Chapter - 07 ᴍʏ ʙᴀʙʏ

I saw him; he is in front of me, making me feel vulnerable. I realized that everything was fake: his love, his promises, his words-everything. Everyone went and met him. He is happy; the smile on his face says he is happy with my Aisha, and I just need my best friend's happiness. If he ever hurts her, I'm gonna kill him.

While he was talking to everyone, Aisha said something I never wanted to hear.

"Rehan, I want you to meet my two best friends, whom I always talk about," she said, chirping in happiness.

He nodded and followed her as she made her way towards Dhruv and me.

He was shocked upon seeing me. "Meet my best friend Dhruv, and she is Aanya Malhotra."

I took a deep breath and gave a slight smile.

"Hello, nice to meet you Rehan"

"Nice to meet you too"

And Dhruv just stood there, glaring at him. I nudged him giving a look not to glare at him. But he Royally ignored everyone and went out.. making me sigh

"I guess he got a call" I said giving a awkward smile as they nodded and I left from there in search of dhruv..

"Dhruv What was that behaviour"

He scoffed and replied

"You want me to act casual after knowing what that bastard did and do you really think I would do that? Heck no not in this life, I will never forgive him. If he hurts Aisha I swear to god I'll kill him brutally that no one can find his body" dhruv said fuming with anger

I sighed

"If you don't want to talk to him, then don't. Just be normal around Aisha; otherwise, you'll hurt her. I'm telling you, it's her marriage, and her happiness is my priority for now," I said with a stern voice.

Nodding, he left from there leaving me alone..

I looked towards the sky, thinking, Why does everything happen to me? Dad, I wish you'd take me with yourself. I-I'm tired of living like this. It hurts so much, and it's hard to handle. I don't want to be here; please come and take me from here. I MISS YOU.

I was startled by the voice, "What are you doing here?"

"Mr rajvansh you scared me" I said glaring at him.

"I'm sorry for scaring you, my Alora. And please call me Aarav"

"So, Aarav, are you really the person people describe as cold, ruthless, and all? Because I don't believe it. Now, seeing you, instead, you ARE A FLIRT," I huffed.

"Sweetheart, you haven't seen that side of me; that's why you're saying this. My softer side is reserved only for you, and for my family, I'm like a sunshine," he said.

"Ooh I'm curious to see a ruthless Aarav Singh Rajvansh"

"Naah, never. I say never, I'll show that side of mine to you, and moreover, I don't want to hurt you," he said with a serious tone.

"What if you hurt me?" I said, making eye contact with him.

"Then I'll punish myself for every tear of yours," he said, as if promising me.

I scoffed

I said without displaying any emotions, "Don't make promises that are impossible, and furthermore, why should I get hurt because of you?"

"I'll never hurt you and will never let anyone hurt you," He said, coming close to me, his breath is fanning over my nose.

"You are mine, my Alora. No one, I say, no one can separate us, not even God. I swear, in all the functions, you'll be happily enjoying with me, and your ocean blue eyes will be radiating love, only for Aarav Singh Rajvansh." He said confidently tracing his fingers from my cheeks to my jaw, tempting me.

My heartbeat skips a beat when we made eye contact. It's as if, for once, I want to make the mistake of falling in love, even though the consequences may or may not be good.

Aaniya you can't fall in love, it's like you'll be using him for falling in love - Mind

He loves you, though he haven't said but his eyes shows the love for you is true and pure - heart

Oh God, what should I do? It's better for us to stay away from each other. I don't want to get hurt, and I don't want him to be hurt either.

"Aarav, p-please don't," I said, trying to control my tears, but I couldn't hide them from him. He looked at me for a few seconds and then left.

Aanya Malhotra, what are you doing to me? I feel like I'll go crazy in a few days. I don't understand what's going on between you and Rehan. It's as if he was shocked to see you here. I'm determined to find out soon, one way or another.

I made my way to my 2nd office which was in the palace.

"Hukum you've online meeting with the foreign clients after 10 mins" my PA said

I nodded and started checking the files for the meeting.

"Hukum that...I mean"

"Say it manav whatever it is"

"Hukum wo Yuvraj Singh Laut aaye hai, aur wo sabko pareshan kar rahe hai.. Ladkiyon ko chedna aur bade logo ko satana. Sab logo ne aake uski shikayat ki hai" He said making me as I'm fed of this YUVRAJ SINGH, what the hell is his problem and why did he return..

(Yuvraj Singh has returned, and he is troubling everyone-teasing girls and bothering prominent individuals. Everyone has complained about his actions.)

"Ok I'll look into it and say them to not worry about this" I said thinking what to do about as I have tried each and everything from past 4 years but don't know what happened to him why he changed and what happened 4 years ago..

At Dinner

I walked down after my meeting, heading towards the dining hall, as everyone was present for dinner. I sat down, and we all started eating. I stole glances at Aanya, feeling guilty for behaving like a jerk and a pervert with her. I should have controlled myself. Now she isn't even looking at me-my bad. My chain of thoughts was broken by Aisha as she took everyone's attention...

"I was thinking, why not have a tour of Jaipur?" Aisha said, making me frown. She knows the whole of Rajasthan, so why Jaipur?

She sighed and replied, "Because Aanya, Dhruv, and Rehan have come to Jaipur for the first time. Why not show them the beauty?" Oh, good idea. I can spend time with her.

"Okay, tomorrow we will go," I said, and they all looked surprised, as if I had said something unexpected.

"Ooh my god Bhai are you fine, did you get a fever" Vihaan said shockingly

I glared at him

"You know, guys, I guess Bhaisa is in a good mood; that's why he agreed. If not..." Jiya stopped in between as I glared at her.

"Ok enough of this and it's decided Aarav, Aanya, Aisha, dhruv, Rehen, vihaan and jiya you all will be going" Maa said as we all nodded and I glanced at Aanya she was looking excited making me smile such a baby.. my baby..

"You guys are leaving us and going, very bad Bhaisa" a voice interrupted..
