Two Hearts, One Promise
Playboy's Heart
The gardens of Nani's family mansion were beautifully decorated for the wedding. White roses lined the aisle, golden ribbons swayed gently in the breeze, and a large floral arch stood at the end. It was an elegant and intimate setup, perfect for Nani and Sky's special day.
Outside the mansion, however, things were lively. Hundreds of Sky's fans had gathered near the gates, holding banners, flowers. They hoping to catch a glimpse of the happy couple. News reporters were there too, covering what had become one of the biggest events of the year.
--
Inside one of the mansion's rooms, Nani sat patiently as a team of makeup artists and stylists worked around him, carefully preparing him for the big moment.
"Relax, Nani," one of the stylists teased, adjusting his hair with precision. "You're already handsome enough to make Sky faint."
Nani chuckled softly, though his heart raced with anticipation. "I just hope I don't trip walking down the aisle. That's all I ask for."
As the final touches were made, the door cracked open, and Win, Groya, and Prim peeked in, all dressed to perfection.
"You look like a prince, Nani," Prim said, her grin warm and encouraging.
Win couldn't resist adding with his usual flair, "Sky's not going to know what hit him."
Groya nodded with a soft smile. "You're glowing. He's going to be speechless."
When the makeup artist gestured for him to look in the mirror, Nani stood and turned, taking in the reflection before him. His custom-tailored cream tuxedo fit like a dream, every detail radiating elegance.
Nani took a deep breath, a small smile playing on his lips. "Alright," he said with mock confidence. "let's go make Sky faint."
The room erupted into laughter, the warmth and joy in the air unmistakable. With his friends by his side and his heart full, the groom was ready to walk into his happily ever after.
--
In another room, Sky was pacing nervously. He kept looking out the window, where he could see the fans gathered near the gates.
"Sky, stop pacing. You're going to wrinkle the suit," his manager scolded lightly, adjusting the lapel of his crisp Black tuxedo.
"I'm not pacing," Sky replied, though the slight wobble in his voice betrayed his nerves.
Song, seated on the couch with a glass of water, raised an eyebrow. "You're definitely pacing."
Sky let out a small sigh. "I just want everything to be perfect. Nani deserves that."
Divika, who was helping with the final touches, smiled warmly. "Sky, everything is perfect. Nani loves you. That's all that matters."
Sky looked at his reflection. His black tuxedo was sharp, and the sparkle in his lapel pin matched the nervous excitement in his eyes. Taking a deep breath, he straightened his shoulders. "Alright," he said with determination. "Let's do this."
--
The ceremony began as soft piano music filled the air. Guests sat quietly in rows, watching as the mansion's double doors opened. Nani appeared. The sunlight caught on the details of his tuxedo, making him look radiant.
Sky stood at the altar, his hands clasped in front of him, trying to steady his breath. His black tuxedo fit perfectly, but it wasn't the suit that made him shine, it was the joy in his eyes, his heart racing in anticipation.
As Nani began his walk down the aisle, his father stepped up beside him, offering his arm with a gentle smile that spoke of unwavering love and pride. Nani slipped his arm through his father's without hesitation, feeling a comforting steadiness as they moved together toward the altar.
Each step felt heavier with emotion, but his father's presence kept him grounded, reminding him he wasn't walking this path alone.
Halfway down the aisle, his father leaned in, his voice soft yet resonating with warmth. "Nani, I've watched you grow from the little boy who clung to my hand into a man standing tall with a heart full of love. Sky is someone who cherishes you deeply, and that makes me happier than words can say. But never forget, you'll always be my son, and I'll always be here for you, no matter what."
Nani blinked rapidly, his vision blurring as tears threatened to spill. He turned his head slightly to meet his father's gaze, the sincerity and love in those words tightening the knot in his chest. He squeezed his father's arm, his grip conveying what words couldn't in that moment.
When they reached the altar, Nani's father stopped and turned to Sky, his expression serious but kind.
"Sky," he began, his voice steady but thick with emotion. "I've tested you. I've questioned you. And you've proven to me, time and again, how much you love my son. I'm entrusting you with the most precious part of my life. Take care of him. Protect his heart. Love him with everything you have."
Sky swallowed hard "I promise," he said, his voice firm despite the quiver in his chest. "I'll love him and take care of him for the rest of my life."
With a small, approving nod, Nani's father placed Nani's hand into Sky's. His touch lingered for a moment, as if passing on all his hopes and blessings into that connection. Then, with a deep breath, he stepped back and walk toward Mrs. Hari and Boom.
