Aarav got shot" it was Yuvraj who said, I ignored and rushed towards my room to get my things and I came out, Bhai said he'll take me there as it is raining..

I nodded and we three sat in the car and went towards the hospital it takes 20 minutes to reach from here but my dear brother covered it in 10 mins with his amazing driving..

As we reached I rushed inside the hospital and went near the OT (Operation theatre), his family members were present and his mother was crying. Alice came towards me and said

"Doctor everything is ready you've to just change" I nodded and went to change.

After changing I went near the OT, uncle and aunty came towards me "Aanya please save my son, please.." Aunty requested

"Aunty stop crying, I'll try my best to save him but his condition is critical I have to go"

I took a deep breath and went inside, there he was laying pale and lifeless..

Aarav please get up

Jaan you can't leave, you've to live..

Will I be able to save him, what if I make some mistake. I won't be able to live, wish I could be there and I would have shouted at him and avoided all these things.. I know I'm speaking nuisance..

"Dr Aanya his pulse rate is dropping"

Heyyaa readers, I really apologize for late updating as my university has started, I was busy in my works and I had not started writing this chapter tho I thought I had already written it.. so I wanted some inspiration to write, that's why it took time to update.. I'm really sorry, I hope you guys understand my condition