Nani and Sky's eyes met, and the world around them seemed to blur. The laughter, the music, the gentle rustle of the crowd, it all faded. In that moment, it was just the two of them, their love shining brighter than the chandeliers above. With their hands intertwined, they stood ready to promise each other forever.
The officiant's voice was gentle, full of warmth. "Sky and Nani, today, you join your lives in a bond built on love, trust, and understanding. Sky, would you like to begin your vows?"
Sky's voice was soft, but steady, as he spoke from his heart. "Nani, you are my heart, my home, and my greatest joy. I promise to stand by your side through every season of life. I'll protect you, support you, and love you with every part of me, for as long as I live."
Nani's lips quivered, a tear slipping down his cheek as he smiled. He took a deep breath before speaking. "Sky, you're my light in every dark moment and my peace in every storm. I promise to love you deeply and unconditionally, to lift you up when you're down, and to always choose you, every single day, for the rest of my life."
The guests were utterly silent, the kind of stillness that could only be born from reverence and awe. Loved ones clutched tissues, tears glistening in their eyes, as the sheer rawness of their words hung in the air.
The officiant smiled tenderly. "By the love you've pledged to each other today, I now pronounce you married. Sky, you may kiss your husband."
Sky stepped forward, his hands shaking slightly as he cupped Nani's face. He stared into Nani's tear-filled eyes for a long moment, his own glistening with unshed tears. Slowly, he leaned in, their lips meeting in a kiss that spoke of promises kept, futures shared, and a love deeper than words could ever express.
The guests erupted into cheers, but for Sky and Nani, the world melted away. In that moment, there was only them, a quiet, endless moment of peace and joy.
When they pulled back, Sky rested his forehead against Nani's, his fingers brushing against Nani's cheek. His voice was thick with emotion as he whispered "This is just the beginning of forever."
Nani smiled, his own tears falling freely now, and he gently cupped Sky's face. "Forever sounds perfect, puppy," he whispered, his voice trembling. "Because there's no one else I'd rather walk through it with than you."
The love between them was palpable, a bond so strong it seemed to fill the room and wrap around everyone present. There wasn't a dry eye in the room, for the beauty of what they had created together, their love, their future was a moment too precious for words.
--
As the ceremony concluded, the sound of laughter filled the air, and everyone gathered on the lush lawn for the bouquet toss. The staff quickly arranged everyone into a neat semi-circle near the floral arch, the atmosphere buzzing with excitement.
Under the golden glow of the setting sun, Nani stood with a playful smile, holding a bouquet of white and blush roses. Beside him, Sky stayed close, his arm firmly wrapped around Nani's waist.
"Don't let me fall." Nani teased, glancing up at Sky.
Sky chuckled softly, leaning closer. "Not a chance."
Tee stood at the edge of the group, laughing as Groya nudged his forward."You're not getting out of this," Groya grinned, teasing Tee. Tee stepping into the group by the gentle push form Groya.
Nani looked over his shoulder at the waiting crowd, his grin widening. "Alright, everyone! Get ready!" He lifted the bouquet, glancing at Sky with a wink before tossing it over his shoulder.
The cheers erupted immediately. "Tee caught it!" Groya exclaimed, clapping with delight.
Tee froze, his eyes wide as he stared at the bouquet in his hands. His face flushed pink, and when he looked up, his gaze met Dew's.
Dew's expression softened, a small smile playing at his lips. "Well," he said, his voice just loud enough for Tee to hear, "looks like it's your lucky day."
Tee blinked, flustered, and stammered, "I-It just landed here. Pure luck."
The guests weren't buying it, though, and the teasing started almost instantly. "Dew, you're next!" someone called out, prompting laughter and more cheers.
Dew stepped closer, his calm demeanor unchanged as he leaned slightly toward Tee. "Maybe it's more than luck," he said softly, his gaze steady.
Tee's blush deepened, but before he could respond, Groya whisked him away for photos with the bouquet, leaving Dew standing there, his eyes lingering on Tee with quiet fondness.
Meanwhile, Sky tightened his hold on Nani, pulling him a little closer. "See? No falling," he murmured.
Nani laughed, resting his hand on Sky's arm. "Only because you were holding me the whole time."
Sky smiled, his voice low and full of warmth. "And I always will."
As the laughter and teasing carried on around them, Nani and Sky stood together, sharing a quiet moment that was theirs alone, their love anchoring them amid the joy of the celebration.
